本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,越来越多的女性高档纺织品发展迅速,男性对健康及高档纺织品的也越来越关注。
玛卡酰胺蛋白质含量为10%以上,59%的碳水化合物;8.5%的纤维,内含丰富的锌、钙、铁、钛、铷、钾、钠、铜、锰、镁、锶、磷、碘等矿物质,并含有维生素C、B1、B2、B6、A、E、B12、B5,脂肪含量不高但其中多为不饱和脂肪酸,亚油酸和亚麻酸的含量达53%以上,天然活性成份包括生物碱、芥子油苷及其分解产物异硫氰酸苄酯、甾醇、多酚类物质等,并确定玛卡对平衡人体荷尔蒙分泌有显著作用,所以玛卡又被称为天然荷尔蒙发动机。
但是玛卡本身没有反应性基团又不能吸附于织物上,同时又没有一定的耐性性能。为了解决以上问题,本发明提供了一种用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法,该玛卡整理剂整理后的织物所有具有这些功能既有保健作用有带给织物以细腻柔软的手感。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、预聚物的制备:将PEG溶解在丙酮中,完全溶解后在水浴冷却的情况下加入TDI,然后加入适量引发剂,一定时间后停止反应;
B、微胶囊的制备:将一定比例的玛卡酰胺和步骤A所得预聚物混合均匀,在加热和快速搅拌的情况下加入到含有乳化剂和分散稳定剂的水溶液中,形成水包油的乳浊液体系,乳化到微胶囊粒径合乎要求后加入扩链剂,恒温搅拌条件下继续一定时间;即可。
优选的,所述的步骤A中,所述的PEG的分子量为300-500,优选为400。
优选的,所述的步骤A中,所述的引发剂为过硫酸钾。
优选的,所述的步骤B中,所述的乳化剂为吐温80。
优选的,所述的步骤B中,芯材与壁材质量比为1:(1-3),进一步优选为1:2。
优选的,所述的步骤B中,所述的乳化剂为磺化石油、海藻酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠以及PVA、明胶、CMC中任意一种或者多种的组合。优选为海藻酸钠。
进一步优选的,所述的海藻酸钠的加入量为质量浓度0.15%。
优选的,所述的扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇。
优选的,所述的玛卡酰胺整理剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:将玛卡酰胺整理剂按照3-5%的比例加水配制成溶液,然后将天然纤维面料浸扎后在140-160℃条件下烘干2-3min,即可。
本发明的有益之处在于:
1、本发明采用微胶囊,既可以耐高温整理织物上又具有耐洗性,又不会因为高温而破坏玛卡的分子结构而失去本身应具有的功能。
2、本发明以聚氨酯形式包覆的玛卡微胶囊整理,通过高温定型整理后的织物具有很好的保健作用又不会影响织物其他本身的物理性能,是一款非常好的天然保健功能整理助剂。
3、使用本发明的玛卡酰胺整理剂整理后的织物用显微镜观察得知包覆好的玛卡酰胺胶囊均匀的分散于布面上,效果良好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、预聚物的制备:将PEG400溶解在丙酮中,完全溶解后在55℃水浴冷却的情况下加入TDI,然后加入0.15%的过硫酸钾,95min后停止反应;
B、微胶囊的制备:将一定比例的玛卡酰胺和步骤A所得预聚物混合均匀,在加热至58℃和420rpm的条件下加入到含有吐温80和海藻酸钠的水溶液中,形成水包油的乳浊液体系,乳化到微胶囊粒径合乎要求后加入扩链剂1,4-丁二醇,60℃恒温搅拌条件下继续反应75min;即可。
所述的步骤A中,所述的PEG400与TDI的摩尔比为1:1.8。
所述的步骤B中,芯材与壁材质量比为1:2。
所述的步骤B中,所述的吐温80的加入量为质量浓度3.5%;所述的海藻酸钠的加入量为质量浓度0.15%。

B、微胶囊的制备:将一定比例的玛卡酰胺和步骤A所得预聚物混合均匀,在加热至55℃和450rpm的条件下加入到含有吐温80和海藻酸钠的水溶液中,形成水包油的乳浊液体系,乳化到微胶囊粒径合乎要求后加入扩链剂1,4-丁二醇,55℃恒温搅拌条件下继续反应90min;即可。
所述的步骤A中,所述的PEG400与TDI的摩尔比为1:1.5。
所述的步骤B中,芯材与壁材质量比为1:1。

B、微胶囊的制备:将一定比例的玛卡酰胺和步骤A所得预聚物混合均匀,在加热至60℃和400rpm的条件下加入到含有吐温80和海藻酸钠的水溶液中,形成水包油的乳浊液体系,乳化到微胶囊粒径合乎要求后加入扩链剂1,4-丁二醇,65℃恒温搅拌条件下继续反应60min;即可。

经测试:整理后的织物用显微镜观察得知包覆好的玛卡酰胺胶囊均匀的分散于布面上,效果良好。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、预聚物的制备:将PEG溶解在丙酮中,完全溶解后在水浴冷却的情况下加入TDI,然后加入适量引发剂,一定时间后停止反应;
B、微胶囊的制备:将一定比例的玛卡酰胺和步骤A所得预聚物混合均匀,在加热和快速搅拌的情况下加入到含有乳化剂和分散稳定剂的水溶液中,形成水包油的乳浊液体系,乳化到微胶囊粒径合乎要求后加入扩链剂,恒温搅拌条件下继续一定时间;即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤A中,所述的PEG的分子量为300-500;优选为400。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤A中,所述的引发剂为过硫酸钾。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B中,所述的乳化剂为吐温80。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B中,芯材与壁材质量比为1:(1-3);进一步优选为1:2。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B中,所述的乳化剂为磺化石油、海藻酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠以及PVA、明胶、CMC中任意一种或者多种的组合;优选为海藻酸钠。
7.如权利要求6所述的用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的海藻酸钠的加入量为质量浓度0.15%。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇。
9.如权利要求1所述的用于织物整理的玛卡酰胺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的玛卡酰胺整理剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:将玛卡酰胺整理剂按照3-5%的比例加水配制成溶液,然后将天然纤维面料浸扎后在140-160℃条件下烘干2-3min,即可。
