240 volunteers are summoned and divided into 6 groups, wherein each group comprises 20 males and females, the ages of the males and the females are uniformly distributed within the range of 30-70 years, and the common symptoms are high blood sugar, blood fat or blood pressure.
The 5 groups of volunteers drunk the black tea prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 respectively, each person drunk one bag of black tea after one hour of lunch and dinner every day, each time drunk one bag of black tea with a mass of 5 g, and drunk three months, 1 group was set as a blank control group and drunk no tea, average values of blood sugar, total cholesterol and blood pressure of different groups of volunteers before and after the experiment were measured respectively, and statistical analysis was performed on the data to obtain the results shown in table 2 below.

As can be seen from the data in the table, compared with the blank control group, the blood sugar, total cholesterol and blood pressure values of the volunteers of the groups of examples 1-3 are greatly reduced or recovered to be normal after the test, and the blood sugar, total cholesterol and blood pressure values of the volunteers of the groups of comparative examples 1 and 2 are slightly reduced. Therefore, the ganoderma lucidum black tea prepared by combining the raspberry leaves, the ganoderma lucidum and the tea has stronger functions of reducing blood sugar, blood fat and blood pressure, and is superior to the black tea prepared by singly combining the raspberry leaves or the ganoderma lucidum and the tea.

Claims (6)

1. The preparation method of the ganoderma lucidum black tea is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) picking: picking fresh tea leaves with one or two initially-opened leaves, picking fresh and tender raspberry bud leaves, wherein the bud leaves are required to be fresh and complete, and preventing extrusion and folding damage;
(2) withering: spreading the picked fresh tea leaves and the raspberry leaves on a bamboo sieve respectively, and naturally spreading in a spreading room with an indoor temperature of 20-25 ℃;
(3) rolling: weighing lucid ganoderma according to the raw material ratio, equally dividing the lucid ganoderma into four parts according to the weight part, rolling the withered tea leaves for 15-25 min by using a rolling machine, adding three parts of lucid ganoderma in parts, and continuing rolling; rolling the withered raspberry leaves by using a rolling machine for 10-20 min, adding a part of lucid ganoderma, and rolling for 1-2 h;
(4) fermentation: spreading the rolled tea leaves prepared in the step (3) and putting the spread tea leaves into a fermentation chamber for fermentation treatment, wherein the thickness of the spread tea leaves is 8-12 cm, the fermentation temperature is 23-28 ℃, the humidity is 85-95%, and the fermentation time is 3-5 h; putting the rolled raspberry leaves prepared in the step (3) into a fresh-keeping film bag, sealing the opening of the bag, uniformly pricking a plurality of fine through holes on the fresh-keeping film bag, and spreading the raspberry leaves for fermentation;
(5) and (3) drying: layering and alternately tiling different fermented leaves prepared in the step (4), performing microwave drying, and drying the fermented leaves to constant weight by adopting power of 45-55W;
(6) mixing: and (4) uniformly mixing the dried tea leaves prepared in the step (5) with the raspberry leaves to prepare the ganoderma lucidum black tea.
2. The preparation method of the ganoderma lucidum black tea as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the fresh tea leaves are naturally spread and cooled for 1-2 hours, and the fresh raspberry leaves are naturally spread and cooled for 2.5-3.5 hours.
3. The preparation method of ganoderma lucidum black tea according to claim 1, wherein in the step (3), three parts of ganoderma lucidum are added into the rolled leaves of tea leaves for three times, and the rolling is carried out for 0.5-1 h after one part of ganoderma lucidum is added each time.
4. The preparation method of the ganoderma lucidum black tea as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the leaf spreading thickness of the raspberry leaves in the step (4) is 6-10 cm, the fermentation temperature is 38-43 ℃, the humidity is 65-75%, and the fermentation time is 1.5-2.5 h.
5. The preparation method of ganoderma lucidum black tea as claimed in claim 4, wherein the fermented leaves in step (5) are spread in three layers, the fermented raspberry leaves are spread in the lower layer and the upper layer, and the fermented tea leaves are spread in the middle layer.

The ganoderma lucidum black tea prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized in that the raw material formula of the ganoderma lucidum black tea comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 75-88% of black tea leaves, 10-18% of raspberry leaves and 2-7% of lucid ganoderma, wherein the lucid ganoderma in the lucid ganoderma black tea raw materials is pretreated lucid ganoderma, and the pretreatment process of the lucid ganoderma is as follows: crushing the dried and clean lucid ganoderma, sieving the smashed lucid ganoderma by a sieve with 80-120 meshes, and taking undersize materials; the raspberry leaf is freshly picked raspberry fresh and tender bud leaf.
