Abstract
本发明提供遮热性优良的同时、在长期的使用中也可将可见光透射率维持在高水平的车辆用的夹层玻璃。一种车辆用的夹层玻璃,其是具有一对玻璃板、和被上述一对玻璃板挟持的中间膜的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,从上述夹层玻璃切出的1cm2的夹层玻璃片中的CeO2的含量在0.4mg以下,Fe2O3换算的全铁的含量在6.0mg以上10.0mg以下,上述中间膜由含有平均粒径为0.1μm以下的掺锡氧化铟微粒的树脂膜构成。

技术领域
本发明涉及夹层玻璃,尤其涉及遮热性优良的同时、可将可见光透射率维持在高水平的车辆用的夹层玻璃。
背景技术
以往,作为提高夹层玻璃的遮热性的方法,已知在中间膜中分散掺合掺锡氧化铟(ITO)微粒等红外线屏蔽性微粒的技术。此外,近年来,为了获得更高的遮热性,开发了各种技术。
例如,专利文献1中,记载了将在钠钙玻璃中添加了铁、铈、钛等氧化物的UV遮蔽绿玻璃和含有ITO微粒的中间膜组合而成的夹层玻璃。此外,专利文献2中,记载了使用了在ITO微粒加入了酞菁化合物的中间膜的夹层玻璃。
但是,在这些夹层玻璃中,存在容易发生主要由于紫外线照射而夹层玻璃的可见光透射率经时地下降、即所谓日晒的问题,对此采用将出货时(初期)的可见光透射率设计为高水平等对策。
另一方面,最近,在车辆用的夹层玻璃的车内侧大多安装相机等信息获得装置。在该情况下,信息获得装置根据出货时的夹层玻璃的状态(透射率)进行了优化。因此,如果由于日晒而夹层玻璃的可见光透射率下降,则导致夜间的信息获得精度下降、或由于色平衡的变化而对道路标示等的识别能力下降,成为问题。

发明内容
发明所要解决的技术问题
本发明是鉴于上述观点而产生的发明,其目的在于提供遮热性优良的同时、在长期的使用中可见光透射率的变化也小、且可将可见光透射率维持在高水平的车辆用的夹层玻璃。
解决技术问题所采用的技术方案
本发明的车辆用的夹层玻璃是具有一对玻璃板、和被上述一对玻璃板挟持的中间膜的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,从上述夹层玻璃在厚度方向上切出的1cm2的夹层玻璃片中的CeO2的含量在0.4mg以下,Fe2O3换算的全铁的含量在6.0mg以上10.0mg以下,上述中间膜由含有平均粒径为0.1μm以下的掺锡氧化铟微粒的树脂膜构成。
发明的效果
如果采用本发明,则可提供遮热性优良的同时、在长期的使用中可见光透射率的变化也小、且可将可见光透射率维持在高水平的车辆用的夹层玻璃。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施方式进行说明。另外,本发明不受这些实施方式所限,可在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下对这些实施方式进行改变或变形。
实施方式的车辆用的夹层玻璃是具有一对玻璃板、和被上述一对玻璃板挟持的中间膜的夹层玻璃,具有以下(1)、(2)的构成要件。
(1)从夹层玻璃切出的1cm2的夹层玻璃片中的CeO2的含量为0.4mg以下,Fe2O3换算的全铁(以下,简称为“全铁”。)的含量在6.0mg以上10.0mg以下。
(2)中间膜由含有平均粒径在0.1μm以下的掺锡氧化铟(以下,称为“ITO”。)微粒的树脂膜构成。
根据上述(1),本发明的夹层玻璃通过将CeO2和全铁的含量控制在规定的范围内,可抑制紫外线照射导致的夹层玻璃的可见光透射率经时下降(以下,称为“日晒”。)。已知日晒是因玻璃板以屏蔽紫外线为目的含有的CeO2由于紫外线照射而与铁成分反应、着色而发生的。本发明中,夹层玻璃通过满足(1)的要件对其进行抑制。通过抑制日晒的发生,可抑制车辆用的夹层玻璃中、安装在其上并使用的信息获得装置等的经时精度下降。
此外,本发明的夹层玻璃通过满足(1)以及(2)的构成要件,可屏蔽红外线,实现充分的遮热性。以下,参照附图,对实施方式的夹层玻璃进行说明。
图1是实施方式的夹层玻璃的一例的示意平面图。图1是从车内侧观察车辆的挡风玻璃所使用的夹层玻璃的示意平面图。图2是图1示出的夹层玻璃的X-X线的示意剖面图。另外,本发明的夹层玻璃在车辆的挡风玻璃以外,也适用于例如门玻璃、后窗玻璃、天窗玻璃等。
本说明书中“上”以及“下”的表述分别表示将夹层玻璃搭载在车辆上时的上以及下。在将实施方式的夹层玻璃搭载在车辆上时,一块玻璃板位于车外侧,另一块玻璃板位于车内侧。此外,将车外侧的玻璃板称为“外板”,将车内侧的玻璃板称为“内板”。
本说明书中,“大致相同的形状、相同尺寸”是指在人的观感上具有相同形状、相同尺寸。在其他情况下,“大致”也表示与上述相同的含义。
此外,在表示数值范围的“~”中,包括上限值以及下限值。
图1以及图2中,夹层玻璃10由具有相互相同的形状、相同尺寸的主面的作为内板的第一玻璃板1(以下,称为“内板1”。)、中间膜3、以及作为外板的第二玻璃板2(以下,称为“外板2”。)依次层叠而成。
图1中,示出了位于夹层玻璃10的车内侧主面的中央部下侧的、上下方向为1cm、车宽方向为1cm、面积为1cm2的区域P。夹层玻璃10中,对于以区域P的大小(1cm2)在厚度方向(与厚度平行的方向)上切断夹层玻璃10而得的夹层玻璃片PS(图2所示)而言,(1)的要件成立。即,夹层玻璃片PS中,CeO2的含量为0.4mg以下,全铁的含量在6.0mg以上10.0mg以下。
如图2所示,夹层玻璃片PS具有内板和中间膜和外板。中间膜由含有ITO微粒的树脂膜构成,因此夹层玻璃片PS中的CeO2以及全铁的含量是指内板以及外板中含有的CeO2以及全铁的总量。内板以及外板中含有的铁作为FeO或Fe2O3存在。内板以及外板通常含有FeO以及Fe2O3的双方。
此处,CeO2、FeO以及Fe2O3基本上均匀分散于夹层玻璃10,因此切出夹层玻璃片PS的位置不限于图1所示的区域P。可从夹层玻璃10的任意位置以及形状的、面积1cm2的区域中切出。
夹层玻璃片PS中的CeO2的含量优选0.3mg以下,更优选0.2mg以下,进一步优选0.1mg以下,特别优选0.05mg以下,最优选实质上不含有。另外,本说明书中,夹层玻璃片PS实质上不含有CeO2是指含量在0.01mg以下。
夹层玻璃片PS中的全铁的含量优选6.5mg以上,更优选7.0mg以上,进一步优选7.1mg以上。该全铁的含量优选9.5mg以下,更优选9.0mg以下,进一步优选8.8mg以下。该全铁的含量特别优选7.1mg以上8.8mg以下。
内板以及外板的CeO2以及全铁的含量可以存在差异,也可以没有差异。以下,对夹层玻璃10的各构成要素进行说明。
[内板以及外板]
夹层玻璃10中的内板1以及外板2可由无机玻璃构成。作为玻璃,可例举钠钙玻璃、铝硅酸盐玻璃、硼硅酸盐玻璃、无碱玻璃、石英玻璃等。在这些中特别优选钠钙玻璃。作为无机玻璃,例如可例举通过浮法等成形的浮法玻璃。作为无机玻璃,还可使用实施了风冷强化、化学强化等强化处理者。
作为内板1以及外板2所使用的钠钙玻璃,为了满足(1)的要件,优选实质上以氧化物基准的质量百分率表示计,具有以下的组成。SiO2:65~75%,Al2O3:0.1~5%,Na2O+K2O:10~18%,CaO:5~15%,MgO:1~6%,Fe2O3换算的全铁:0.60~1.00%,CeO2:0.1%以下。以下,钠钙玻璃中的各成分的含量是氧化物基准的质量百分率表示的含量,成分的合计换算为100%。
钠钙玻璃中的SiO2、Al2O3、Na2O+K2O、CaO、MgO的各成分的含量可各自在上述范围中,一边考虑得到的玻璃所要求的物性以及制造时的生产性等一边进行适当调整。
另外,全铁的含量是Fe2O3换算的3价铁和Fe2O3换算的2价铁的总含量。作为3价铁的氧化物的Fe2O3是吸收紫外线的成分,作为2价铁的氧化物的FeO是吸收热能量的成分。为了制成夹层玻璃时满足(1)的要件,本发明所使用的玻璃、优选钠钙玻璃中的全铁的含量设定为上述的上限值以及下限值。全铁的含量更优选0.65~0.95%,进一步优选0.70~0.95%。
全铁中的3价铁和2价铁的比例通过仔细考虑紫外线吸收性和热线吸收性的平衡来进行调整。内板1以及外板2所使用的玻璃、优选钠钙玻璃中,相对于Fe2O3换算的全铁的Fe2O3换算的2价铁的含量的比例优选20%以上30%以下。该2价铁的含量的比例通常称为氧化还原电势比,是全铁中的3价铁和2价铁的比例的指标。
内板1以及外板2所使用的玻璃、优选钠钙玻璃中,通过使氧化还原电势比在20%以上30%以下,可一边将生产效率和可见光透射维持在高水平,一边实现高遮热性和适度的紫外线屏蔽。内板1以及外板2所使用的玻璃、优选钠钙玻璃中,氧化还原电势比更优选22%~28%,进一步优选23%~27%。
内板1以及外板2所使用的玻璃、优选钠钙玻璃中,为了制成夹层玻璃时满足(1)的要件,CeO2的含量更优选0.05%以下,进一步优选0.03%以下,特别优选实质上不含有。
根据所要求的特性,构成内板1和外板2的玻璃、优选钠钙玻璃的组成可以相同或不同。例如,在通过重力弯曲法等对玻璃板进行成形时,如果外板2一方的全铁的含量多,则成形时使用的脱模用的粉体成为异物而产生的形变小。因此,从利用玻璃板的重力弯曲良好地进行成形的观点出发,全铁的含量(质量%)优选外板2一方比内板1一方大。藉此,尤其是夹层玻璃具备信息获得装置的情况下,对操作性的影响小。
即使在玻璃不含有CeO2的情况下,含有铁成分也会引起轻微日晒。因此,从将日晒的影响抑制为最低的观点出发,紫外线的照射量多的外板2的全铁的含量(质量%)优选比内板1的全铁的含量(质量%)小。藉此,尤其是夹层玻璃具备信息获得装置的情况下,对操作性的影响小。
在外板2和内板1的全铁的含量(质量%)相等、玻璃的组成相同的情况下,由于在外板2和内板1的弯曲成形中两者能够以相同形状精度良好地成形,因而优选。藉此,尤其是夹层玻璃具备信息获得装置的情况下,对操作性的影响小。
另外,外板2从抑制日晒的观点出发,基于JIS R3106(1998年)进行分光测定时的波长380nm的光的透射率优选55%以上70%以下。本说明书中,基于JIS R3106(1998年)进行分光测定时的波长λ[nm]的光的透射率用“Tλ”表示。例如,基于JIS R3106(1998年)进行分光测定时的波长380nm的光的透射率用“T380”表示。
外板2的T380可通过在上述范围中调整玻璃中的CeO2和全铁的含量、和调整板厚来实现。外板2尤其由于直接暴露于太阳,理想的是CeO2的含量更小,T380更大。外板2中的T380更优选56%以上,进一步优选58%以上。外板2中的T380的上限更优选68%。
内板1从抑制日晒的观点出发,优选T380在50%以上。内板2的T380可通过在上述范围中调整玻璃中的CeO2和全铁的含量、和调整板厚来实现。内板1中的T380更优选55%以上,进一步优选60%以上。内板1中的T380的上限优选75%。
内板1以及外板2的形状可以是平板,也可以整面或一部分具有曲率。也可对内板1以及外板2的暴露于大气中的表面实施赋予拒水功能、亲水功能、防雾功能、发热、紫外线吸收功能、低反射功能、遮热功能等的涂覆。此外,也可对内板1以及外板2的相向面实施包括低放射性涂覆、红外线避光涂覆、导电性涂覆等通常包括金属层的涂覆。
夹层玻璃10中的内板1以及外板2的板厚根据其组成、中间膜3的组成而不同,但通常而言,可分别设为0.1~10mm。内板1以及外板2的板厚的总计从兼顾强度、隔音性、轻量化的观点出发,优选3.5mm以上4.8mm以下,更优选3.6~4.5mm,进一步优选3.7~4.3mm。
内板1的板厚优选1.55~2.35mm,更优选1.75~2.35mm。外板2的板厚从耐飞石冲击性和隔音性良好的方面出发,优选1.9mm以上,从轻量的观点出发优选2.35mm以下。外板2的板厚更优选1.95~2.05mm。此外,外板2的板厚优选比内板1的板厚大。两者的板厚之差优选0~0.5mm,更优选0~0.3mm。通过使两者的板厚之差在上述范围内,可使由于内板1和外板2的弯曲成形时的弯曲容易度的不同而产生的形变或两者的形状的背离变小。因此,通过使两者的板厚之差在上述范围内,可在使成型品质足够实用的同时,兼顾抑制承担飞石强度的外板的厚度过厚和夹层玻璃10的重量过重。
作为内板1的板厚和外板2的板厚的组合,例如可例举内板1为2.3mm,外板2为2.3mm,总计4.6mm,内板1为2.0mm,外板2为2.3mm,总计4.3mm,内板1为2.0mm,外板2为2.0mm,总计4.0mm,内板1为1.8mm,外板2为2.0mm,总计3.8mm,内板1为1.6mm,外板2为2.0mm,总计3.6mm。在这些中,在重视飞石强度和隔音性的情况下,最优选外板2以及内板1均板厚2.3mm。此外,在重视重量抑制和摄像装置(照相机)的灵敏度的情况下,最优选外板2的板厚为2mm,内板1的板厚为1.8mm。此外,内板1或外板2可以具有剖面图中的楔形,在该情况下的板厚只要板厚达到最大的部分在上述范围内即可。
[中间膜]
夹层玻璃10中的中间膜3是具有与内板1以及外板2的主面相同形状、相同尺寸的主面、厚度如后所述的平膜状的层。中间膜3具有***内板1以及外板2之间、粘接它们、作为夹层玻璃10一体化的功能。中间膜3满足(2)的要件,即,通过由含有平均粒径为0.1μm以下的ITO微粒的树脂膜构成,夹层玻璃10具有优良的遮热性。另外,ITO微粒通常分散存在于树脂膜中。
通过使ITO微粒的平均粒径在0.1μm以下,ITO微粒在可充分分散于树脂膜中的同时,在得到的夹层玻璃10中,可抑制起因于ITO微粒的散射而导致的雾的发生(雾度的上升)。ITO微粒的平均粒径的下限从遮热性以及生产性的观点出发优选0.001μm。ITO微粒的平均粒径的上限优选0.08μm。
上述“平均粒径”可观察中间膜的任意的部分剖面的剖面显微镜照片(TEM),通过算出随机抽选的100个ITO微粒的粒径的平均值来测定。
相对于中间膜3总量的ITO微粒的含量从中间膜3维持机械强度且夹层玻璃10一边维持足够的可见光透射率,一边确保充分的遮热性的观点出发,优选0.1质量%以上0.5质量%以下,更优选0.2质量%以上0.3质量%以下。
中间膜3基本上由上述ITO微粒和树脂构成,也可以含有任意的其他成分。作为树脂,可例举通常的夹层玻璃的中间膜所使用的热塑性树脂。对热塑性树脂的种类没有特别限制,可从公知的构成中间膜的热塑性树脂中适当选择。
作为热塑性树脂,可例举聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB)等聚乙烯醇缩醛、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、饱和聚酯、聚氨酯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、环烯烃聚合物(COP)等。热塑性树脂可以单独或并用2种以上。
热塑性树脂考虑玻璃化温度、透明性、耐候性、粘接力、耐贯穿性、冲击能量吸收性、耐湿性、隔热性等诸性能的平衡来选择。如果考虑到上述诸性能的平衡,中间膜3中使用的热塑性树脂优选PVB、EVA、聚氨酯等。构成中间膜3的树脂膜从提高粘接力的观点出发,优选在含有热塑性树脂的同时含有增塑剂。尤其,在热塑性树脂为PVB的情况下,优选中间膜3含有增塑剂。
中间膜3可根据需要,含有ITO微粒以外的红外线吸收剂、紫外线吸收剂、荧光剂、粘接性调整剂、偶联剂、表面活性剂、抗氧化剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂、脱水剂、消泡剂、抗静电剂、阻燃剂等各种添加剂的1种或2种以上。
中间膜3的膜厚从机械强度的维持和夹层玻璃的生产性的观点出发,优选0.5~1.8mm,更优选0.7~1.5mm。如果中间膜3的膜厚超过1.5mm,则在后述的夹层玻璃10制作时的利用高压釜的压接工序中,有时在挟持中间膜3的内板1以及外板2中产生偏移现象,即所谓的板位移现象。
中间膜3不限于单层结构。例如日本专利特开2000-272936号公报等公开的以提高隔音性能为目的而使用的、层叠了性质不同(损耗角正切值不同)的树脂膜的多层树脂膜可作为粘接层使用。
而且,夹层玻璃10中,也可以将中间膜3设计成上下方向的剖面形状为楔形。作为楔形状,中间膜3的厚度可以从上边缘向着下边缘单调减少,也可以是在上边缘的厚度比下边缘的厚度大的范围内、部分地具有厚度均匀的部分的设计、中间膜的楔角在面内发生变化。
在该情况下,中间膜3的上边缘的厚度和下边缘的厚度之差优选0.2mm以上1mm以下,藉此,夹层玻璃10中的上边缘的厚度和下边缘的厚度之差优选0.2mm以上1mm以下。在中间膜3的上下方向的剖面形状为楔形状的情况下,中间膜3的厚度中,在主视图中上下方向的大致中央部中的厚度优选在上述优选厚度的范围内。夹层玻璃10中的上边缘的厚度和下边缘的厚度之差更优选0.8mm以下,进一步优选0.6mm以下,特别优选0.5mm以下。可以通过将玻璃板设为剖面图楔形,将夹层玻璃10中的上边缘的厚度与下边缘的厚度之差设为上述范围。在夹层玻璃10中的上边缘的厚度和下边缘的厚度之差在上述范围内的情况下,适合用作适用于抬头显示的夹层玻璃。
[夹层玻璃]
夹层玻璃10优选基于JIS R3212(1998年)的可见光透射率Tva在70%以上77%以下,基于ISO 13837的总太阳辐射透射率Tts在53%以上59%以下,且基于JIS R3106(1998年)进行分光测定时的波长850nm的光的透射率在15%以上45%以下。
夹层玻璃10的可见光透射率Tva更优选71%以上。此外,从可得到足够的遮热性的观点出发,夹层玻璃10的可见光透射率Tva更优选76%以下。夹层玻璃10的总太阳辐射透射率Tts从可将可见光透射率Tva维持在上述范围内且可得到足够的遮热性的观点出发,更优选53%以上56%以下。
波长850nm的光在各种红外线通信***(例如VICS的光学信标、无钥匙进入***、雨水传感器等)的工作中被使用。夹层玻璃10的T850更优选18%以上40%以下,进一步优选19%以上、35%以下,进一步优选20%以上30%以下。
夹层玻璃10中,例如,用紫外线照射装置H75(须贺试验机株式会社(スガ試験機社)制)、使用750W的汞灯、对夹层玻璃10进行4000小时的紫外线照射试验前后的可见光透射率Tva之差优选在2%以内。紫外线照射试验的前后的可见光透射率Tva之差更优选在1.5%以内,进一步优选在1.0%以内,进一步优选在0.9%以内,特别优选在0.6%以内。在具备在夹层玻璃的车内侧接收可见光的照相机等信息获得装置的情况下,紫外线照射4000小时前后的可见光透射率Tva之差优选在0.9%以内,更优选在0.6%以内,进一步优选在0.4%以内。
夹层玻璃10优选在周缘部具有由暗色陶瓷构成的遮蔽层。夹层玻璃的周缘部是指在主视图中从夹层玻璃的端部向着主面的中央部、具有一定宽度的区域。遮蔽层可以在整个周缘部中形成为画框状,也可以在一部分中形成为带状。
遮蔽层抑制例如粘接夹层玻璃10和车辆的粘接剂的由于紫外线而导致的劣化。遮蔽层可通过在玻璃板上通过丝网印刷等涂布事先调配的暗色陶瓷形成液、然后进行烧成来形成。遮蔽层形成于外板2的车内侧面以及内板1的车内侧面中的至少一侧面上。此外,在夹层玻璃10具备信息获得装置的情况下,为了抑制粘接保持信息获得装置的托架和夹层玻璃10的粘接剂的由于紫外线而导致的劣化,遮蔽层也可以形成于作为托架的粘接区域的夹层玻璃10的信息取得区域的周围。
夹层玻璃10的主面中,优选除了遮蔽层的区域的面积在8000cm2以上。如果上述面积在8000cm2以上,则通过使用本发明的夹层玻璃,能够有效地抑制车辆内的温度上升。更优选除了遮蔽层的区域的面积在8500cm2以上,进一步优选在9000cm2以上。另外,上述面积是夹层玻璃10的主视图中的值。
夹层玻璃10优选具备信息取得区域。由于本发明的夹层玻璃10在长期的使用中可见光透射率的变化也小,因此在信息获得装置中不易发生夜间的信息获得精度下降、色平衡的变化导致的道路标示等的识别能力下降。优选在夹层玻璃10的内板1的车内面侧具备接收可见光的信息获得装置。此处,信息获得装置是摄像装置,具体例为照相机。
[夹层玻璃的制造]
本发明的夹层玻璃可通过常用的公知技术进行制造。夹层玻璃10中,准备作为将分别如上所述准备的内板1、中间膜3、外板2依次层叠而成的压接前的夹层玻璃的夹层玻璃前体。另外,为了在中间膜3的表面抑制夹层玻璃中气泡残留,优选在表面上形成有用于空气通过的压纹。该压纹在以下的粘接时消除。
将这样的夹层玻璃前体放入橡胶袋这样的真空袋中,将该真空袋与排气***连接,可通过一边以使真空袋内的压力(表压)达到约-65~-100kPa的减压度(绝对压力约36~1kPa)的条件进行减压抽吸(脱气)、一边在温度约70~110℃下加热。藉此,可得到内板1、中间膜3、外板2的整体被粘接的夹层玻璃10。之后,根据需要,将夹层玻璃放入高压釜中,进行温度约120~150℃、压力约0.98~1.47MPa的条件下加热加压的压接处理。通过压接处理,可进一步提高夹层玻璃的耐久性。
实施例
以下,通过实施例对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。本发明不受以下说明的实施方式以及实施例的任何限定。例1~6是实施例,例7~12是比较例。
[中间膜以及玻璃板的准备]
作为中间膜,准备分散掺合有相对于中间膜整体0.25质量%的平均粒径0.04μm的ITO微粒、厚度0.8mm的树脂膜。树脂膜是在ITO微粒以外、作为增塑剂含有3GO(三乙二醇二-2-乙基己酸酯)的PVB树脂膜(以下,称为“PVB膜”)。
上述“平均粒径”通过观察按照以下示出尺寸切出的中间膜的中央部1处剖面的剖面显微镜照片(日本电子株式会社(日本電子)制,JEM-1230)、算出随机抽选的100个的ITO微粒的粒径的平均值来测定。
此外,制备表1所示的玻璃组成(氧化物基准的质量百分率表示)的玻璃A~D,准备由玻璃A~D构成的各种板厚的玻璃板。另外,玻璃板以及中间膜的主面的大小全部设为长1000mm、宽1500mm的矩形。

[例1~12]
使用上述准备的PVB膜和各种玻璃板,制造例1~12的夹层玻璃。准备在各例中表2或表3所示的内板以及外板挟持有PVB膜的层叠体。将层叠体放入真空袋中,脱气以使压力计的显示达到100kPa以下(表压)后,加热到120℃、压接,进一步用高压釜进行温度135℃、压力1.3MPa下60分钟的加热加压,最后进行冷却,制成夹层玻璃。
表2、表3中示出了各例所使用的内板以及外板的玻璃的种类、板厚、T380。而且示出了从夹层玻璃切出的1cm2的夹层玻璃片中的全铁、FeO、CeO2的含量。
[评价]
对各例所得到的夹层玻璃,作为初期物性,测定了基于JIS R3212(1998年)的可见光透射率Tva、基于ISO 13837的总太阳辐射透射率Tts以及、波长850nm的光的透射率(T850)。
而且,用紫外线照射装置H75(须贺试验机株式会社制)使用750W的汞灯、对夹层玻璃进行4000小时的紫外线照射试验。在从试验开始1000小时后以及4000小时间后分别测定可见光透射率Tva,将得到的照射后Tva减去初期的可见光透射率Tva而得的值作为ΔTva算出。结果示于表2、表3。
此外,评价例4和例7的夹层玻璃的试验前以及2500小时后的色调的变化。色调的测定条件中,对于夹层玻璃,用CIE1976L*a*b*色度坐标表示从车外侧以入射角10~60°的范围照射基于A光源的光而得的反射光的色调。作为测定仪器,使用日立高新技术株式会社(日立ハイテクノロジー社)制UH4150。

作为实施例的例1~6的夹层玻璃中,作为初期物性,可见光透射率Tva在70%以上77%以下,总太阳辐射透射率Tts在53%以上59%以下,且波长850nm的光的透射率在15%以上45%以下的范围内。此外,从试验开始1000小时后以及4000小时后,Tva还在70%以上77%以下,且紫外线照射4000小时后的ΔTva在0.6%以下,认为是对穿透夹层玻璃的车外的观察性、以及信息获得装置的取得精度没有影响的水平。
另一方面,作为比较例的例7~12的夹层玻璃中,紫外线照射4000小时后的ΔTva超过0.6%,可能对信息获得装置的取得精度有影响。

Claims (15)
1.一种车辆用的夹层玻璃,其是具有一对玻璃板、和被所述一对玻璃板挟持的中间膜的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,从所述夹层玻璃在厚度方向上切出的1cm2的夹层玻璃片中的CeO2的含量在0.4mg以下,Fe2O3换算的全铁的含量在6.0mg以上10.0mg以下,所述中间膜由含有平均粒径为0.1μm以下的掺锡氧化铟微粒的树脂膜构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板中,车外侧的玻璃板根据JIS R3106(1998年)进行分光测定时的波长380nm的光的透射率在55%以上70%以下。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板中,车内侧的玻璃板根据JIS R3106(1998年)进行分光测定时的波长380nm的光的透射率在50%以上。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,相对于所述中间膜总量的所述掺锡氧化铟微粒的含量在0.1质量%以上0.5质量%以下。
5.如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板的任一块中,相对于Fe2O3换算的全铁的Fe2O3换算的2价铁的含量的比例均在20%以上30%以下。
6.如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述夹层玻璃基于JISR3212(1998年)的可见光透射率Tva在70%以上77%以下,基于ISO 13837的总太阳辐射透射率Tts在53%以上59%以下,且基于JIS R3106(1998年)进行分光测定时的波长850nm的光的透射率在15%以上45%以下。
7.如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述夹层玻璃的上边缘的厚度与下边缘的厚度之差在0.2mm以上1mm以下。
8.如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板的板厚的总计在3.5mm以上4.8mm以下。
9.如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板中,车外侧的玻璃板中的Fe2O3换算的全铁的含量(质量%)比车内侧的玻璃板中的Fe2O3换算的全铁的含量(质量%)大。
10.如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板中,车外侧的玻璃板中的Fe2O3换算的全铁的含量(质量%)比车内侧的玻璃板中的Fe2O3换算的全铁的含量(质量%)小。
11.如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板中,车外侧的玻璃板中的Fe2O3换算的全铁的含量(质量%)与车内侧的玻璃板中的Fe2O3换算的全铁的含量(质量%)相等。
12.如权利要求1~11中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板的任一块为钠钙玻璃。
13.如权利要求1~12中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板在车外侧的玻璃板的车内侧面以及车内侧的玻璃板的车内侧面的至少一侧面上具有由暗色陶瓷构成的遮蔽层,主面中除所述遮蔽层以外的区域的面积在8000cm2以上。
14.如权利要求1~13中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述夹层玻璃在车内侧的玻璃板的车内侧具备信息获得装置。
15.如权利要求14所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述信息获得装置是摄像装置。
