Therefore, there is a need to provide a new speaker box to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks.

The shell 1 comprises an upper cover 11 and a lower cover 12 covering the upper cover 11, the soldering lug 4 is fixed to the lower cover 12 in an injection molding mode, and the upper cover 11 and the lower cover 12 are fixedly connected through ultrasonic welding.
The sound generating unit 2 and the steel sheet 3 on one side of the sound generating unit 2 enclose a front cavity 51.
The single sounding body 2 comprises two bonding pads 21 arranged at intervals in the width direction of the single sounding body 2, and the bonding pads 21 are used for electrically connecting the single sounding body 2 with an external circuit.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the soldering lug 4 includes a first soldering lug 41 and a second soldering lug 42, and the first soldering lug 41 and the second soldering lug 42 extend from two opposite ends of one side of the sound generating unit 2 and are spaced from each other.
The first soldering lug 41 and the second soldering lug 42 are respectively connected with the current input end and the current output end of the sounding single body 2 to form a current loop.
Referring to fig. 7, the first soldering terminal 41 includes a first main body 411 fixed to the lower cover 12 by injection molding, a first elastic leg 412 extending from the first main body 411 and suspended in the accommodating space, a first conductive terminal 413 extending from the first main body 411 to the outside of the accommodating space, and a first positioning portion 414 extending from the first main body 411 and fixed to the lower cover 12 by injection molding, wherein the first elastic leg 412 is spaced from the housing 1 and elastically abuts against the soldering pad 21, and the first conductive terminal 413 is electrically connected to an external circuit.
The first elastic leg 412 includes a first part 4121 extending perpendicularly from the first body 411, a second part 4122 extending perpendicularly from the first part 4121 in a direction away from the first body 4121, and a hook 4123 extending from the second part 4122, and the first elastic leg 412 elastically contacts the pad 21 through the hook 4123.

The second soldering terminal 42 includes a second main body portion 421 fixed to the lower cover 12 by injection molding, a second elastic pin 422 extending from the second main body portion 421 and suspended in the accommodating space, a second conductive terminal 423 extending from the second main body portion 421 to the outside of the accommodating space, and a second positioning portion 424 extending from the second main body portion 421 and fixed to the lower cover 12 by injection molding, the second elastic pin 422 and the housing 1 are arranged at an interval and elastically abutted to the soldering pad 21, and the second conductive terminal 423 is electrically connected to an external circuit.
The second spring leg 422 has the same structure as the first spring leg 412.
The first conductive terminal 413 and the second conductive terminal 423 are rectangular plate-shaped, the lower cover 12 is provided with a groove 123, and the first conductive terminal 413 and the second conductive terminal 423 are both exposed at the bottom of the groove 123, so that the first conductive terminal 413 and the second conductive terminal 423 are electrically connected with the outside.

Claims (5)

A loudspeaker box comprises a shell with an accommodating space and a sounding monomer accommodated in the shell, wherein the sounding monomer is provided with a bonding pad for realizing the electric connection of the sounding monomer and an external circuit, characterized in that the loudspeaker box also comprises a soldering lug, the soldering lug comprises a main body part fixed on the shell in an injection molding way, an elastic pin extending from the main body part and suspended in the accommodating space, and a conductive terminal extending from the main body part to the outside of the accommodating space, the elastic pin and the shell are arranged at intervals and elastically abutted against the bonding pad, the conductive terminal is electrically connected with an external circuit, the elastic foot comprises a first part vertically extending from the main body part, a second part vertically extending from the first part to a direction far away from the main body part and a hook part extending from the second part, and the elastic foot is elastically abutted to the bonding pad through the hook part.

5. The loudspeaker enclosure of claim 1, wherein the housing includes an upper cover and a lower cover in covering relation with the upper cover, the upper cover and the lower cover being fixedly attached by ultrasonic welding.
