Abstract
一种塑料制膨胀栓塞具有从其前端(9)朝内伸展一段长度的缝槽(2),该栓塞具有从其后端开始的、从直径相当于紧固螺钉(6)的外径的圆柱形部分(3a)过渡到收缩部分(3b)的、用于导入螺钉的纵向通孔(3)。收缩部分的横截面从圆柱形部分开始设计成菱形以在螺钉导入栓塞时提供良好的纵向导引。菱形的在缝槽平面上的角对角尺寸在收缩部分的全长上保持大致相当于圆柱形部分的直径,跟缝槽平面成直角的角对角尺寸则朝栓塞的前端逐渐缩小。
Description
本发明涉及一种塑料制的膨胀栓塞,这种塑料制的膨胀栓塞带有一个从其前端开始并在其长度的一部份上伸展的缝槽、和一个从栓塞的后端开始的用于导入一个紧固螺钉之类的纵向通孔,该纵向通孔从一个其直径大致相当于该螺钉的外径的圆柱形部份过渡到一个收缩部份。
DE-PS1097117公开了一种其后端具有一个用于导入一个紧固螺钉的纵向通孔的、在其长度的一部份上开有缝槽的圆柱形膨胀栓塞。该纵向通孔的第一部份设计成圆柱形并且具有大致与紧固螺钉的外径相当的直径。在该圆柱形部份上连接有一个锥形收缩部份,这个收缩部份终止在栓塞的缝槽的设计成裂口的前端上。由于栓塞的纵向通孔的锥形收缩,形成了一个圆形的横截面收缩,这样的收缩在拧入紧固螺钉时产生很高的拧入阻力。尽管通过纵向缝槽形成的栓塞的膨胀段可以与缝槽平面成直角地变形以降低拧入阻力,但是紧固螺钉的螺纹在缝槽平面上一定仍然是完全切入栓塞材料内。由于栓塞在缝槽平面上不能实现膨胀,这个增大了的拧入阻力不会转化成相应的膨胀力。由于这个增大了的拧入阻力,尽管栓塞在外周上设置防转筋,但是还会在紧固螺钉拧入时跟着螺钉一起转动,特别是在钻孔过大的情况下是如此。
在DE4117503A1中建议,为了改进前述的栓塞,使纵向通孔的跟缝槽平面成直角的圆柱形部份收缩到缝缩槽宽度,并使在缝槽平面上的圆柱形部份的直径在收缩区域内接近于保持不变。这就形成一个降低拧入阻力的椭圆形横截面的收缩,但螺钉的导向在螺钉拧入膨胀栓塞时受到损害。因此螺钉可能在栓塞内偏移了,从而使栓塞不能形成按规定要求的锚定。
本发明的目的在于改进开头所述类型的膨胀栓塞,使之除了在不损失夹持作用的情况下降低拧入阻力以外,还在螺钉拧入膨胀栓塞时使螺钉得到改进了的导引。
本发明的目的通过下述的技术方案得以实现:收缩部份的横截面从圆柱形部份开始设计成菱形,其在缝槽平面上的角对角尺寸在收缩部份的整个长度上保持大致相当于圆柱形部份的直径,而跟缝槽平面成直角的角对角尺寸则朝膨胀栓塞的前端逐渐缩小。将收缩部份的横截面设计成菱形,螺钉在拧入时就支撑在均匀分布在外周上的四个点上,这样的支撑方式导致非常好的定心效果。与此同时,通过均匀地在菱形的所有四个面上施压,实现了压力对膨胀力的最佳转化,还在不损失夹持作用的情况下降低了拧入阻力。只有跟缝槽平面成直角的角对角尺寸朝膨胀栓塞的前端逐渐缩小,因而提供了膨胀所需的收缩部份。
收缩部份的出口端可以根据膨胀栓塞的使用目的来设计。对于例如加气混凝土这样的软而多孔的建筑材料,将膨胀栓塞的收缩部份设计成使跟缝槽平面成直角的角对角尺寸在膨胀栓塞内部在前端之前缩小到缝槽宽度并终止在一个裂口上是合适的。因而可在裂口区域内得到最大可能的膨胀作用。为了防止通过缝槽构成的膨胀股在螺钉拧入这样的栓塞时沿纵向移动,裂口设有一段按之字形伸展的节段更为有利。裂口的之字形构形同时在裂口平面上形成凸起,这样的构形使更大的扩张成为可能。
为了进一步降低拧入阻力,可在膨胀栓塞的外表面上设置沿缝槽的两个侧缘伸展的纵向槽口。由此,膨胀栓塞的只在钻孔内挤住而不会对提高夹持作用有所贡献的部位被挖空了。
本发明借助于实施例结合附图进行详细描述。在附图中;
图1以部份纵向剖面方式示出一个膨胀栓塞;
图2是沿图1的A-A剖切线切取的、图1所示的膨胀栓塞的横截面图;
图3是膨胀栓塞的另一个实施例的部份纵向剖面图;
图4是沿图3的B-B剖切线切取的、图3所示的膨胀栓塞的横截面图。
在图1中,膨胀栓塞1沿纵向设有一个从其前端开始伸展到纵向通孔3的圆柱形部份3a的缝槽2。膨胀栓塞1的圆柱形外表面设有多个凹沟4,从而形成齿5,这些齿在膨胀栓塞膨胀时,在软材料中则掘入软材料内,在硬建筑材料中则通过塑性变形在钻孔孔壁上产生相应的摩擦力。
在纵向通孔3的圆柱形部份3a上连接有一个在栓塞1的前端终止的收缩部份3b。该收缩部份3b的横截面设计成菱形,收缩只发生在跟缝槽平面成直角的角对角的尺寸a上,朝膨胀栓塞的前端9逐渐缩小。缝槽平面上的角对角尺寸b在收缩部份3b的整个长度上保持大致相当于圆柱形部份3a的直径。用于胀开栓塞的紧固螺钉6因而也被导引进入收缩部份3b内通过收缩部份的菱形横截面在栓塞的整个长度上伸展。
膨胀栓塞在紧固螺钉6进入收缩部份3b内时即开始胀开。由于收缩只形成在与缝槽平面成直角的方向上,因而使栓塞得以以低拧入阻力实现最佳径向膨胀。虽然由于低拧入阻力立即转化成膨胀力而无需担心会出现栓塞在螺钉拧入时跟着一起转动的危险,但是给栓塞附加地设置制动舌7、特别是在钻孔过大的情况下是有利的。
在图3与4中示出膨胀栓塞的另一个实施例一膨胀栓塞1′。在这种膨胀栓塞1′中,收缩部份3b在栓塞内伸展,逐渐缩小到缝槽宽度并终止在裂口10处。为了给两个膨胀股11与12配设齿啮合,在裂口10处具有一个按之字形伸展的节段13。此外,膨胀栓塞1′的外表面上设有沿缝槽的两个侧缘伸展的纵向槽口14。为了改善紧固螺钉6在拧进时对膨胀栓塞1′的切入,可以设置从纵向通孔3的圆栓形部分3a开始、伸展进入收缩部份3b并在其内终止的纵向筋15。
Claims (4)
1.一种塑料制的膨胀栓塞,这种塑料制的膨胀栓塞带有一个从其前端开始并在其长度的一部份上伸展的缝槽、和一个从栓塞的后端开始的用于导入一个紧固螺钉之类的纵向通孔,该纵向通孔从一个其直径大致相当于该螺钉的外径的圆柱形部份过渡到一个收缩部份,其特征在于,收缩部份(3b)的横截面从圆柱形部份(3a)开始设计成菱形,其在缝槽平面上的角对角尺寸(b)在收缩部份(3b)的整个长度上保持大致相当于圆柱形部份(3a)的直径,而跟缝槽平面成直角的角对角尺寸(a)则朝膨胀栓塞(1、1′)的前端(9)逐渐缩小。
2.按权利要求1所述的膨胀栓塞,其特征在于,跟缝槽平面成直角的角对角尺寸(a)在膨胀栓塞(1′)内逐渐缩小到缝槽宽度并终止在裂口(10)处。
3.按权利要求2所述的膨胀栓塞,其特征在于,在裂口(10)处具有一个按之字形伸展的节段(13)。
4.按权利要求1所述的膨胀栓塞,其特征在于,膨胀栓塞(1′)的外表面上设有沿缝槽的两个侧缘伸展的纵向槽口(14)。
