Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oiling agents, and particularly relates to a PBO fiber carding oiling agent.
Background
PBO fiber (Poly-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole, polyparaphenylene benzobisoxazole) is a reinforcing material for composite materials. Etching is an essential step in the production process of PBO fibers, and the etching solution is usually an acidic solution. When a PBO fiber processing product is used, the PBO fiber needs to be carded, and acidic substances attached to the surface of the PBO fiber need to be removed; meanwhile, the PBO fiber generates a large amount of static electricity, and the static electricity needs to be reduced. Most of the existing carding oil is removed by using dacron chemical fiber oil such as paraffin, palm oil and the like, and although the dacron chemical fiber oil cannot damage PBO fibers, the removal effect on acidic substances is limited, and the static electricity improvement effect is also limited.

The invention aims to provide a PBO fiber carding oil agent which removes acidic substances on the surface of PBO fibers by using an acid-base neutralization principle, improves the removal effect and reduces static electricity.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a PBO fiber carding oil agent, which consists of sodium hydroxide, an antistatic agent and a terylene chemical fiber oil agent,
the weight percentage content of the sodium hydroxide in the PBO fiber carding oil agent is 3-8%,
the antistatic agent accounts for 10 to 20 weight percent of the PBO fiber carding oil agent,
the weight percentage content of the dacron chemical fiber oiling agent in the PBO fiber carding oiling agent is 72-87%.
Further, the antistatic agent is fatty alcohol phosphate.

Further, the dacron chemical fiber oiling agent is paraffin.
Further, the dacron chemical fiber oiling agent is palm oil.
Further, the content of the sodium hydroxide in the PBO fiber carding oil agent is 5% by weight.
Further, the antistatic agent accounts for 15% of the PBO fiber carding oil agent in percentage by weight.
Further, the weight percentage content of the dacron chemical fiber oiling agent in the PBO fiber carding oiling agent is 80%.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the PBO fiber carding oil agent effectively removes acidic substances on the surface of PBO fibers by adding sodium hydroxide, and effectively removes static electricity while removing the acidic substances on the surface of the PBO fibers by adding an antistatic agent to dissolve substances generated by the reaction of the sodium hydroxide and the acidic substances; static electricity is further removed by adding the dacron chemical fiber oiling agent.
The foregoing is a summary of the present invention, and in order to provide a clear understanding of the technical means of the present invention and to be implemented in accordance with the present specification, the following is a detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with specific examples to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the present invention and to practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the term "comprises/comprising" is intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to the listed steps or elements but may alternatively include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The embodiment of the invention relates to a PBO fiber carding oil agent, which consists of sodium hydroxide, an antistatic agent and a terylene chemical fiber oil agent. The content of the sodium hydroxide in the PBO fiber carding oil agent is 3-8% by weight, and the sodium hydroxide is used for neutralizing phosphoric acid on the surface of the PBO fiber and effectively removing the phosphoric acid on the surface of the PBO fiber. The antistatic agent accounts for 10-20 wt% of the PBO fiber carding oil agent, sodium hydroxide reacts with phosphoric acid to generate sodium dihydrogen phosphate, the sodium dihydrogen phosphate can cause static electricity, the antistatic agent is added into the PBO fiber carding oil agent to dissolve the sodium dihydrogen phosphate, and the static electricity is reduced while phosphoric acid on the surface of the PBO fiber is effectively removed. The weight percentage content of the dacron chemical fiber oiling agent in the PBO fiber carding oiling agent is 72-87%, and static electricity is further removed by adding the dacron chemical fiber oiling agent.
In the embodiment, the weight percentage content of the sodium hydroxide in the PBO fiber carding oil agent is 5 percent; the static agent is fatty alcohol phosphate or polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol phosphate or the mixture of the fatty alcohol phosphate and the polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol phosphate, and the weight percentage content of the fatty alcohol phosphate in the PBO fiber carding oil agent is 15 percent; the dacron chemical fiber oiling agent is paraffin or palm oil or a mixture of the paraffin and the palm oil, and the weight percentage content of the dacron chemical fiber oiling agent in the PBO fiber carding oiling agent is 80%.
The method for carding the PBO fibers by using the PBO fiber carding oil agent comprises the following steps: adding water into the PBO fiber carding oil agent to prepare a diluted solution with the concentration of the PBO fiber carding oil agent being 4 per mill, atomizing the diluted solution and spraying the atomized solution onto the PBO fibers. In the process of carding the PBO fiber, the diluted solution with the PBO fiber carding oil concentration of 4 per mill is atomized and sprayed onto the PBO fiber, the PBO fiber can be carded after the diluted solution with the PBO fiber carding oil concentration of 4 per mill is sprayed, and the PBO fiber can also be carded while the diluted solution with the PBO fiber carding oil concentration of 4 per mill is sprayed. The oil agent can effectively remove acidic substances on the surface of the PBO fiber, and the PBO fiber is smooth and easy to comb, and cannot be adhered to cotton carding rollers.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments for fully illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. The equivalent substitution or change made by the technical personnel in the technical field on the basis of the invention is all within the protection scope of the invention.
