Abstract

本发明公开一种织带低温染色方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将织带清洗后,放入改性液中浸泡处理140‑160min;(2)对经过步骤(1)处理的织带进行二浸二轧,染色的温度为112‑118℃,浴比为1:15‑18,轧液率为60‑75%;(3)将染色后的织带烘干后,放入还原清洗液中,浸泡处理30‑40min后,取出,用清水洗净后,烘干制得成品。本发明提供的织带低温染色方法,操作简单,能耗低,染色工艺稳定,安全环保,可有效的降低浸轧时的温度,并且染色效果显著,色泽均匀,色牢度高,极大地提升了织带的品质。

一种织带低温染色方法
技术领域
本发明属于织带染色技术领域,具体涉及一种织带低温染色方法。
背景技术
彩色织带因其装饰效果好和各项力学性能优异,在各行各业得到了广泛的应用。在彩色织带的制备过程中,染色工艺对其品质有着极大的影响。现有技术中,对织带的染色方法为热熔染色法,其是将涤纶织带通过浸轧染液的方式将染料均匀轧入织带中,经浸轧,预烘,焙烘,纤维表面的染料被纤维吸附、扩散进入纤维内部而固着的一种染色法。但此种方法,浸轧工艺中,染液的温度较高,需要高达200℃左右,才能达到较好的染色效果,能源消耗大,增加了织带制备的成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种织带低温染色方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种织带低温染色方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将织带清洗后,放入改性液中浸泡处理140-160min,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸18-26份、六氟磷酸钠10-14份、D-乳酸甲酯36-45份、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷32-40份、乙醇150-200份、水750-820份;
(2)对经过步骤(1)处理的织带进行二浸二轧,其中染色液由以下重量份的组分制成:染料36-42份、渗透剂12-14份、分散剂10-13份、正钒酸钠2-5份、植酸钠4-7份、多硫化钠2-4份、水640-700份,染色的温度为112-118℃,浴比为1:15-18,轧液率为60-75%;
(3)将染色后的织带烘干后,放入还原清洗液中,浸泡处理30-40min后,取出,用清水洗净后,烘干制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中改性液采用以下方法制成:将:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、六氟磷酸钠加入水中,采用300r/min的转速搅拌10min,D-乳酸甲酯、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷加入至乙醇中,采用300r/min的转速搅拌20min,然后将所得的两个混合液混合均匀后,制得改性液。
具体地,上述乙醇的体积分数为95%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,上述渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,上述分散剂为分散剂NNO,其化学组成为萘磺酸钠盐甲醛缩合物。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,还原清洗液由以下重量份的组分制成:氢氧化钠4-7份、连二亚硫酸钠3-6份、水850-900份。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的织带低温染色方法,操作简单,能耗低,染色工艺稳定,安全环保,可有效的降低浸轧时的温度,并且染色效果显著,色泽均匀,色牢度高,极大地提升了织带的品质。上述步骤(1)中的改性液,1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、六氟磷酸钠可有效的提升织带的通透性,提升染液在织带内的渗透性和分布的均匀性;D-乳酸甲酯和甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷协同作用后,可有效的提升织带的表面活性,提升染料分子在织带表面的结合力,进而提升了色牢度;正钒酸钠、植酸钠、多硫化钠协同作用后,可有效的提升染料分子的活性,可使得染料分子在较低温的环境下,就能与织带有效的结合,其中植酸钠可与染料分子和织带的表面分子之间形成化学键,可使得染料分子与在低温的环境下附着在织带上。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种织带低温染色方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将织带清洗后,放入改性液中浸泡处理140min,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸18份、六氟磷酸钠10份、D-乳酸甲酯36份、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷32份、乙醇150份、水750份;
(2)对经过步骤(1)处理的织带进行二浸二轧,其中染色液由以下重量份的组分制成:染料36份、渗透剂12份、分散剂10份、正钒酸钠2份、植酸钠4份、多硫化钠2份、水640份,染色的温度为112℃,浴比为1:15,轧液率为60%;
(3)将染色后的织带烘干后,放入还原清洗液中,浸泡处理30min后,取出,用清水洗净后,烘干制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中改性液采用以下方法制成:将:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、六氟磷酸钠加入水中,采用300r/min的转速搅拌10min,D-乳酸甲酯、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷加入至乙醇中,采用300r/min的转速搅拌20min,然后将所得的两个混合液混合均匀后,制得改性液。

一种织带低温染色方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将织带清洗后,放入改性液中浸泡处理150min,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸22份、六氟磷酸钠12份、D-乳酸甲酯40份、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷34份、乙醇180份、水780份;
(2)对经过步骤(1)处理的织带进行二浸二轧,其中染色液由以下重量份的组分制成:染料40份、渗透剂13份、分散剂12份、正钒酸钠3份、植酸钠5份、多硫化钠3份、水660份,染色的温度为114℃,浴比为1:17,轧液率为70%;
(3)将染色后的织带烘干后,放入还原清洗液中,浸泡处理35min后,取出,用清水洗净后,烘干制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中改性液采用以下方法制成:将:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、六氟磷酸钠加入水中,采用300r/min的转速搅拌10min,D-乳酸甲酯、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷加入至乙醇中,采用300r/min的转速搅拌20min,然后将所得的两个混合液混合均匀后,制得改性液。
具体地,上述乙醇的体积分数为95%。

(2)对经过步骤(1)处理的织带进行二浸二轧,其中染色液由以下重量份的组分制成:染料42份、渗透剂14份、分散剂13份、正钒酸钠5份、植酸钠7份、多硫化钠4份、水700份,染色的温度为118℃,浴比为1:18,轧液率为75%;
(3)将染色后的织带烘干后,放入还原清洗液中,浸泡处理40min后,取出,用清水洗净后,烘干制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中改性液采用以下方法制成:将:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、六氟磷酸钠加入水中,采用300r/min的转速搅拌10min,D-乳酸甲酯、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷加入至乙醇中,采用300r/min的转速搅拌20min,然后将所得的两个混合液混合均匀后,制得改性液。
具体地,上述乙醇的体积分数为95%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,上述渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,上述分散剂为分散剂NNO,其化学组成为萘磺酸钠盐甲醛缩合物。

不经过步骤(1)处理,其余操作步骤与实施例1完全相同。

步骤(2)中不含有正钒酸钠、植酸钠、多硫化钠成分,其余操作步骤与实施例2完全相同。
分别用各实施例和对比例的方法对涤纶织带进行染色处理,染色结果如表1所示:

1.一种织带低温染色方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将织带清洗后,放入改性液中浸泡处理140-160min,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸18-26份、六氟磷酸钠10-14份、D-乳酸甲酯36-45份、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷32-40份、乙醇150-200份、水750-820份;
(2)对经过步骤(1)处理的织带进行二浸二轧,其中染色液由以下重量份的组分制成:染料36-42份、渗透剂12-14份、分散剂10-13份、正钒酸钠2-5份、植酸钠4-7份、多硫化钠2-4份、水640-700份,染色的温度为112-118℃,浴比为1:15-18,轧液率为60-75%;
(3)将染色后的织带烘干后,放入还原清洗液中,浸泡处理30-40min后,取出,用清水洗净后,烘干制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种织带低温染色方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中改性液采用以下方法制成:将:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、六氟磷酸钠加入水中,采用300r/min的转速搅拌10min,D-乳酸甲酯、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷加入至乙醇中,采用300r/min的转速搅拌20min,然后将所得的两个混合液混合均匀后,制得改性液。
3.根据权利要求2中所述的一种织带低温染色方法,其特征在于,上述乙醇的体积分数为95%。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种织带低温染色方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,上述渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,上述分散剂为分散剂NNO,其化学组成为萘磺酸钠盐甲醛缩合物。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的一种织带低温染色方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(3)中,还原清洗液由以下重量份的组分制成:氢氧化钠4-7份、连二亚硫酸钠3-6份、水850-900份。
