正常人身体中的胰腺可自动监测人体血液中的葡萄糖含量,并自动分泌所需的胰岛素/胰高血糖素。而糖尿病患者胰腺的功能出现异常状况,无法正常分泌人体所需胰岛素。因此糖尿病是人体胰腺功能出现异常而导致的代谢类疾病,糖尿病为终身疾病。目前医疗技术尚无法根治糖尿病,只能通过稳定血糖来控制糖尿病及其并发症的发生和发展。
糖尿病患者在向体内注射胰岛素之前需要检测血糖。目前多数的检测手段可以对血糖连续检测,并将血糖数据实时发送至远程设备,便于用户查看,这种检测方法称为连续葡萄糖检测(Continuous Glucose Monitoring,CGM)法。该方法需要检测装置贴在皮肤表面,将其携带的探头刺入皮下的组织液完成检测。但是,目前的检测装置比较厚、体积较大,影响用户的伸展活动,运动或者穿衣动作,严重减弱了用户的体验。且这样的检测装置容易被触碰而中断检测,导致检测数据丢失,给用户带来安全的隐患。
因此,现有技术亟需一种具有较小厚度且能增强用户体验的微型分析物检测装置。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种微型分析物检测装置,探头结构嵌入底壳底面,探头结构顶部与底壳底面距离较小,发射器上不必再设计额外的空间结构,减小了分析物检测装置整体厚度尺寸,增强用户体验。
本发明公开了一种微型分析物检测装置,包括:底壳,底壳底面设置有安装孔,安装孔边缘设置有第一卡合部;探头结构,探头结构包括探头和探头基座,探头包括信号输出端和检测端,探头基座边缘设置有第二卡合部,探头基座边缘的轮廓形状与安装孔边缘的轮廓形状相匹配,第一卡合部与第二卡合部互相卡合,安装孔边缘与探头基座边缘相互嵌合,探头基座安装于安装孔内;和发射器,发射器包括发射器壳体和设置于发射器壳体内的电子器件,电子器件设置有电连接区,当发射器被安装至工作位置后,电连接区与信号输出端电连接。
根据本发明的一个方面,探头整体上呈弯曲状或弯折状。
根据本发明的一个方面,信号输出端为平面结构,信号输出端铺设于探头基座顶部。
根据本发明的一个方面,信号输出端长度方向所确定的直线与检测端长度方向所确定的直线相交或异面。
根据本发明的一个方面,信号输出端长度方向所确定的直线与检测端长度方向所确定的直线垂直。
根据本发明的一个方面,检测端长度方向所确定的直线与检测端穿刺位置的皮肤表面垂直。
根据本发明的一个方面,电连接区裸露于发射器壳体外部,电连接区的位置与信号输出端的位置相对应。
根据本发明的一个方面,还包括导电胶条,导电胶条设置于电连接区与信号输出端之间,电连接区与信号输出端通过导电胶条实现电连接。
根据本发明的一个方面,还包括密封环,密封环环绕设置于电连接区与信号输出端电连接位置的周围。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具备以下优点:
本发明公开的微型分析物检测装置的底壳底面设置有安装孔,安装孔边缘设置有第一卡合部。设置安装孔是为了将探头结构整体设置于安装孔内。其次,探头结构的探头基座边缘设置有第二卡合部,探头基座边缘的轮廓形状与安装孔边缘的轮廓形状相匹配,第一卡合部与第二卡合部互相卡合,安装孔边缘与探头基座边缘相互嵌合。探头基座和安装孔两者具有互相匹配的边缘轮廓,保证探头基座能够完全嵌入底壳底面中,使得探头结构的顶部不高于或者略高于底壳内底面。同时,第一卡合部与第二卡合部分别对应设置于安装孔边缘和探头基座边缘,使得卡合位置顶部不高于或者略高于底壳内底面。这样的设计极大降低了探头结构凸出于底壳内底面的高度,因此不必再设计沿发射器厚度方向的用于装配前述凸出部分的额外空间,最终减小了分析物检测装置的厚度尺寸。
进一步的,探头整体上呈弯曲状或弯折状。与直线型探头相比,弯折或弯曲的探头能够进一步降低探头结构的高度,最终进一步减小检测装置的厚度。
进一步的,信号输出端为平面结构,信号输出端铺设于探头基座顶部。平面结构的信号输出端有利于其与发射器电连接区电连接。另外,将平面状的信号输出端铺设于探头基座顶部,进一步降低了探头结构的整体高度,最终进一步减小检测装置的厚度尺寸。
进一步的,信号输出端长度方向所确定的直线与检测端长度方向所确定的直线垂直。该两直线互相垂直能够优化设计探头结构的安装装置,简化用户安装探头结构时的操作过程,便于穿刺。
进一步的,导电胶条设置于电连接区与信号输出端之间,电连接区与信号输出端通过导电胶条实现电连接。电连接区通过挤压具有弹性的导电胶条实现与信号输出端电连接,确保两者之间电接触良好。

具体实施方式
如前所述,现有技术的体液参数检测装置厚度较大,粘贴在皮肤表面容易被剐蹭,用户体验较差,给患者生活带来不便。
经研究发现,造成上述问题的原因为现有检测装置中探头结构凸出于底壳底面的高度较大,沿发射器厚度方向上必须设计有安装前述凸出部分的额外空间,增大发射器的厚度尺寸。
为了解决该问题,本发明提供了一种微型分析物检测装置,探头基座整体上完全嵌入底壳中,使得探头结构顶部不高于或者略高于底壳内底面,发射器中不必再设计额外的空间,减小发射器的厚度尺寸,增强用户体验。

此外,应当理解,为了便于描述,附图中所示出的各个部件的尺寸并不必然按照实际的比例关系绘制,例如某些单元的厚度、宽度、长度或距离可以相对于其他结构有所放大。

图1为本发明实施例底壳10的立体结构示意图。
底壳10用于安装探头结构和发射器。在本发明的实施例中,底壳10的底面设置有用于安装探头结构的安装孔101,底壳10的侧壁设置有用于固定发射器的卡合结构。
在本发明的实施例中,安装孔101的边缘设置有第一卡合部102。在这里,设置在“边缘”是指第一卡合部102的顶部不高于或者略高于底壳10内底面。
本发明的实施例对第一卡合部102的形状和类型、以及对安装孔101的形状不作具体限制,只要能够满足用于安装探头结构的条件即可。
图2为本发明实施例探头结构11的立体结构示意图。
探头结构11包括探头基座111和探头113。探头基座111的边缘设置有第二卡合部112,用于和第一卡合部102相互卡合。
探头113包括信号输出端113a和检测端113b。信号输出端113a需与发射器的电连接区电连接以将检测信号输出至发射器。检测端113b用于刺入人体皮下组织以检测体液分析物参数信息。在本发明实施例中,信号输出端113a嵌入至探头基座111中。
图3为本发明实施例密封环130和探头结构11的立体结构示意图。
密封环130用于密封信号输出端113a与电连接区的连接位置,其具有防尘、防潮、防水等功能。
本发明实施例的探头基座111上设置有放置密封环130的凹槽131。安装后的密封环130环绕在信号输出端113a与电连接区连接位置的周围,以达到密封效果。
需要说明的是,在本发明的其他实施例中,发射器安装后,发射器和底壳10本身密封性较好,也可以不设置密封环130。
图4a为本发明实施例底壳10、探头结构11和密封环130立体结构示意图。图4b为本发明实施例底壳10、探头结构11和密封环130装配之后的立体结构示意图。图4c为图4b纵截面的部分结构示意图。
如图4a所示,在本发明实施例中,底壳10、探头结构11和密封环130沿装配线(点划线)的方向和方式进行装配。如前所述,密封环130将安装至探头基座111的凹槽131中。且在本发明的实施例中,探头基座111边缘的轮廓形状与安装孔101边缘的轮廓形状相匹配。探头基座111边缘的第二卡合部112与安装孔101边缘的第一卡合部102互相卡合,探头基座111边缘与安装孔101边缘互相嵌合,探头结构11被安装至工作位置,如图4b所示。
在本发明实施例中,探头基座111边缘与安装孔101边缘互相嵌合,探头基座111的整体完全被嵌入底壳10的底面中。且由于第一卡合部102的顶部不高于或者略高于底壳10内底面,因此,第一卡合部102与第二卡合部112卡合位置的顶部不高于或者略高于底壳10内底面,如图4c所示。因此在本发明的实施例中,探头结构11的顶部与底壳10内底面之间的距离小于等于0.8mm。在本发明实施例中,被安装至底壳10后,探头基座111与底壳10的底面呈一体结构,探头基座111被完全嵌合在底壳10底面中,即探头结构11的顶部与底壳10的内底面平齐。在本发明的另一个实施例中,被安装至底壳10后,探头结构11顶部低于底壳10的内底面。而在本发明的又一个实施例中,当探头结构11安装至工作位置时,探头结构11顶部略高于底壳10内底面。
在现有的一种体液检测装置中,探头结构上的卡合部设置于探头结构某端部或其侧壁上,再或者还需要借助其他额外部件辅助卡合,因此底壳上的卡合部要设置在高于底壳内底面的位置。当探头结构安装在底壳上后,卡合位置高于底壳内底面,增加了探头结构顶部与底壳内底面之间的距离。
与现有的体液检测装置相比,本发明实施例分析物检测装置的探头结构11凸出于底壳10内底面的高度很小或者为零,或者探头结构11顶部低于底壳10的内底面,不必再沿发射器厚度方向上设计额外空间以装配探头结构11凸出于底壳10内底面的部分,或者该额外空间的深度微小,发射器的厚度将减小,进而减小分析物检测装置的整体厚度,提高了用户体验。
图5a为安装密封环130后探头结构11的立体结构示意图。图5b和图5c为沿着图5a中剖面线A-A’得到的探头113和其相邻结构的纵截面结构示意图。图5d为本发明实施例探头113的一部分立体结构示意图。
在本发明实施例中,由于探头基座111上设置有凹槽131(如图4a所示),所以放置密封环130后,密封环130的顶部与探头结构11的顶部平齐或者略高于探头结构11的顶部。由于密封环130一般具有弹性,即使其顶部略高于探头结构11的顶部,安装发射器后,也不影响检测装置整体厚度的减小。
如图5b和5c所示,探头113整体呈弯折状。信号输出端113a长度方向确定的直线为l1,检测端113b长度方向确定的直线为l2,l1和l2具有一定夹角θ,θ≠0°。在本发明实施例中,l1⊥l2。且l2垂直于穿刺位置的皮肤表面,因此l1平行于穿刺位置的皮肤表面。与l1和l2其它的位置关系相比,l1⊥l2能够优化设计探头结构11的安装装置,简化用户安装的操作过程,便于穿刺。由于探头113的厚度极薄(微米级),信号输出端113a几乎未凸出于探头结构11顶部,同样不必在发射器上设计额外空间,最终将进一步减小检测装置整体的厚度尺寸。
如图5d所示,探头113的形状为“T”型。探头113表面设置有检测分析物参数的电极和电路(未示出)。检测端113b的电信号将通过信号输出端113a传入发射器。因此,信号输出端113a设计成平面,并平铺在探头基座111的顶部,便于电连接。在本发明的另一个实施例中,信号输出端113a嵌入探头基座111中,且与发射器电连接区连接的位置外露。
在本发明的其它实施例中,探头113还可以是其他形状,如带有曲面的结构等,这里并不作具体限制。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,探头113整体呈弯曲状,即探头113在拐角处呈一定弧度,这样能够避免探头113被轻易折断。在本发明的其它实施例中,探头113还可以被多次弯折或弯曲,或使l1和l2异面,在这里并不作具体限制。
图6为本发明又一个实施例探头113一部分的纵截面结构示意图。
θ1<90°。通过设计调整探头结构11安装时的穿刺方向,信号输出端113a几乎不凸出探头结构11顶部,同样不必在发射器上设计额外空间,进一步减小了检测装置整体的厚度尺寸。
图7为本发明实施例发射器12的立体结构示意图。
发射器12包括发射器壳体121和设置于发射器壳体121内部的电子器件(未示出)。电子器件的电连接区122裸露,并凸出于发射器壳体121,便于与信号输出端113a电接触。如前所述,由于探头结构11顶部未凸出或者略微凸出于底壳10的内底面,因此不必在沿发射器12厚度方向设计额外空间,减小了发射器的厚度尺寸。
图8a为本发明实施例底壳10、探头结构11、密封环130和发射器12的立体结构示意图。图8b为本发明实施例完成安装后的微型分析物检测装置侧视图。图8c为图8b中探头113及其与相邻结构的位置关系示意图。
如图8a所示,电连接区122(虚线圆圈所示)的位置与信号输出端113a的位置相对应,当发射器12安装到底壳10后,电连接区122与信号输出端113a电连接,以实现信号传输,如图8b和8c所示。
本发明实施例在电连接区122与信号输出端113a之间设置有导电胶条114。导电胶条114具有一定的弹性,安装发射器后,电连接区122通过挤压导电胶条114实现与信号输出端113a电连接。这种方式能够保证较好的电接触。
如前所述在现有的体液检测装置中,探头结构和底壳的卡合位置高于底壳内底面;或者θ=0°,即探头整体垂直于穿刺位置的皮肤表面。探头结构顶部和底壳底面之间的距离不仅包括卡合位置的高度,也要包括信号输出端长度方向尺寸,探头结构顶部与底壳底面的距离较大。因此,发射器上必须设计额外的空间放置这些凸出于底壳底面的部分,导致检测装置较厚,用户体验较差。
若分析物检测装置的整体厚度尺寸为t,与现有的检测装置相比,本发明实施例分析物检测装置的厚度尺寸t将减小35%以上,如图8b所示,极大增强了用户的体验。
图9为本发明另一个实施例探头113及其与相邻结构的位置关系示意图。
本发明的该实施例没有设置导电胶条,电连接区122直接与探头113的信号输出端113a电接触,进一步减小了检测装置的整体厚度尺寸。
综上所述,本发明公开了一种微型分析物检测装置,因探头结构和安装孔边缘轮廓形状相匹配,两者互相卡合后,探头结构整体嵌入底壳底面中,降低了探头结构顶部和底壳内底面之间的距离,无需在发射器中设置额外的空间,最终减小了检测装置的厚度尺寸,增强了用户体验。
虽然已经通过示例对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上示例仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (9)

1.一种微型分析物检测装置,其特征在于,包括:
底壳,所述底壳底面设置有安装孔,所述安装孔边缘设置有第一卡合部;
探头结构,所述探头结构包括探头和探头基座,所述探头包括信号输出端和检测端,所述探头基座边缘设置有第二卡合部,所述探头基座边缘的轮廓形状与所述安装孔边缘的轮廓形状相匹配,所述第一卡合部与所述第二卡合部互相卡合,所述安装孔边缘与所述探头基座边缘相互嵌合,所述探头基座安装于所述安装孔内;和
发射器,所述发射器包括发射器壳体和设置于所述发射器壳体内的电子器件,所述电子器件设置有电连接区,当所述发射器被安装至工作位置后,所述电连接区与所述信号输出端电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述探头整体上呈弯曲状或弯折状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的微型分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述信号输出端为平面结构,所述信号输出端铺设于所述探头基座顶部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的微型分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述信号输出端长度方向所确定的直线与所述检测端长度方向所确定的直线相交或异面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的微型分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述信号输出端长度方向所确定的直线与所述检测端长度方向所确定的直线垂直。
6.根据权利要求5所述的微型分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述检测端长度方向所确定的直线与所述检测端穿刺位置的皮肤表面垂直。
7.根据权利要求1所述的微型分析物检测装置,其特征在于,所述电连接区裸露于所述发射器壳体外部,所述电连接区的位置与所述信号输出端的位置相对应。
8.根据权利要求1所述的微型分析物检测装置,其特征在于,还包括导电胶条,所述导电胶条设置于所述电连接区与所述信号输出端之间,所述电连接区与所述信号输出端通过所述导电胶条实现电连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的微型分析物检测装置,其特征在于,还包括密封环,所述密封环环绕设置于所述电连接区与所述信号输出端电连接位置的周围。
