Abstract
本发明公开了一种磁性密封组件,主要包括骨架A等,外圈的口部连接骨架A,骨架A上包裹有外包橡胶A,外包橡胶A设有凸起B,凸起B自然状态下与外圈外径边缘接触,内圈口部过盈配合压装骨架B形成预密封,骨架B上覆有外包橡胶B,外包橡胶B上设有唇口A、唇口B、唇口C和凸起A,凸起A自然状态下与内圈内径口部接触,唇口A与骨架A之间形成狭小通道,唇口A内侧与骨架A之间形成空腔A,唇口B、唇口C与骨架A接触密封并形成空腔B,唇口C内侧与骨架A之间形成空腔C。本发明在确保提供轮速信号和保证密封性能的前提下,采用仅有两个接触唇口的少唇化设计,减少了零部件的数量,降低了摩擦力矩。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轮毂轴承的领域,具体涉及一种磁性密封组件。
背景技术
二代轮毂轴承是一种为外圈旋转承载重量和为轮毂转动提供精确引导的汽车零部件;磁性圈是一种提供交变的磁场来提供轮速信号的零部件;密封组件是一种防止外部泥水侵入和内部油脂泄露的零部件。
现有技术方案中,磁性圈18是单独的一个零件,通过骨架与外圈13的过盈配合安装在外圈13上,并随着外圈13的转动为传感器提供轮速信号;原密封件17的内骨架安装在轮毂外圈13上,外骨架安装在内圈14上,内圈14为静止零件。原密封件17上橡胶唇口与骨架之间的接触形成密封能力。现有技术中,磁性圈18和原密封件17是两组不同的零件,需要单独进行安装;并存在较多唇口与转动骨架的接触,易造成较大的摩擦力矩。同时,存在转动过程中泥水通过转动骨架与静止骨架间的空隙渗入滚道,造成泥水侵入、滚道失效、油脂污染和油脂外溢的风险。总之,现有技术方案存在零件多、安装较为复杂、较多唇口与转动骨架的接触、存在较大的摩擦力矩等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种磁性密封组件。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种磁性密封组件,主要包括骨架A、骨架B、唇口A、唇口B、唇口C、空腔A、空腔B、空腔C、外包橡胶A、凸起A、凸起B、胶水填充区、外圈、内圈、保持架、滚动体,外圈和内圈之间的滚道安装由保持架保持的滚动体而构成轴承,滚道外侧形成空腔和空隙,外圈的口部连接骨架A,骨架A上包裹有外包橡胶A,外包橡胶A设有凸起B,凸起B自然状态下与外圈外径边缘接触,骨架A与外圈内径倒角处设置有胶水填充区,胶水填充区内填充厌氧胶水,内圈口部过盈配合压装骨架B形成预密封,骨架B上覆有外包橡胶B,外包橡胶B上设有唇口A、唇口B、唇口C和凸起A,凸起A自然状态下与内圈内径口部接触,唇口A与骨架A之间形成狭小通道,唇口A内侧与骨架A之间形成空腔A,唇口B、唇口C与骨架A接触密封并形成空腔B,唇口C内侧与骨架A之间形成空腔C。
所述骨架A和骨架B相互之间构成迷宫式密封通道。
所述外包橡胶为磁性橡胶。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明在确保提供轮速信号和保证密封性能的前提下,采用仅有两个接触唇口的少唇化设计,减少了零部件的数量,降低了摩擦力矩;通过新型迷宫结构设计,增加泥水侵入的路径长度,产生迷宫效应,进而增加泥水侵入的难度,减小泥水渗入滚道而造成的油脂污染和油脂外溢的风险,提高了密封性能;通过设置凸起来增加密封性能和装配紧密性,达到低转矩、少唇化、高密封性的目的;设置的空腔在提高密封性能的同时,作为油脂缓冲区亦可提高油脂的使用率。

实施例:如附图所示,这种磁性密封组件,主要包括骨架A1、骨架B2、唇口A3、唇口B4、唇口C5、空腔A6、空腔B7、空腔C8、外包橡胶A9、凸起A10、凸起B11、胶水填充区12、外圈13、内圈14、保持架15、滚动体16,外圈13和内圈14之间的滚道安装由保持架15保持的滚动体16而构成轴承,滚道外侧形成空腔和空隙,外圈13的口部连接骨架A1,骨架A1上包裹有外包橡胶A9,外包橡胶9为磁性橡胶。外包橡胶A9设有凸起B11,凸起B11自然状态下与外圈13外径边缘接触,防止在使用过程中泥水顺着骨架A1与外圈13的接触缝隙渗入滚道,骨架A1与外圈13内径倒角处设置有胶水填充区12,胶水填充区12内填充厌氧胶水来进一步提高骨架A1与外圈13的接触紧密性,避免泥水渗入,内圈14口部过盈配合压装骨架B2形成预密封,阻止泥水灰尘进入滚道,骨架A1和骨架B2相互之间构成迷宫式密封通道。骨架B2上覆有外包橡胶B19,外包橡胶B19上设有唇口A3、唇口B4、唇口C5和凸起A10,凸起A10自然状态下与内圈14内径口部接触,防止在使用过程中泥水顺着骨架B2与内圈14的接触缝隙渗入滚道,唇口A3与骨架A1之间形成狭小通道,唇口A3内侧与骨架A1之间形成空腔A6,阻止大量泥水进入并引导侵入泥水进入空腔A6并及时排出,空腔A6在大量泥水涌入时可作短暂蓄水作用,有利于其通过重力作用及时排出,唇口B4、唇口C5与骨架A1接触密封并形成空腔B7,进一步阻止泥水的入侵,唇口C5避免滚道内润滑油脂的大量泄漏,提高密封性,唇口C5内侧与骨架A1之间形成空腔C8,空腔C8同时作为油脂缓冲区,可在滚道中油脂析出时暂时储存油脂,方便油脂再次进入滚道进行补充。

1.一种磁性密封组件,其特征在于:主要包括骨架A(1)、骨架B(2)、唇口A(3)、唇口B(4)、唇口C(5)、空腔A(6)、空腔B(7)、空腔C(8)、外包橡胶A(9)、凸起A(10)、凸起B(11)、胶水填充区(12)、外圈(13)、内圈(14)、保持架(15)、滚动体(16),外圈(13)和内圈(14)之间的滚道安装由保持架(15)保持的滚动体(16)而构成轴承,滚道外侧形成空腔和空隙,外圈(13)的口部连接骨架A(1),骨架A(1)上包裹有外包橡胶A(9),外包橡胶A(9)设有凸起B(11),凸起B(11)自然状态下与外圈(13)外径边缘接触,骨架A(1)与外圈(13)内径倒角处设置有胶水填充区(12),胶水填充区(12)内填充厌氧胶水,内圈(14)口部过盈配合压装骨架B(2)形成预密封,骨架B(2)上覆有外包橡胶B(19),外包橡胶B(19)上设有唇口A(3)、唇口B(4)、唇口C(5)和凸起A(10),凸起A(10)自然状态下与内圈(14)内径口部接触,唇口A(3)与骨架A(1)之间形成狭小通道,唇口A(3)内侧与骨架A(1)之间形成空腔A(6),唇口B(4)、唇口C(5)与骨架A(1)接触密封并形成空腔B(7),唇口C(5)内侧与骨架A(1)之间形成空腔C(8)。
