本发明属于保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种用于提高免疫力的担子菌复合饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
免疫***在人体内主要起着生理防御、自身稳定和免疫监视的作用,是人体抵御病原菌侵犯最重要的保卫***。免疫功能一旦低下,就极易招致细菌、病毒、真菌的感染,最直接的表现就是容易生病。研究证实,当今社会免疫力低下主要集中在三类人群:一是疾病人群,特别是肿瘤癌症患者,放疗、化疗、大剂量使用抗菌素,导致细胞免疫和体液免疫受损,因此提高机体体质和免疫功能,减轻化疗毒副反应,增强疗效,延长术后生存期以及提高生存质量对于肿瘤患者十分重要的。二是生活不规律、饮食失调、缺乏锻炼、心理和精神压力大的人群,各种因素诱发免疫***不能正常发挥保护作用。三是婴幼儿和老年人,婴幼儿免疫***发育尚未成熟,由于从母体获得的IgG抗体已消失,所以容易发生感染,老年人由于胸腺萎缩,免疫细胞的数目减少、功能减弱而导致特异性和非特异性免疫都有所下降,也容易发生感染性疾病和恶性肿瘤。
据调查显示免疫力低下的人群所占的比例正逐年升高,目前市场上提高免疫力的产品五花八门,如免疫调节剂、提高免疫力的保健品等,但都存在一定的问题。免疫调节剂对人体具有副作用,而且长时间服用机体会产生抗药性;提高免疫力的保健品经国家食品药品监督管理局获批的就有一千多种,虽然种类繁多,但是见效慢、吸收性能低下、效果不明显和副作用的问题普遍存在。

担子菌冻干粉120-300份,红参浸膏32-45份,针叶樱桃粉75-183份,黄精粉22-40份,低聚果糖8-16份,红石榴浓缩汁8-16份,胡萝卜浓缩汁8-16份,诺丽果浆8-16份,γ—氨基丁酸5-12份,酸味剂10-25份和调味剂6-10份。

实施例6:
一种用于提高免疫力的担子菌复合饮品的制备方法,按照相应的比例选取担子菌蘑菇菌丝冻干粉280克,红参浸膏40克,针叶樱桃粉138克,黄精粉35克,低聚果糖12克,红石榴浓缩汁12克,胡萝卜浓缩汁12克,诺丽果浆12克,γ—氨基丁酸8克,DL-苹果酸8克、柠檬酸12克,食用级香精8克中加入水1358克混匀后,获得成品。
担子菌蘑菇菌丝冻干粉,是一种从多种担子菌蘑菇的菌丝体经过长期大型培养罐培养所萃取的多聚糖、氨基酸、脂质和矿物质的复合物。其中含有乙酰化-a-1,4葡聚糖复合物。乙酰化-a-1,4葡聚糖复合物与普通的蘑菇类药用保健品完全不同,它主要由部分乙酰化的α-葡聚糖构成,分子量为5000Da。大多数药用蘑菇富含β-葡聚糖,分子量约为十万到百万。低分子量的特性使乙酰化-a-葡聚糖复合物更容易被人体所吸收。这是到目前为止世界上唯一的得到作用机理和功效证明的乙酰化-a-葡聚糖复合物。该产品在1987年与东京大学共同开发,该产品被证明有助于通过诱导免疫***而增强人体自身免疫监视功能。超过70个领先的研究机构确认产品安全可靠,无副作用和提高机体免疫力,抗肿瘤和抗感染的临床效果。该产品在超过20个国家使用20年以上,是日本厚生省唯一指定的可以用于防治恶性肿瘤的食品原料。耶鲁大学的一项研究发现:AHCC同时增强CD4+,CD8+T细胞的免疫功能。服用本产品4周后,CD4+和CD8+T细胞的数量都有所增加,CD4+细胞的细胞因子IFN-γ产量大量持续增加。显著增加细胞活性;有效提高机体自愈力。选自日本。
红参是人参经过浸润、清洗、分选、蒸制、晾晒、烘干等工序加工而成,红参在蒸制过程中,因为热处理会发生化学反应,成份上发生变化,红参味甘、微苦、温,归脾、肺、心经;红参具有功效强之特点;人参皂苷具有抗衰老的作用;人参皂苷通过抗氧化、调节免疫、调节神经***、影响细胞周期调控因子、衰老基因的表达等作用来实现抗衰老的作用人参具有抗疲劳的作用;人参可通过清除自由基,增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性而起到抗疲劳的作用;人参中的植物多糖具有广泛的生物活性,在免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、降血糖、抗氧化等方面具有显著效果。选自吉林长春,5年及5年以下人工种植的成品。
针叶樱桃粉,高VC含量,天然VC来源;维生素C本身具有中和细胞内毒素的好处,所以维生素C不但能防治一般的感染性疾病,而且对中毒性休克等严重感染性疾病也有较好的治疗作用;白细胞具有较高的维生素C浓度,这一浓度会在应激和感染期间由于抵消氧化反应而降低,对免疫***的正常功能有促进作用;维生素C是参与胶原生物合成的酶促反应的辅助因子。胶原蛋白占人体内蛋白质的四分之一,构成皮肤、骨骼、牙齿和***的主要蛋白质,VC能够促进胶原蛋白的正常形成,对骨骼、牙齿、软骨、牙龈皮肤和血管的正常功能也有促进作用;维生素C是儿茶酚胺生物合成(尤其是将多巴胺转化为去甲肾上腺素的过程)的辅助因子,维生素C对神经***的正常功能有促进作用,维生素C对正常的心理功能有促进作用;乏力和疲劳是缺乏维生素C的症状之一,维生素C有助于正常的能量代谢,维生素C有助于减轻困倦和疲劳;可以激活机体细胞内天然存在的Nrf2抗氧化途径,增加细胞内谷胱甘肽GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等的水平,促进细胞内受损的DNA,蛋白质和脂质的修复,修复受损的细胞。选自法国。
红石榴浓缩汁,红石榴,果实中含有丰富的维生素C等10种维生素及矿物质、石榴多酚和花青素物质,有很好的排毒、抗氧化功效,能平衡荷尔蒙,调节女性***水平及生理期內分泌紊乱。

诺丽果浆,诺丽果含有的大量赛洛宁,可以帮助修复机体损伤,代谢毒素,增强体质;诺丽果中含有丰富的血清素及7-羟-6-甲基香豆素,经科学家证实可滋润“松果体”分泌“褪黑激素”,并具有抗组织胺的功能。松果体是监督所有腺体运作的主要腺体,它制造的荷尔蒙称为“褪黑激素”,它影响着身体的每一个部位,它也是一种纯天然的安眠物质,直接影响机体的成长,发育及老化,当褪黑激素分泌减少时,开始出现老化现象;诺丽果的单宁成份及多种活性多糖物质可增强免疫力、消除癌细胞、排除体内沉积毒素,对预防免疫功能失调及预防方面有很大帮助;诺丽果维他命C的2.8倍、葡萄籽的1.1倍,具有较强的的抗氧化性,有助身体对抗有害的自由基,增强体能。
胡萝卜浓缩汁,胡萝卜含维生素A与β-胡萝卜素,这种胡萝卜素的分子结构相当于2个分子的维生素A,进入机体后,在肝脏及小肠粘膜内经过酶的作用,其中50%变成维生素A,有补肝明目的作用,具有促进眼内感光色素生成的能力,并能预防夜盲症、加强眼睛的辨色能力,也能减少眼睛疲劳与眼睛干燥;生物体内脂质过氧化和自由基的产生导致细胞功能的下降,从而引起人体的衰老;胡萝卜素能抑制脂质的过氧化反应,从而减小过氧化物对免疫功能的抑制;它还能够清除体内多余的自由基,延缓衰老;胡萝卜富含维生素,可刺激皮肤的新陈代谢,增进血液循环,从而使皮肤细嫩光滑。
低聚果糖,属益生元,水溶性膳食纤维,改善肠道微生态环境,增强体质。
黄精粉,归脾肺肾经,有补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾之效,有提高记忆力、延缓衰老、清除自由基、降三高、抑菌等作用。
对于上述制备得到的成品,在实际制作过程中可以通过过滤的方式,进而使饮品更具有相应的细腻度。
上述所有实施例在实际操作过程中,选用的混匀装置包括三维运动混合机,不锈钢材质,规格型号为SYH-30、SYH-1000,生产厂家:江阴市和荣机械有限公司。对于搅拌装置的选用并不仅限于上述提供的,凡是能够完成相应的搅拌工作,同时对原材料无影响的装置均属于本发明的保护范围。
上述所有实施例在实际操作过程中,选用的过滤装置包括微孔膜过滤器,不锈钢材质,样式:管式,生产厂家:新乡市斯泰普过滤设备有限公司。对于过滤装置的选用并不仅限于上述提供的,凡是能够完成相应的过滤工作,同时对原材料无影响的装置均属于本发明的保护范围。
实验例
对该担子菌复合饮品的感官风味口感测评、稳定性进行了实验。以饮品的感官风味、口感以及产品的色泽进行测评,以各实施例为实验对象,进行成品的感官测试。测试人数20人。品尝方式:采用不记名打分的方式进行品尝,分别对各实施例样品的风味、口感、产品的色泽进行单独打分,每一个测试项目均为10分满分,取均值即可,均值越高效果越好。

注:上述数字代表各项目的均值。其中,风味:8:果味较淡;9:果味较浓。口感:8:顺滑;9:丝滑。
表1的结果显示,该担子菌复合饮品的各实施例中的配比方式在实施例5、6、7和实施例8时,风味、口感均处于最佳。
同时,上述所有的实验对象在服用了所有的实施例制备得到的成品后,精神状态均明显体现出精力充沛,整体生活及工作效率高的现象。
本发明提供了一种用于提高免疫力的担子菌复合饮品,该复合饮品是以细胞免疫学作为科学理论基础,配以具有免疫激活作用的担子菌冻干粉、具有大补元气、复脉固脱、益气摄血的红参浸膏及具有强壮卫气、润肺生津的黄精粉等中医药提取物相应的功效,以及针叶樱桃粉,低聚果糖,红石榴浓缩汁,胡萝卜浓缩汁,诺丽果浆,γ—氨基丁酸,酸味剂和调味剂相辅相成,相互融合作用,获得了一种能够新从细胞层面快速调节激活自身免疫细胞的活性,调节免疫***,提高免疫力,抗肿瘤,抗病毒,降血糖,抗氧化,易吸收,增强体质及有助于睡眠的制剂。该复合饮品在制备过程中,采用了先进的医药级BFS无菌灌装生产工艺及生产设备,保证了各种有效活性成分的活性力度及有效性。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于提高免疫力的担子菌复合饮品,其特征在于,所述饮品主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
担子菌冻干粉80-480份,红参浸膏30-50份,针叶樱桃粉50-200份,黄精粉20-50份,低聚果糖5-20份,红石榴浓缩汁5-20份,胡萝卜浓缩汁5-20份,诺丽果浆5-20份,γ—氨基丁酸3-15份,酸味剂6-30份和调味剂3-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于提高免疫力的担子菌复合饮品,其特征在于,所述饮品主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
担子菌冻干粉120-300份,红参浸膏32-45份,针叶樱桃粉75-183份,黄精粉22-40份,低聚果糖8-16份,红石榴浓缩汁8-16份,胡萝卜浓缩汁8-16份,诺丽果浆8-16份,γ—氨基丁酸5-12份,酸味剂10-25份和调味剂6-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于提高免疫力的担子菌复合饮品,其特征在于,所述饮品主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
担子菌冻干粉280份,红参浸膏40份,针叶樱桃粉138份,黄精粉35份,低聚果糖12份,红石榴浓缩汁12份,胡萝卜浓缩汁12份,诺丽果浆12份,γ—氨基丁酸8份,酸味剂20份和调味剂8份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种用于提高免疫力的担子菌复合饮品,其特征在于,所述担子菌冻干粉包括担子菌蘑菇菌丝冻干粉。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种用于提高免疫力的担子菌复合饮品,其特征在于,所述酸味剂包括苹果酸和柠檬酸;
所述苹果酸的用量与柠檬酸用量比为1-2:1-3。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于提高免疫力的担子菌复合饮品,其特征在于,所述苹果酸包括DL-苹果酸。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种用于提高免疫力的担子菌复合饮品,其特征在于,所述调味剂包括食用级香精。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种用于提高免疫力的担子菌复合饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括按照相应的比例选取担子菌冻干粉,红参浸膏,针叶樱桃粉,黄精粉,低聚果糖,红石榴浓缩汁,胡萝卜浓缩汁,诺丽果浆,γ—氨基丁酸,酸味剂、调味剂中加入溶剂混匀后,获得成品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种用于提高免疫力的担子菌复合饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂包括水。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种用于提高免疫力的担子菌复合饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂的用量与担子菌冻干粉,红参浸膏,针叶樱桃粉,黄精粉,低聚果糖,红石榴浓缩汁,胡萝卜浓缩汁,诺丽果浆,γ—氨基丁酸,酸味剂和调味剂的总用量比为1-3:2-5。
