本发明属于纺织行业染整技术领域,本发明一种环保涤纶染色修补剂及其制备方法,由下列原料按重量百分比配比制成:苯甲醇20~30%,苯甲酸丙酯10~20%,苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚10~20%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚10~20%,吐温‑80# 5~10%,三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚8~15%,溶剂5~10%,高效消泡剂2%~4%。与传统产品相比,不仅提高了涤纶纤维染色的匀染效果,无色点、色花、色差,达到长久不褪色、不掉色、弹性好,而且在使用过程中能加快其上色速率,产品质量稳定性好,耐磨性能优,同时还具有生产成本低、节能减排,利于环境保护等优点。

一种环保涤纶染色修补剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织行业染整技术领域,具体针对纺织行业染色的应用,而提供一种环保涤纶染色修补剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
涤纶是合成纤维中的一个重要品种,经纺丝和后处理制成的纤维,其具有质量轻、强度高、弹性佳、耐磨性好、防霉防蛀等多种优点,广泛应用于纺织行业。涤纶染色传统工艺是将涤纶纤维在130-140℃的酸性环境下采用分散染料进行染色, 由于涤纶纤维和染料的染色过程是一个比较复杂的过程,在染色后阶段,分散染料在涤纶纤维上吸附后不再重新分布,由此很容易使涤纶纤维出现不可修复的色点、色花、色差等疵病,很难达到染色均匀,容易导致纺织品中存在大面积色相较大差异时,不能再用回修成为正品而产生废品,造成纺织品的极大浪费,从而影响企业的经济效益。该缺陷也是目前困扰染整厂并亟待解决的大问题。因此迫切需要通过技术创新来改进现有生产工艺技术,提高产品质量,彻底杜绝浪费问题,采用新方法新工艺来替代现有传统工艺,从而达到产品技术升级,走绿色环保发展之路的目的。
发明内容
本发明针对现有涤纶染色产品所存在的染色色点、色花、色差、均匀性差、产品质量不稳定,环境污染等方面,实现纺织品染色均匀,色相一致、绿色环保,而提供的一种环保涤纶染色修补剂及其制备方法。
本发明通过以下工艺技术方案来实现:本发明一种环保涤纶染色修补剂及其制备方法:由下列原料按重量百分比配比制成:苯甲醇20~30%,苯甲酸丙酯10~20%,苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚10~20%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚 10~20%,吐温-80# 5~10%,三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚 8~15%,溶剂5~10%,高效消泡剂2%~4%。
优选原材料重量百分比组分配比为:苯甲醇22~28%,苯甲酸丙酯12~18%,苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚13~18%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚 12~17%,吐温-80# 6~9%,三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚 10~13%,溶剂6~9%,高效消泡剂2.5%~3.5%。
本发明以100公斤为单位,其重量百分比组分配比为苯甲醇25%,苯甲酸丙酯15%,苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚16%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚 15%,吐温-80# 7%,三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚 12%,溶剂7%,高效消泡剂3%。
所述的溶剂选用乙二醇或丙二醇。
所述的高效消泡剂选用聚二甲基硅氧烷。
本发明一种环保涤纶染色修补剂及其制备方法,其生产工艺步骤如下:
(1)依次将苯甲醇、苯甲酸丙酯、苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、吐温加入反应釜中混合,并开启搅拌机均匀搅拌;
(2)待均匀搅拌30分钟后,分别加入高效消泡剂、三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚,同时开始慢慢加温,温度控制在65~75℃,混合反应时间控制在2~3小时;
(3)当混合反应时间结束后,开启真空***,并继续均匀搅拌1~2小时;
(4)关闭真空***,开始加入溶剂乙二醇或丙二醇,继续均匀搅拌0.5~1.5小时;
(5)最后开启循环水冷却***,直至冷却到25~30℃时,开始放料,物料通过100um(目)过滤筛进行过滤;
(6)将所制得的环保涤纶染色修补剂,按行业标准检测合格后,进行计量包装入库。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明一种环保涤纶染色修补剂及其制备方法。与传统产品相比,不仅提高了涤纶纤维染色的匀染效果,达到长久不褪色、不掉色、弹性好,而且在使用过程中能加快其上色速率,产品质量稳定性好,耐磨性能优,同时还具有生产成本低、节能减排,利于环境保护等优点。

为了使本发明技术方案和生产工艺步骤更加清楚,下面将结合具体实施方案对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例1由以下原材料重量百分比组分配比为:苯甲醇25%,苯甲酸丙酯15%,苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚16%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚 15%,吐温-80# 7%,三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚12%,溶剂乙二醇7%,高效消泡剂3%。
具体操作步骤如下:
(1)依次将苯甲醇、苯甲酸丙酯、苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、吐温加入反应釜中混合,并开启搅拌机均匀搅拌。
(2)待均匀搅拌30分钟后,分别加入高效消泡剂、三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚,同时开始慢慢加温,温度控制在65℃,混合反应时间控制在2.5小时。
(3)混合反应时间结束后,开启真空***,并继续均匀搅拌1.5小时。
(4)关闭真空***,开始加入溶剂乙二醇,继续均匀搅拌1小时。
(5)最后开启循环水冷却***,直至冷却到30℃时,开始放料,物料通过100um(目)过滤筛进行过滤。
(6)将所制得的环保涤纶染色修补剂,按行业标准检测合格后,进行计量包装入库。
实施例2
本实施例2由以下原材料重量百分比组分配比为:苯甲醇23%,苯甲酸丙酯16%,苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚17%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚 18%,吐温-80# 6%,三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚11%,溶剂丙二醇7%,高效消泡剂2%。
具体操作步骤如下:
(1))依次将苯甲醇、苯甲酸丙酯、苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、吐温加入反应釜中混合,并开启搅拌机均匀搅拌。
(2)待均匀搅拌30分钟后,分别加入高效消泡剂、三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚,同时开始慢慢加温,温度控制在70℃,混合反应时间控制在2小时。
(3)当混合反应时间结束后,开启真空***,并继续均匀搅拌2小时。
(4)关闭真空***,开始加入溶剂丙二醇,继续均匀搅拌0.5小时。
(5)最后开启循环水冷却***,直至冷却到26℃时,开始放料,物料通过100um(目)过滤筛进行过滤。
(6)将所制得的环保涤纶染色修补剂,按行业标准检测合格后,进行计量包装入库。
实施例3
本实施例3由以下原材料重量百分比组分配比为:苯甲醇23%,苯甲酸丙酯16%,苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚17%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚 18%,吐温-80# 6%,三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚11%,溶剂乙二醇7%,高效消泡剂2%。
具体操作步骤如下:
(1)依次将苯甲醇、苯甲酸丙酯、苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、吐温加入反应釜中混合,并开启搅拌机均匀搅拌。
(2)待均匀搅拌30分钟后,分别加入高效消泡剂、三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚,同时开始慢慢加温,温度控制在75℃,混合反应时间控制在3小时。
(3)当混合反应时间结束后,开启真空***,并继续均匀搅拌1小时。
(4)关闭真空***,开始加入溶剂乙二醇,继续均匀搅拌1.5小时。
(5)最后开启循环水冷却***,直至冷却到28℃时,开始放料,物料通过100um(目)过滤筛进行过滤。
(6)将所制得的环保涤纶染色修补剂,按行业标准检测合格后,进行计量包装入库。
通过本发明的1~3实施例,经检测,所得相关质量指标结果如表1所示。

1.一种环保涤纶染色修补剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,由下列原料按重量百分比配比制成:苯甲醇20~30%,苯甲酸丙酯10~20%,苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚10~20%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚 10~20%,吐温-80# 5~10%,三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚 8~15%,溶剂5~10%,高效消泡剂2%~4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保涤纶染色修补剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的溶剂选用乙二醇或丙二醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保涤纶染色修补剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的高效消泡剂选用聚二甲基硅氧烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保涤纶染色修补剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,进一步优选,原料按重量百分比组分配比为:苯甲醇22~28%,苯甲酸丙酯12~18%,苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚13~18%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚 12~17%,吐温-80# 6~9%,三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚 10~13%,溶剂6~9%,高效消泡剂2.5%~3.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保涤纶染色修补剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,采用的生产工艺步骤如下:
(1)依次将苯甲醇、苯甲酸丙酯、苯甲醇聚氧乙烯基醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、吐温加入反应釜中混合,并开启搅拌机均匀搅拌;
(2)待均匀搅拌30分钟后,分别加入高效消泡剂、三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯基醚,同时开始慢慢加温,温度控制在65~75℃,混合反应时间控制在2~3小时;
(3)当混合反应时间结束后,开启真空***,并继续均匀搅拌1~2小时;
(4)关闭真空***,开始加入溶剂乙二醇或丙二醇,继续均匀搅拌0.5~1.5小时;
(5)最后开启循环水冷却***,直至冷却到25~30℃时,开始放料,物料通过100um(目)过滤筛进行过滤;
(6)将所制得的环保涤纶染色修补剂,按行业标准检测合格后,进行计量包装入库。
