一种变色炫彩手机后盖
技术领域
本发明涉及技术领域,尤其指一种变色炫彩手机后盖。
背景技术
手机后盖作为手机的背部配件,一方面起到保护手机内部其它各零部件的作用,另一方面还可以提高手机的外观效果。现有技术中的手机后盖一般采用塑胶材料制成,这类手机后盖虽然韧性较好,可以防摔,但由于受到塑胶材料的限制,导致外观效果较差且挺性和抗变形性也较差。为了解决这样的问题,有一部分手机后盖开始采用玻璃等材料制成,用以提高外观效果,但玻璃材料的成本较高,并且容易碎裂,防摔性能不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种变色炫彩手机后盖,在提升抗摔和抗变形性能的同时还可实现颜色的变化,以提升美观效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种变色炫彩手机后盖,包括基材层,所述基材层的上表面设有一层抗刮硬化层,所述基材层的下表面涂覆有炫彩层,所述炫彩层的下表面涂覆有带有纹理的变色层,所述变色层为光致变色层或温致变色层,所述变色层的下表面涂覆有绝缘反射层,所述绝缘反射层的下表面印刷有绝缘油墨层,所述绝缘油墨层的下表面通过一层胶粘层贴覆有一层或多层玻璃纤维补强板。
优选地,所述基材层为PET或PC光学膜,或者所述基材层由PC和PMMA的共混材料制成;所述基材层的透光率≥90%,雾度≤1%,厚度50-188um。
更优选地,所述抗刮硬化层采用AF效果或AG效果的材质制成,所述抗刮硬化层的厚度为2-20um,硬度≥3H,水滴角≥108°,耐磨性能≥5000次。
更优选地,所述炫彩层为定型排列的液晶材料形成,其厚度为1-4um,反射率≥55%,透光率≥60%。
更优选地,所述变色层通过涂覆在带有纹理的离型膜上形成纹理。
更优选地,所述绝缘反射层采用无机非金属绝缘材料制成,其反射率≥80%,电阻≥1012Ω。
更优选地,所述绝缘反射层采用氧化铝制成。
更优选地,所述绝缘油墨层为黑色遮光油墨,其厚度为2-10um,透光率≤0.1,电阻≥1012Ω。
更优选地,所述胶粘层采用丙烯酸压敏胶或热熔胶制成,其厚度为10-35um,剥离力≥20N/in。
更优选地,所述玻璃纤维补强板为单层的玻璃纤维补强的有机复合材料或者双层的玻璃纤维补强的有机复合材料复合而成,所述玻璃纤维补强板的厚度为0.2-0.8mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用玻璃纤维补强板替换传统的PC或PET或PC+PMMA材料或玻璃、陶瓷手机后盖材料,提升了手机后盖的抗摔性能和抗变形效果,并且由于设置有光致变色层或温致变色层,使得手机后盖在受到相应外界条件激发后可改变颜色,从而达到提升美观的效果。

如图1所示,一种变色炫彩手机后盖,包括基材层1,基材层1的上表面设有一层抗刮硬化层2,基材层1的下表面涂覆有炫彩层3,炫彩层3的下表面涂覆有带有纹理的变色层4,变色层4为光致变色层或温致变色层,变色层4的下表面涂覆有绝缘反射层5,绝缘反射层5的下表面印刷有绝缘油墨层6,绝缘油墨层6的下表面通过一层胶粘层7贴覆有一层或多层玻璃纤维补强板8。
上述实施方式提供的变色炫彩手机后盖,在实际生产制备过程中,可使基材层1连续经过各涂布机实现炫彩层3、变色层4以及绝缘反射层5在基材层1上的连续卷料涂布作业,这种方式取代了原有需要片张纹理转印、电镀炫彩和高反射层的生产工艺,从而可在很大程度上提高生产效率以及产品良率,最后将复合好的各层结构通过热压定型即可得到变色炫彩手机后盖了;另外,采用玻璃纤维补强板8替换传统的PC或PET或PC+PMMA材料或玻璃、陶瓷手机后盖材料,提升了手机后盖的抗摔性能和抗变形效果,并且由于设置有光致变色层或温致变色层,使得手机后盖在受到相应外界条件激发后可改变颜色,从而达到提升美观的效果。
作为优选地,基材层1为PET或PC光学膜,或者基材层1由PC和PMMA的共混材料制成;基材层1的透光率≥90%,雾度≤1%,厚度50-188um。
作为更优选地,抗刮硬化层2采用AF效果或AG效果的材质制成,抗刮硬化层2的厚度为2-20um,硬度≥3H,水滴角≥108°,耐磨性能≥5000次,本领域的技术人员应该知道,抗刮硬化层2具有高耐磨、高硬度的特点,AF效果即抗指纹、AG效果即防炫光。
作为更优选地,炫彩层3为定型排列的液晶材料形成,其厚度为1-4um,反射率≥55%,透光率≥60%,该炫彩层3具有高反射、高透光率的特点。
作为更优选地,变色层4通过涂覆在带有纹理的离型膜上形成纹理,通过设置纹理,可用以提升反射和炫彩的效果,本领域的技术人员应该知道,应撕去该离型膜后再将其涂布到基材层1下表面的炫彩层3上。另外,光致变色层或温致变色层均是现有市面上常见的涂层,其主要由添加有光致变色材料或温致变色材料的涂料形成,因此不进行赘述。
作为更优选地,绝缘反射层5采用无机非金属绝缘材料制成,其反射率≥80%,电阻≥1012Ω,该绝缘反射层5具有高反射率的特点,其中,绝缘反射层5可采用氧化铝制成。由于采用无机非金属绝缘材料制成的反射材料,电磁信号对其穿透较好,因此不影响通讯效果,具有非常理想的应用效果。
作为更优选地,绝缘油墨层6为黑色遮光油墨,其厚度为2-10um,透光率≤0.1,电阻≥1012Ω。
作为更优选地,胶粘层7采用丙烯酸压敏胶或热熔胶制成,其厚度为10-35um,剥离力≥20N/in。
另外,在本实施例中,玻璃纤维补强板8为单层的玻璃纤维补强的有机复合材料或者双层的玻璃纤维补强的有机复合材料复合而成,玻璃纤维补强板8的厚度为0.2-0.8mm。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本发明还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本技术方案构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种变色炫彩手机后盖,包括基材层(1),其特征在于:所述基材层(1)的上表面设有一层抗刮硬化层(2),所述基材层(1)的下表面涂覆有炫彩层(3),所述炫彩层(3)的下表面涂覆有带有纹理的变色层(4),所述变色层(4)为光致变色层或温致变色层,所述变色层(4)的下表面涂覆有绝缘反射层(5),所述绝缘反射层(5)的下表面印刷有绝缘油墨层(6),所述绝缘油墨层(6)的下表面通过一层胶粘层(7)贴覆有一层或多层玻璃纤维补强板(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变色炫彩手机后盖,其特征在于:所述基材层(1)为PET或PC光学膜,或者所述基材层(1)由PC和PMMA的共混材料制成;所述基材层(1)的透光率≥90%,雾度≤1%,厚度50-188um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的变色炫彩手机后盖,其特征在于:所述抗刮硬化层(2)采用AF效果或AG效果的材质制成,所述抗刮硬化层(2)的厚度为2-20um,硬度≥3H,水滴角≥108°,耐磨性能≥5000次。
