Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly water-based antirust agent which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-70% of corrosion inhibitor; 1-10% of a diluent; 1-5% of a pH regulator; 0.1-2% of defoaming agent; the balance being water. The environment-friendly water-based antirust agent disclosed by the invention does not contain harmful substances such as nitrite, polyphosphate, boron and the like, and is environment-friendly; the use concentration is low, and the antirust performance and the damp-heat resistance are good after the antirust agent is diluted to 2-5 percent; the use is convenient, the processes of dipping, brushing, spraying and the like can be adopted, and no viscous residue is left on the surface of the metal after the water phase is volatilized.

Currently, rust preventive products widely used in the field of metal processing include rust preventive oil, emulsion type rust preventive oil, and aqueous rust preventive. Comparative example
The environment-friendly water-based rust inhibitor prepared in the above examples 1 to 5 and the existing commercially available water-based rust inhibitor are diluted with water according to a mass ratio of 1:19, and then water mist tests are respectively performed according to ASTM D1735 test standards, wherein the test results are shown in Table 1:
