The second fixing piece 142 is fixed to one side of the connecting portion 132 away from the first diaphragm 11. The elastic piece 14 further includes an L-shaped connecting leg 144 extending from the end of the second fixing piece 142 away from the connecting piece 143. In the present embodiment, the elastic pieces 14 are made of FPC material, and the connecting pins 144 include two pins and are located on one of the elastic pieces 14 for electrically connecting with the voice coil 16.
The second diaphragm 15 is fixed to the side of the elastic sheet 14 away from the first diaphragm 11. The second diaphragm 15 includes a second vibrating portion 151 recessed in a direction away from the elastic piece 14, and a first fixing portion 152 and a second fixing portion 153 located at both sides of the second vibrating portion 151 and fixed to the first fixing piece 141 and the second fixing piece 142, respectively. The second diaphragm 15 further includes a notch 154 recessed from the second fixing portion 153 toward the second vibrating portion 151.
The voice coil 16 is fixed to an end of the supporting portion 133 of the bracket 13 away from the first diaphragm 11, and the voice coil 16 includes a pair of leads 161 electrically connected to the connecting pins 144 of the elastic sheet 14.
The magnetic circuit system 2 includes a yoke 21 and a main magnetic portion housed in the yoke 21. The main magnetic part comprises a main magnetic steel 22, four auxiliary magnetic steels 23 fixed on the magnetic yoke 21 and positioned around the main magnetic steel 22, a first pole core 24 assembled on the main magnetic steel 22 and a second pole core 25 assembled on the auxiliary magnetic steel 23, and a magnetic gap 26 is formed between the main magnetic steel 22 and the auxiliary magnetic steel 23. The voice coil 16 is inserted in the magnetic gap 26. The holder 13 is disposed around the main magnetic portion. The second pole piece 25 is fixed on one end of the frame 3 far away from the first diaphragm 11.
In the present embodiment, the main magnet 22 is elongated, and the auxiliary magnet 23 includes a pair of first auxiliary magnets 231 located on both sides of the short axis of the main magnet 22 and a pair of second auxiliary magnets 232 located on both sides of the long axis of the main magnet 22. The first sub magnetic steel 231 has a convex shape including a protrusion 2311, the second pole piece 25 includes a protrusion 251 corresponding to the protrusion 2311, and the yoke 21 includes a protrusion 211 corresponding to the protrusion 2311. The projection 251, the protrusion 2311 and the protrusion 211 are stacked in sequence and are arranged corresponding to the notch 1320 of the bracket 13 and the notch 154 of the second diaphragm 15, so that the size of the main magnetic circuit is increased and the acoustic performance is improved.
