Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种即使是在线状传输部件与热熔粘接剂接触的状态下对热熔粘接剂进行加热的情况也能够抑制用于粘接的加热量的技术。配线部件的固定构造具备粘接部件、线状传输部件及被粘物。粘接部件包括具有导电性的面状的基体、设于所述基体的一个主面的第一热熔粘接剂及设于所述基体的另一个主面的第二热熔粘接剂。基体能够通过基于感应加热装置的感应加热而发热。线状传输部件相对于所述粘接部件在所述基体的一个主面侧与所述第一热熔粘接剂粘接。被粘物相对于所述粘接部件在所述基体的另一个主面侧与所述第二热熔粘接剂粘接。

然而,在专利文献1中,由于基体为树脂片,因此需要通过热压等从外部进行加热而使热熔粘接剂熔融,在需要在电线与热熔粘接剂接触的状态下对热熔粘接剂进行加热的情况下,也存在有电线的加热量变多的隐患。
为此,本发明的目的在于提供一种即使是在线状传输部件与热熔粘接剂接触的状态下对热熔粘接剂进行加热的情况也能够抑制用于粘接的加热量的技术。
用于解决课题的技术方案
本公开的配线部件的固定构造具备:粘接部件,包括具有导电性的面状的基体、设于所述基体的一个主面的第一热熔粘接剂及设于所述基体的另一个主面的第二热熔粘接剂;线状传输部件,相对于所述粘接部件而在所述基体的一个主面侧与所述第一热熔粘接剂粘接;及被粘物,相对于所述粘接部件而在所述基体的另一个主面侧与所述第二热熔粘接剂粘接。
发明效果
根据本公开,即使是在线状传输部件与热熔粘接剂接触的状态下对热熔粘接剂进行加热的情况,也能够抑制用于粘接的加热量。

具体实施方式
[本公开的实施方式的说明]
首先,列举本公开的实施方式并进行说明。
本公开的配线部件的固定构造如下所述。
(1)一种配线部件的固定构造,具备:粘接部件,包括具有导电性的面状的基体、设于所述基体的一个主面的第一热熔粘接剂及设于所述基体的另一个主面的第二热熔粘接剂;线状传输部件,相对于所述粘接部件而在所述基体的一个主面侧与所述第一热熔粘接剂粘接;及被粘物,相对于所述粘接部件而在所述基体的另一个主面侧与所述第二热熔粘接剂粘接。通过高频感应加热能够选择性地对基体进行加热。此时,第一热熔粘接剂、第二热熔粘接剂被从基体传递的热加热。因此,即使是在线状传输部件与热熔粘接剂接触的状态下对热熔粘接剂进行加热的情况,也能够抑制用于粘接的加热量。
(2)也可以是,所述线状传输部件是包括金属制的线状的芯线和覆盖所述芯线的绝缘被覆的电线。线状的芯线与面状的基体相比,难以通过高频感应加热而加热。因此,即使在线状传输部件为电线的情况下,也能够抑制绝缘被覆的加热量因来自芯线的热传导而变多的情况。
(3)也可以是,所述第一热熔粘接剂比所述第二热熔粘接剂易于粘接于所述线状传输部件。由此,能够提高粘接部件与线状传输部件的固定强度。
(4)也可以是,所述第一热熔粘接剂和所述线状传输部件的被覆是以相同系列的树脂作为材料而形成的。由此,在第一热熔粘接剂与线状传输部件的被覆之间相容性良好的组合的设定变得简单。
(5)也可以是,所述第二热熔粘接剂比所述第一热熔粘接剂易于粘接于所述被粘物。由此,能够提高粘接部件与被粘物的固定强度。
(6)也可以是,所述第二热熔粘接剂和所述被粘物是以相同系列的树脂作为材料而形成的。由此,在第二热熔粘接剂与被粘物之间相容性良好的组合的设定变得简单。
(7)也可以是,在所述第一热熔粘接剂粘接有多个所述线状传输部件,在进行了高频感应加热时,所述第二热熔粘接剂与所述被粘物的粘接状态形成为比所述第一热熔粘接剂与所述线状传输部件的粘接状态易于被消除。由此,在车辆报废时、修理时等,易于将多个线状传输部件连同基体一起从被粘物卸下。
[本公开的实施方式的详细内容]
以下,参照附图对本公开的配线部件的固定构造的具体例进行说明。此外,本发明并不局限于这些例示,而是由权利要求书示出,意在包括与权利要求书等同的意思及范围内的所有变更。
{实施方式}
以下,对实施方式所涉及的配线部件的固定构造进行说明。图1是表示实施方式所涉及的配线部件的固定构造1的立体图。图2是表示制造实施方式所涉及的配线部件的固定构造1的情形的说明图。
配线部件的固定构造1具备粘接部件10、线状传输部件20及被粘物30。在配线部件的固定构造1中,通过粘接部件10将线状传输部件20与被粘物30粘接固定。
粘接部件10包括基体12、第一热熔粘接剂16及第二热熔粘接剂18。
基体12通过感应加热而成为发热体。基体12的材料只要是具有导电性、且能够通过感应加热而发热的材料即可,并未被特别限定,除了铁、镍铬合金、铝、铜等金属以外,还可以采用导电性树脂等。优选的是,基体12是具有导电性的材料、且是透磁率较大的材料等基于感应加热的发热效率较高的材料。特别是在将金属材料用于线状传输部件20的情况下,优选为与之相同、或者与之相比发热效率更好的材料。例如,在将铝、铜等用于线状传输部件20的情况下,基体12的材料优选为铁、镍铬合金、铝、铜等。
基体12形成为面状。例如,作为基体12能够使用导体箔等。能够适当设定基体12的宽度尺寸、长度尺寸、厚度尺寸。例如,基体12的宽度尺寸只要是供线状传输部件20载置的宽度尺寸即可,可以根据线状传输部件20的根数、线状传输部件20间的间隔等来设定。另外,例如,基体12的长度尺寸只要是与线状传输部件20的长度尺寸相应的尺寸即可。此时,线状传输部件20的端部可以被设定为向基体12的外方延伸,也可以被设定为位于基体12上。另外,例如,基体12的厚度尺寸可以根据粘接部件10的处理、发热量、交流电流的频率等来设定。例如,若基体12较薄,则存在有在处理粘接部件10时破损的隐患。另一方面,若基体12较厚,则存在有如下隐患:电阻变小,或者因趋肤效应的影响而使得电流难以在基体12的内部流动,从而发热量变小。另外,若基体12较厚,则存在有粘接部件10***的隐患。鉴于这些,例如,考虑基体12的厚度尺寸在1微米至3毫米之间。
第一热熔粘接剂16设于基体12的一个主面13。第一热熔粘接剂16可以仅设于基体12的一个主面13的一部分,但是优选设于基体12的一个主面13的整个面。通过将第一热熔粘接剂16设于基体12的一个主面13的整个面,能够抑制从基体12的一个主面13朝向外部气体的直接的散热,能够进行第一热熔粘接剂16的更高效的加热。
第二热熔粘接剂18设于基体12的另一个主面14。第二热熔粘接剂18可以仅设于基体12的另一个主面14的一部分,但是优选设于基体12的另一个主面14的整个面。通过将第二热熔粘接剂18设于基体12的另一个主面14的整个面,能够抑制从基体12的另一个主面14朝向外部气体的直接的散热,能够进行第二热熔粘接剂18的更高效的加热。
第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18的厚度并未被特别限定,只要根据与成为粘接对象的线状传输部件20、被粘物30之间的粘接力及作业效率等适当设定即可。例如,若热熔粘接剂较薄,则存在有在基体12与粘接对象之间得不到充分的粘接力的隐患。另外,例如,若热熔粘接剂较厚,则存在有在热熔粘接剂被加热而软化之前花费时间、从而在制造上花费时间的隐患。鉴于这些,例如,考虑第一热熔粘接剂16和第二热熔粘接剂18的厚度为50微米至200微米。此外,第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18的厚度可以相同,也可以使第一热熔粘接剂16较厚,也可以使第二热熔粘接剂18较厚。
关于第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18的材料,只要能够用作热熔粘接剂即可,并未被特别限定。例如,作为第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18,可以使用聚烯烃类热熔粘接剂、聚酯类热熔粘接剂、聚酰胺类热熔粘接剂、合成橡胶类热熔粘接剂等。
该粘接部件10例如可以通过将第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18成形为片状,并利用层压加工等与同样成形为片状的基体12熔接而形成。另外,例如,粘接部件10也可以通过在片状的基体12上涂布包含成为第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18的材料的溶剂并使其干燥而形成。
另外,该粘接部件10也可以从形成为大尺寸的母材切出预定的大小而使用。
线状传输部件20相对于粘接部件10在基体12的一个主面13侧与第一热熔粘接剂16粘接。在第一热熔粘接剂16上粘接有一根或者多根(在图1所示的例子中为三根)线状传输部件20。
线状传输部件20与搭载于车辆的元件连接,是向该元件及/或从该元件传输电及/或光的部件。线状传输部件20只要是传输电或者光等的线状的部件即可。例如,线状传输部件20可以是具有芯线和芯线的周围的被覆的一般电线,也可以是裸导线、屏蔽线、漆包线、镍铬合金线、光纤等。
作为传输电力的线状传输部件20,也可以是各种信号线、各种电力线。传输电力的线状传输部件20也可以被用作将信号或者电力向空间发送、或者从空间接收信号或者电力的天线、线圈等。
在此,对线状传输部件20是包括金属制的线状的芯线24和覆盖芯线24的绝缘被覆26的电线22的情况进行说明。
芯线24包括一根或者多根线材。线材例如由铜、铜合金、铝、铝合金等导电材料形成。在芯线24由多根线材构成的情况下,优选将多根线材绞合。根据电线22的用途等适当设定芯线24的直径。此时,芯线24的直径可以与基体12的厚度相同,也可以比基体12的厚度小,也可以比其大。
绝缘被覆26是通过将树脂材料挤出成形于芯线24的周围等而形成的。构成绝缘被覆26的树脂材料只要是被用作车辆用电线的被覆材料的材料即可,并未被特别限定,例如,可以使用PVC(聚氯乙烯)或者PE(聚乙烯)等。
此外,在图1所示的例子中,线状传输部件20被配设为直线状,但是只要适当设定线状传输部件20的路径即可,也可以在粘接部件10上或者被粘物30上弯曲地配设。另外,在图1所示的例子中,多根线状传输部件20以并行地延伸的方式配设,但是只要适当设定多根线状传输部件20的路径即可,也可以以在粘接部件10上或者被粘物30上分支或者交叉的方式配设成不同的路径。另外,在图1所示的例子中,在一个粘接部件10配设有多根相同的线状传输部件20,但是只要适当设定多根线状传输部件20的直径、用途、构造等即可,也可以将直径、用途或者构造等不同的线状传输部件20粘接于相同的粘接部件10。
被粘物30相对于粘接部件10在基体12的另一个主面14侧与第二热熔粘接剂18粘接。
对被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分为树脂制的情况进行说明。作为该被粘物30,能够采用饰件、成形顶棚、仪表板、地毯等内饰部件(外观部件)、消音器等隔音部件、或者具有树脂主体的各部分等搭载于汽车的各种树脂部的部件。
被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的面可以与粘接部件10相同或者比其大。粘接部件10可以形成为与被粘物30中的成为粘接对象的面相同或者比其小。
在图1所示的例子中,被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分的形状为平坦面形状,但是这并不是必须的结构。例如,被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分的形状也可以是具有台阶或者凹凸的形状、或者弯曲的形状等。在被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分的形状为弯曲的形状的情况下,可以是粘接部件10中的沿宽度方向(线状传输部件20的宽度方向、多个线状传输部件20排列的方向)延伸的部分以沿被粘物30弯曲的方式粘接,也可以是粘接部件10中的沿长度方向(线状传输部件20的长度方向)延伸的部分以沿被粘物30弯曲的方式粘接。
构成被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分的树脂材料并未被特别限定,例如可以从聚烯烃、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、各种弹性体、纤维增强塑料等被用于车辆的树脂材料等中适当选择。
另外,被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分可以是针织物、织物、无纺布等纤维材料,也可以是非纤维材料。作为非纤维材料,可以是发泡成形材料,也可以不是发泡成形材料而是截面均匀的填充材料。
在此,线状传输部件20的绝缘被覆26和被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分由不同的树脂材料形成。此时,在此,作为第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18采用不同的热熔粘接剂。而且,第一热熔粘接剂16比第二热熔粘接剂18更易于粘接于线状传输部件20。另外,第二热熔粘接剂18比第一热熔粘接剂16更易于粘接于被粘物30。
在此,两个热熔粘接剂中的一方比另一方更易于粘接于粘接对象是指,在两个热熔粘接剂以相同程度的厚度尺寸且各自适合的加热温度与粘接对象加热粘接时一方的粘接强度比另一方的粘接强度高的情况。
在此,第一热熔粘接剂16和线状传输部件20的绝缘被覆26是以相同系列的树脂为材料而形成的,从而第一热熔粘接剂16比第二热熔粘接剂18更易于粘接于线状传输部件20。同样地,在此,第二热熔粘接剂18和被粘物30是以相同系列的树脂作为材料而形成的,从而第二热熔粘接剂18比第一热熔粘接剂16更易于粘接于被粘物30。
此外,通常,已知在热熔粘接剂中,根据材料而存在有相容性。因而,即使在热熔粘接剂与其粘接对象为不同系列的情况下,根据该相容性,第一热熔粘接剂16也比第二热熔粘接剂18更易于粘接于线状传输部件20、或者第二热熔粘接剂18也比第一热熔粘接剂16更易于粘接于被粘物30。
另外,在形成有配线部件的固定构造1的状态下,在进行了高频感应加热时,第二热熔粘接剂18与被粘物30的粘接状态形成为比第一热熔粘接剂16与线状传输部件20的粘接状态更易于被消除。
该结构例如是通过使第一热熔粘接剂16的软化点高于第二热熔粘接剂18的软化点来完成的。在该情况下,以成为比第一热熔粘接剂16的软化点低、且比第二热熔粘接剂18的软化点高的温度的方式对粘接部件进行加热,从而第二热熔粘接剂18与被粘物30的粘接状态形成为比第一热熔粘接剂16与线状传输部件20的粘接状态更易于被消除。
另外,例如,该结构是通过在平常状态下使第一热熔粘接剂16与线状传输部件20的粘接强度高于第二热熔粘接剂18与被粘物30的粘接强度来完成的。在该情况下,第一热熔粘接剂16的软化点不一定比第二热熔粘接剂18的软化点高,但是优选为相同程度或者比其高。关于粘接强度,可以通过改变第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18的厚度、或者鉴于与线状传输部件20、被粘物30的相容性来改变第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18的种类而适当设定。
<制造方法>
粘接部件10的加热能够通过感应加热装置80来进行。首先,对该感应加热装置80的一个例子进行说明。
感应加热装置80具备线圈82、收容线圈82的主体部84及用于使交流电流在线圈82中流动的交流电流的产生机构86。在主体部84设有接近对象侧部件的接近面85。在感应加热装置80中,当交流电流在线圈82中流动时,在线圈82的周围产生有磁力线。接近面85是该磁力线较多地通过的面。交流电流的产生机构86并未被特别限定,只要根据电源来构成即可。例如,在感应加热装置80利用商用电源的情况下,交流电流的产生机构86考虑由降低商用电源的电压的变压器、从交流整流为直流的整流器、从直流产生高频的高频发生器等构成。交流的频率根据构成基体20的金属的种类而适当设定。在感应加热装置80利用蓄电池的电源的情况下,能够省略变压器、整流器。
在对粘接部件10进行加热时,使感应加热装置80的接近面85接近粘接部件10,并且使交流电流在线圈82中流动。在图2所示的例子中,使感应加热装置80的接近面85相对于基体12从一个主面13侧(线状传输部件20侧)接近,但是也可以相对于基体12从另一个主面14侧(被粘物30侧)接近,也可以从两侧接近。另外,在图2所示的例子中,在线状传输部件20及被粘物30这两者与粘接部件10接触的状态下进行感应加热。此时,在图2所示的例子中,将接近面85按压于线状传输部件20,但是也可以不按压。在使感应加热装置80的接近面85相对于基体12靠近另一个主面14侧(被粘物30侧)的情况下也是同样的。
交流电流在线圈82中流动,在线圈82的周围产生的磁力线通过粘接部件10的基体12。此时,由于在基体12中流动有涡电流,因此在基体12中产生与涡电流损耗相应的焦耳热。由此,基体12发热,从而与基体12接触的第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18被加热、软化。然后,软化后的第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18层分别与线状传输部件20、被粘物30粘连。之后,切断电源、或者使感应加热装置80离开而结束感应加热,并且通过自然冷却、强制冷却等对第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18进行冷却,从而成为第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18粘接于线状传输部件20、被粘物30的状态。
在此,关于基于涡电流损耗的发热,若材料的透磁率变高,则能够增强磁通,发热效率变好。另外,若材料的电阻变大,则焦耳热增大,发热效率变好。因此,铁与铜、铝相比,发热效率变好。对于铜、铝,通过提高交流的频率,基于趋肤效应的浸透深度变浅,能够获得充分的发热量。
此外,在基体12由透磁率较高的材料形成的情况下,基于磁滞损耗的发热也变大。因此,若由作为透磁率比铜、铝高的材料的铁形成基体12,则能够实现发热效率的提高。
在此,线状传输部件20为电线22,其芯线24以导体为材料。然而,由于与基体12相比,线状的芯线24的供磁力线通过的面积较小,因此与基体12相比难以产生涡电流,发热效率较差。因此,即使是在粘接部件10与线状传输部件20接触的状态下通过感应加热装置80尝试感应加热的情况,也能够抑制芯线24的发热,从而能够抑制绝缘被覆26融化。特别是即使是在将接近面85按压于绝缘被覆26中的相对于芯线24与粘接部件10相反的一侧的外表面的情况,也难以产生该外表面融化而使绝缘被覆26的厚度变薄的情况。

<动作>
接着,考虑在形成有配线部件的固定构造1的状态下进行高频感应加热的情况。例如,在车辆报废时或者修理时等,在需要从被粘物30卸下多个线状传输部件20时,设想使用高频感应加热来卸下的情况等。
如上所述,在此,当在形成有配线部件的固定构造1的状态下进行了高频感应加热时,第二热熔粘接剂18与被粘物30的粘接状态形成为比第一热熔粘接剂16与线状传输部件20的粘接状态更易于被消除。由此,当在形成有配线部件的固定构造1的状态下进行高频感应加热时,能够在粘接部件10的基体12与被粘物30之间进行剥离,能够将多个线状传输部件20连同基体12一起从被粘物30卸下。
这也能够应用于需要进行粘接部件10相对于被粘物30的位置的修正的情况、或者产品为次品时从被粘物30卸下多个线状传输部件20的情况等。
根据如上所述那样构成的配线部件的固定构造1,能够通过高频感应加热来选择性地对基体12进行加热。此时,第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18被从基体12传递的热加热。因此,即使是在线状传输部件20与第一热熔粘接剂16接触的状态下对第一热熔粘接剂16进行加热的情况,也能够抑制用于粘接的加热量。
另外,线状的芯线24与面状的基体12相比,难以通过高频感应加热进行加热。因此,即使是线状传输部件20为电线22的情况,也能够抑制绝缘被覆26的加热量因来自芯线24的热传导而变多的情况。因而,由于线状传输部件20主要被来自第一热熔粘接剂16的热传导加热,因此能够抑制线状传输部件20与第一热熔粘接剂16相比被进一步加热的情况。
另外,由于第一热熔粘接剂16比第二热熔粘接剂18更易于粘接于线状传输部件20,因此能够提高粘接部件10与线状传输部件20的固定强度。此时,由于第一热熔粘接剂16和线状传输部件20的绝缘被覆26以相同系列的树脂为材料而形成,因此在这些部件之间相容性良好的组合的设定变得简单。
另外,由于第二热熔粘接剂18比第一热熔粘接剂16更易于粘接于被粘物30,因此能够提高粘接部件10与被粘物30的固定强度。此时,由于第二热熔粘接剂18和被粘物30以相同系列的树脂为材料而形成,因此在这些部件之间相容性良好的组合的设定变得简单。
另外,由于在进行了高频感应加热时,第二热熔粘接剂18与被粘物30的粘接状态比第一热熔粘接剂16与线状传输部件20的粘接状态更易于被消除,因此在车辆报废时、修理时等,易于将多个线状传输部件20连同基体12一起从被粘物30卸下。
{变形例}
在实施方式中,对被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分为树脂制的情况进行了说明,但是这并不是必须的结构。也考虑被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分为金属制。作为该被粘物30,能够采用金属制主体的各部分、仪表板用等的各种加强件、悬架板、座位用的滑轨等搭载于汽车的各种金属部件。
构成被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分的金属材料并未被特别限定,例如,可以从铁、铝、铜、各种合金等被用于车辆中的金属材料等中适当选择。
在被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分为金属制,且其面积(从基体12的法线方向观察的面积)较大的情况下,在进行了高频感应加热时,被粘物30也能够直接发热,因此第二热熔粘接剂18与被粘物30的粘接状态比第一热熔粘接剂16与线状传输部件20的粘接状态更易于被消除。即使是线状传输部件20为电线22的情况,在被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分的面积比电线22大的情况下,被粘物30的直接加热量也大于电线22的芯线24被加热的量,因此,第二热熔粘接剂18与被粘物30的粘接状态比第一热熔粘接剂16与线状传输部件20的粘接状态更易于被消除。
在该情况下,优选的是,被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分形成为与基体12相比更易于通过感应加热进行加热。由此,从被粘物30向第二热熔粘接剂传递的热量变大,第二热熔粘接剂18与被粘物30的粘接状态比第一热熔粘接剂16与线状传输部件20的粘接状态更易于被消除。作为被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分形成为与基体12相比更易于通过感应加热进行加热的例子,例如,考虑构成被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分的材料是铁等透磁率较高的材料,构成基体12的材料是铜、铝等透磁率比铁低的材料。另外,例如,考虑被粘物30中的供粘接部件10粘接的部分由具有导电性的材料以面积比基体12大的方式形成。在该情况下,通过使用具有面积比基体12大的接近面85的感应加热装置80进行感应加热,能够增多被粘物30的加热量。
但是,在上述实施方式或者上述变形例中,配线部件的固定构造1也可以不形成为在进行了高频感应加热时第二热熔粘接剂18与被粘物30的粘接状态比第一热熔粘接剂16与线状传输部件20的粘接状态更易于被消除。
另外,至此为止对被粘物30是原本组装于在车辆中配设有线状传输部件20的部分的部件的情况进行了说明,但是这并不是必须的结构。被粘物30也考虑是原本组装于在车辆中配设有线状传输部件20的部分的部件以外的部件。即,被粘物30考虑是在车辆中为了线状传输部件20的组装、保护等而新采用的部件。作为该被粘物30,例如,考虑是片材。该片材例如被用作用于将多个线状传输部件20保持为扁平的部件、或者被用作用于进行线状传输部件20的路径限制的部件、或者被用作安装用于将线状传输部件20固定于车辆的固定元件的部件。另外,例如,作为该被粘物30,也可以考虑是保护器等线状传输部件20的保护元件。
另外,至此为止对线状传输部件20和被粘物30在一个粘接工序中同时粘接于粘接部件10的情况进行了说明,但是这并不是必须的结构。线状传输部件20和被粘物30也可以在各自的粘接工序中错开时间而粘接于粘接部件10。在该情况下,优选的是,降低第一热熔粘接剂16与第二热熔粘接剂18中的先与对象部件粘接固定的热熔粘接剂的软化点。
例如,考虑在先固定了线状传输部件20与粘接部件10之后,固定粘接部件10与被粘物30。在该情况下,关于在固定了线状传输部件20与粘接部件10之后且固定被粘物30之前的中间制造物,能够视为带有粘接部件的配线体。然后,能够在使该带有粘接部件的配线体沿被粘物30的状态下进行感应加热而成为配线部件的固定构造1。
另外,例如也考虑在先固定了被粘物30与粘接部件10之后,固定粘接部件10与线状传输部件20。在该情况下,关于在固定了被粘物30与粘接部件10之后且固定线状传输部件20之前的中间制造物,能够视为带有粘接部件的被粘物。然后,能够在使线状传输部件20沿该带有粘接部件的被粘物的状态下进行感应加热而成为配线部件的固定构造1。
另外,至此为止对在线状传输部件20及被粘物30这两者与粘接部件10接触的状态下进行了感应加热的情况进行了说明,但是这并不是必须的结构。也可以在线状传输部件20、被粘物30或者该两者从粘接部件10离开的状态下对粘接部件10进行感应加热,在第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18或者该两者软化的状态下使线状传输部件20、被粘物30或者该两者与粘接部件10接触而粘接。
另外,至此为止对第一热熔粘接剂16比第二热熔粘接剂18更易于粘接于线状传输部件20的情况进行了说明,但是这并不是必须的结构。也可能存在有第二热熔粘接剂18比第一热熔粘接剂16更易于粘接于线状传输部件20的情况、或者两者同等地易于粘接于线状传输部件20的情况。同样地,对第二热熔粘接剂18比第一热熔粘接剂16更易于粘接于被粘物30的情况进行了说明,但是这并不是必须的结构。也可能存在有第一热熔粘接剂16比第二热熔粘接剂18更易于粘接于被粘物30的情况、或者两者同等地易于粘接于被粘物30的情况。
另外,至此为止对第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18是不同种类的热熔粘接剂的情况进行了说明,但是这并不是必须的结构。第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18也可能是相同种类的热熔粘接剂。
另外,至此为止对线状传输部件20、被粘物30中的供第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18粘接的部分由不同的材料形成的情况进行了说明,但是这并不是必须的结构。也可能存在有线状传输部件20、被粘物30中的供第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18粘接的部分由相同的材料形成的情况。在该情况下,既可能存在有第一热熔粘接剂16、第二热熔粘接剂18是相同种类的情况,也可能存在有是不同种类的情况。
另外,在上述实施方式及各变形例中说明的各结构只要不相互矛盾,就能够适当组合。

Claims (7)

1.一种配线部件的固定构造,具备:
粘接部件,包括具有导电性的面状的基体、设于所述基体的一个主面的第一热熔粘接剂及设于所述基体的另一个主面的第二热熔粘接剂;
线状传输部件,相对于所述粘接部件而在所述基体的一个主面侧与所述第一热熔粘接剂粘接;及
被粘物,相对于所述粘接部件而在所述基体的另一个主面侧与所述第二热熔粘接剂粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配线部件的固定构造,其中,
所述线状传输部件是包括金属制的线状的芯线和覆盖所述芯线的绝缘被覆的电线。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的配线部件的固定构造,其中,
所述第一热熔粘接剂比所述第二热熔粘接剂易于粘接于所述线状传输部件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的配线部件的固定构造,其中,
所述第一热熔粘接剂和所述线状传输部件的被覆是以相同系列的树脂为材料而形成的。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的配线部件的固定构造,其中,
所述第二热熔粘接剂比所述第一热熔粘接剂易于粘接于所述被粘物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的配线部件的固定构造,其中,
所述第二热熔粘接剂和所述被粘物是以相同系列的树脂为材料而形成的。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的配线部件的固定构造,其中,
在所述第一热熔粘接剂粘接有多个所述线状传输部件,
在进行了高频感应加热时,所述第二热熔粘接剂与所述被粘物的粘接状态形成为比所述第一热熔粘接剂与所述线状传输部件的粘接状态易于被消除。
