Meanwhile, the invention also provides an assembly method of the loudspeaker box. The flexible circuit board is fixed on the shell through welding, the assembly process comprises the working procedures of matching, tin soldering welding, grooving glue punching and the like, the assembly process is complex, and the working procedures of point stamping, pressure maintaining and the like are required; because the flexible circuit board has small volume and poor assembly precision, notch glue needs to be applied to the wire outlet groove after assembly, and if the notch glue is not coated in place, the wire outlet groove has the risk of air leakage; meanwhile, the flexible circuit board is expensive.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new speaker box and a method of assembling the same to solve the above problems.

The upper cover 11 includes a fixing section 111 disposed in the rear cavity 1012 and fixedly connected to the upper case 12.
The sounding unit 20 includes a frame 23, a magnetic circuit system 24 fixed to the frame 23 and having a magnetic gap 103, and a vibration system 25 driven by the magnetic circuit system 24 and vibrating to generate sound.
The vibration system 25 includes the diaphragm 21, a voice coil 251 inserted into the magnetic gap 103 and driving the diaphragm 21 to vibrate and generate sound, a flexible circuit board 252 electrically connected to the voice coil 251, and a frame 254 fixed to the diaphragm 21. The bonding pad 22 is formed on the flexible circuit board 252 and is located at an end of the flexible circuit board 252 away from the voice coil 251.
During the operation of the speaker box 100, the external power supply circuit supplies power to the voice coil 251 through the soldering tab 30 and the flexible circuit board 252 in sequence. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the pad may also be a conductive sheet fixed on the frame and electrically connected to the flexible circuit board, and accordingly, an external power supply circuit sequentially supplies power to the voice coil 251 through the pad, the pad and the flexible circuit board.
The flexible circuit board 252 includes a fixing portion 2521 fixedly connected to the frame 23, a connecting portion 2522 connected to the voice coil 251, and a plurality of connecting arms 2523 connecting the fixing portion 2521 and the connecting portion 2522.
The connecting portion 2522 includes a third connecting segment 2525 and a fourth connecting segment 2526 bent and extended from the third connecting segment 2525. Through the arrangement that the flexible circuit board 252 includes the bending structure formed by the third connection segment 2525 and the fourth connection segment 2526, it is ensured that the soldering lug 30 and the sounding unit 20 maintain relative positions, and the stability of the product is improved.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the fixing portion 2521 and the connecting wall 2523 are on the same plane, and the third connecting section 2525 is parallel to the fixing portion 2521.
The framework 254 includes a body portion 2541 fixed to the diaphragm 21 and a sidewall 2542 formed by bending and extending from an outer periphery of the body portion 2541 to a direction away from the diaphragm 21.
In this embodiment, the cross section of the body portion 2541 is rectangular, and the side walls 2542 are formed by bending and extending from four corners of the body portion 2541.
The soldering lug 30 includes a main body 31 fixed to the housing 10, and a fixed terminal 32 and a conductive terminal 33 provided at opposite ends of the main body 31. The fixed terminal 32 is located in the receiving space 101 and electrically connected to the pad 22, and the conductive terminal 33 extends out of the receiving space 101 and is electrically connected to the outside.
Specifically, the fixed terminal 32 includes a first connecting section 321 connected to the body 31 and perpendicular thereto, and a second connecting section 322 perpendicular to the first connecting section 321. The second connecting section 322 is fixed to the pad 22 by welding.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the main body 31, the conductive terminals 33, and the first connecting section 321 are all embedded in the fixing section 111.
Preferably, the upper cover 11 and the upper housing 12 and the soldering lug 30 and the fixing section 111 are integrally formed by injection molding. So configured, the integrity of the loudspeaker enclosure 100 is enhanced, increasing the structural strength of the loudspeaker enclosure 100.
