An environment-friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90 parts of light white oil, 2 parts of cleaning agent, 5 parts of antirust agent, 0.8 part of corrosion inhibitor and 2.2 parts of auxiliary agent;
The cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1.5:6:5 sodium metasilicate, polyacrylic acid, polyether modified polysiloxane and gluconolactone; the rust inhibitor is barium petroleum sulfonate; the corrosion inhibitor is benzotriazole; the auxiliary agent is hydantoin and dioctyl diphenylamine with the weight ratio of 1:1.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition comprises the following steps:
S1, adding light white oil and an auxiliary agent into a reaction kettle, heating to 100 ℃, and stirring for 30min;
S2, sequentially adding an antirust agent, a corrosion inhibitor and a cleaning agent into the reaction kettle, stirring for 10min at the constant temperature of 65 ℃, and circulating for 20min through a filter;
And S3, after the circulation is finished, filtering and discharging to obtain the environment-friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition.

And (3) cleaning rate detection: referring to the method in JB/T4323, the cleaning rate of grease and stains on the surface of the metal part is tested, and the cleaning rate is not lower than 90%.

The results of the tests of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3 are shown in Table 3.

Analysis of results
In combination with examples 1 to 5, comparative examples 1 to 4 and Table 3, it is understood that the lubricant compositions prepared according to the present application are environmentally friendly and harmless, and have good cleaning effect and rust and corrosion preventing properties, and good comprehensive properties.
Examples 6 to 7
Example 6 differs from example 4 in that the cleaning agent is 2.4 in weight ratio: 3:7:8 sodium metasilicate, polyacrylic acid, polyether modified polysiloxane and gluconolactone.
Example 7
Example 7 differs from example 4 in that the cleaning agent is 3.6 by weight: 4:10:10, polyacrylic acid, polyether modified polysiloxane, and gluconolactone.
Detection result
The results of the tests in examples 6 to 7 are shown in Table 4.

Analysis of results
As can be seen from the combination of examples 6 to 7 and Table 4, when the cleaning agent is a detergent having a weight ratio of (1.2 to 3.6): (1.5-4): (6-10): and (5-10) the combination property of the prepared lubricant composition is better when sodium metasilicate, polyacrylic acid, polyether modified polysiloxane and gluconolactone are used.

Example 8
Example 8 differs from example 6 in that the rust inhibitor is dodecenyl succinic acid.
Example 9
Example 9 differs from example 6 in that the rust inhibitor is sodium petroleum sulfonate.
Example 10
Example 10 differs from example 6 in that the rust inhibitor is 2:2.7:1.4 barium petroleum sulfonate, sodium petroleum sulfonate, and dodecenyl succinic acid.
Example 11
Example 11 differs from example 6 in that the rust inhibitor is 2.8 in weight ratio: 3.5:1.6 barium petroleum sulfonate, sodium petroleum sulfonate and dodecenyl succinic acid.
Example 12
Example 12 differs from example 6 in that the rust inhibitor is 3.5 by weight: 4.3:2.2 barium petroleum sulfonate, sodium petroleum sulfonate and dodecenyl succinic acid.

The results of the tests in examples 8 to 12 are shown in Table 5.

Analysis of results
As can be seen from the combination of examples 8 to 12 and Table 5, when the rust inhibitor is a composition having a weight ratio of (2 to 3.5): (2.7-4.3): and (1.4-2.2) the obtained lubricant composition has better comprehensive performance when the barium petroleum sulfonate, the sodium petroleum sulfonate and the dodecenyl succinic acid are used.

Example 14 differs from example 11 in that the corrosion inhibitor is hexamethylenetetramine.

Example 16 differs from example 11 in that the corrosion inhibitor is present in a weight ratio of 0.6:0.6:2.4:0.2 benzotriazole, thiadiazole, hexamethylenetetramine and cyclohexylamine carbonate.

Example 17 differs from example 11 in that the corrosion inhibitor is present in a weight ratio of 1.1:1.2:4:0.5 benzotriazole, thiadiazole, hexamethylenetetramine and cyclohexylamine carbonate.

As can be seen from the combination of examples 12 to 15 and Table 6, when the corrosion inhibitor is in the weight ratio of (0.6 to 1.5): (0.6-1.5): (2.4-6): (0.2-0.8) benzotriazole, thiadiazole, hexamethylenetetramine and cyclohexylamine carbonate, the resulting lubricant composition exhibits better overall properties.
The above embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the present application, so: all equivalent changes in structure, shape and principle of the application should be covered in the scope of protection of the application.
Claims (10)
1. An environment-friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 75-99.96 parts of light white oil, 0.01-7 parts of cleaning agent, 0.01-10 parts of antirust agent, 0.01-3 parts of corrosion inhibitor and 0.01-5 parts of auxiliary agent.
2. The environment-friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 81.7-90 parts of light white oil, 2-4 parts of cleaning agent, 5-8 parts of antirust agent, 0.8-2 parts of corrosion inhibitor and 2.2-4.3 parts of auxiliary agent.
3. The environment-friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning agent is (1.2-3.6) in weight ratio: (1.5-4): (6-10): (5-10) sodium metasilicate, polyacrylic acid, polyether-modified polysiloxane and gluconolactone.
4. The environment-friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition according to claim 1, wherein the rust inhibitor is one or more of barium petroleum sulfonate, sodium petroleum sulfonate, barium dinonyl naphthalene sulfonate, dodecenyl succinic acid and zinc naphthenate.
5. The environment-friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition according to claim 4, wherein the rust inhibitor is (2-3.5) in weight ratio: (2.7-4.3): (1.4-2.2) barium petroleum sulfonate, sodium petroleum sulfonate, and dodecenyl succinic acid.
6. The environment-friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition according to claim 1, wherein the corrosion inhibitor is one or more of benzotriazole, benzotriazole derivatives, thiadiazole derivatives, hexamethylenetetramine and cyclohexylamine carbonate.
7. The environment-friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition according to claim 6, wherein the corrosion inhibitor is (0.6-1.5): (0.6-1.5): (2.4-6): (0.2-0.8) benzotriazole, thiadiazole, hexamethylenetetramine and cyclohexylamine carbonate.
8. The environment-friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises at least one of isothiazolinone bactericides, imidazolone bactericides, phenolic antioxidants and amine antioxidants.
9. A process for preparing an environmentally friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
S1, adding light white oil and an auxiliary agent into a reaction kettle, heating to 80-100 ℃, and stirring for 30-60min;
S2, sequentially adding an antirust agent, a corrosion inhibitor and a cleaning agent into the reaction kettle, stirring for 10-20min at the constant temperature of 60-65 ℃, and circulating for 10-30min through a filter;
And S3, after the circulation is finished, filtering and discharging to obtain the environment-friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition.
10. Use of an environmentally friendly odorless cleaning lubricant composition as defined in any one of claims 1-8 for cleaning surfaces of metal parts, for cleaning circulatory systems and hydraulic systems.
