Generally speaking, the closer the distance between the ring-folded portion 835 and the collapsing portion 45 is when the auxiliary diaphragm 83 vibrates to the maximum position far away from the diaphragm 61, the better the powder filling area is maximized by using the overflowing shape space of the auxiliary diaphragm 83 vibration (i.e. when the electric signal input by the voice coil 63 is under the normal working condition, and the auxiliary diaphragm 83 vibrates to the maximum position far away from the diaphragm 61, the limit position is when the ring-folded portion 835 is in contact with the collapsing portion 45 but does not collide with the collapsing portion). However, in order to avoid the collision between the collar portion 835 and the collapsing portion 45 caused by the abnormal electrical signal input by the voice coil 63, when the electrical signal input by the voice coil 63 is under a normal working condition and the auxiliary diaphragm 83 vibrates to a maximum position far away from the diaphragm 61, a certain distance is usually set between the collar portion 835 and the collapsing portion 45. As shown, a dashed line a in the figure is a maximum position where the auxiliary diaphragm 83 vibrates to a position far away from the diaphragm 61 when the electric signal input by the voice coil 63 is under a normal working condition.
The collapsing portion 45 includes a flat portion 47 formed by bending and extending the cover body 41, and an arc portion 49 extending from the flat portion 47 to the gluing portion 43, the flat portion 47 is perpendicular to the vibration direction of the diaphragm 61, and the shape of the arc portion 49 matches the shape of the first portion 837.

Claims (10)

1. A loudspeaker box comprises a front cover, a rear cover assembled with the front cover to form a containing cavity, a sound production monomer and a breathable isolation cover, wherein the sound production monomer is arranged in the containing cavity and divides the containing cavity into a front cavity and a rear cavity, the front cover is provided with a bottom wall and a supporting wall extending from the bottom wall to form and surround the sound production monomer, the sound production monomer is fixedly held on the supporting wall, the breathable isolation cover divides the sound production monomer from the rear cavity, the sound production monomer comprises a basin frame, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system which are fixedly held on the basin frame respectively and an elastic support piece, the elastic support piece comprises an auxiliary vibrating diaphragm, the auxiliary vibrating diaphragm comprises a first fixing part connected with the basin frame, a second fixing part connected with the vibration system and a ring folding part connected with the first fixing part and the second fixing part, and the ring folding part is raised towards the breathable isolation cover, the air-permeable isolation cover is characterized by comprising a cover body attached to the magnetic circuit system, a gluing part fixed on the support wall and a collapsing part connected with the cover body and the gluing part, wherein the cover body is closer to the rear cover relative to the collapsing part, the orthographic projection of the folded ring part on the air-permeable isolation cover is located in the range of the collapsing part, and the folded ring part does not collide with the collapsing part when the auxiliary diaphragm vibrates.
2. A loudspeaker enclosure according to claim 1, wherein the folded-loop portion has a connecting line furthest from the bottom wall, the folded-loop portion includes a first portion extending from the connecting line in a direction toward the first fixing portion and a second portion extending from the connecting line in a direction toward the second fixing portion, the collapsed portion includes a flat portion formed by bending and extending from the enclosure body and an arc portion extending from the flat portion to the glue portion, the flat portion is perpendicular to a vibration direction of the diaphragm, and a shape of the arc portion matches a shape of the first portion.
3. The loudspeaker box of claim 1, wherein the vibration system comprises a diaphragm fixed on the frame and enclosing with the bottom wall to form the front cavity, and a voice coil for driving the diaphragm to vibrate and generate sound, a bobbin is connected to one side of the diaphragm facing the voice coil, and the voice coil and the second fixing portion are respectively connected to the bobbin.

The speaker box of claim 3, wherein the frame comprises a frame body fixed on the diaphragm, a first connecting portion extending and forming from the outer periphery of the frame body to the direction far away from the diaphragm, and a second connecting portion extending and forming from the inner periphery of the frame body to the direction far away from the diaphragm, the second fixing portion is connected with the first connecting portion, and the voice coil is connected with the second connecting portion.

The speaker box according to claim 4, wherein the elastic supporting member further comprises a flexible circuit board electrically connected to the voice coil, the flexible circuit board comprises a holding portion fixed to the frame, a coupling portion fixed to the first connecting portion, and an elastic arm connecting the holding portion and the coupling portion, the first fixing portion is fixed to a side of the holding portion away from the frame, and the second fixing portion is fixed to a side of the coupling portion away from the first connecting portion.

The speaker box according to claim 5, wherein a pad is formed by extending from the fixing portion, the pad is parallel to the bottom wall and extends into the rear cavity, a notch is formed in the supporting wall to avoid the pad, the front cover further has a boss formed by extending from the bottom wall into the rear cavity, the speaker box further comprises a soldering lug, the soldering lug comprises a main body portion fixed to the bottom wall by injection molding, a first electrical connection portion extending from the main body portion to the outside of the accommodating cavity and fixed to the bottom wall by injection molding, an extension portion formed by bending and extending from the main body portion and injected into the boss, and a second electrical connection portion formed by bending and extending from the extension portion and fixed to the boss by injection molding, wherein the first electrical connection portion is electrically connected with an external circuit, and the second electrical connection portion is exposed on a side of the boss away from the bottom wall, the pad is arranged on the second electric connection part and is electrically connected with the second electric connection part.
7. The loudspeaker box of claim 6, wherein the front cover includes a plastic member and a reinforcing rigid body injection-molded and fixed to the plastic member, the support wall is located on the plastic member, and the soldering lug is injection-molded and fixed to the plastic member.

The speaker box of claim 7, wherein the reinforcing rigid body comprises a body and a plurality of walls extending from the body into the plastic part, the walls enclosing a tapered through hole, the tapered through hole being filled with the plastic of the plastic part, the tapered through hole comprising a first opening and a second opening, the first opening and the second opening being respectively disposed at two ends of the tapered through hole, the second opening being closer to the receiving cavity than the first opening, and the size of the tapered through hole gradually decreases along a direction from the first opening to the second opening.
9. A loudspeaker enclosure according to claim 8, wherein the stiffening rigid body is made of a metal material and the enclosure walls are stamped and formed from the body.
10. The loudspeaker box of claim 1, wherein a powder filling hole is formed in a position of the front cover or/and the rear cover, which is opposite to the rear cavity, and a sealing cover covers the powder filling hole.
