Description

Sunless tanning gel and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics. More particularly, it relates to a sunless tanning gel and a method for preparing the same.
Background
With the increasing abundance of people's life, healthy skin such as bronze, wheat color and the like is gradually accepted by the public aesthetic sense. In order to avoid the risks of sunburn, carcinogenesis and the like caused by sun exposure in the tanning process, the sunless tanning is produced without sun exposure and rapid tanning, and the effect is reversible, so that the sunless tanning can obtain the skin color effect similar to tanning under the condition that the skin is not irradiated by ultraviolet rays, and the aesthetic requirement of a consumer is met. The principle of the sunless tanning is mainly that compounds containing aldehyde groups or ketone groups and amino compounds in cuticles of epidermis are subjected to Maillard reaction to generate brown compounds to achieve the effect of the tanning.
Most of the effective components of the existing tanning products are Dihydroxyacetone (DHA), for example, Chinese patent application CN101721322A discloses a self-tanning composition which mainly comprises dihydroxyacetone, retinoid, ascorbyl glucoside and the like, the tanning effect can be prolonged by utilizing the retinoid, and the dihydroxyacetone and the retinoid can reach compatibility and balance by adding the ascorbyl glucoside. However, in practical application, the stability of the main functional component dihydroxyacetone is poor, and the gel prepared by mixing the dihydroxyacetone with the components such as the traditional thickening agent and the like can gradually turn yellow after being placed for a period of time, so that the sense and the use experience of the product are influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the existing tanning gel containing dihydroxyacetone has poor stability and is easy to yellow after being placed for a long time to influence the sense, and provides a sunless tanning gel which takes dihydroxyacetone as a main functional component and has better stability.
The invention aims to provide a sunless tanning gel.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the sunless tanning gel.
The above purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a sunless tanning gel comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-17 parts of dihydroxyacetone, 1-3 parts of thickening agent, 10-18 parts of ethanol, 0.2-0.5 part of preservative, 1-3 parts of film-forming agent, 0.02-0.2 part of chelating agent and water to make up to 100 parts;
wherein the thickening agent is hydroxyethyl cellulose.
In the invention, dihydroxyacetone is used as a main tanning functional component, but in use, the stability is poor after the dihydroxyacetone is prepared into gel, and the phenomenon that the gel turns yellow after being placed for a period of time at normal temperature is discovered, so that the appearance and the practical experience of the product are influenced. The inventor finds out through a great deal of creative work that by using hydroxyethyl cellulose as a thickening agent, on one hand, the solution can be thickened to form a gel form, on the other hand, the stability of dihydroxyacetone can be improved, and the gel can keep the original color and form in the long-term storage process, is glittering and translucent and has a more remarkable blackening effect.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-10 parts of dihydroxyacetone, 1-2 parts of thickening agent, 15-18 parts of ethanol, 0.3-0.5 part of preservative, 1-2 parts of film-forming agent, 0.1-0.2 part of chelating agent and water to make up to 100 parts.
More preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of dihydroxyacetone, 2 parts of thickening agent, 18 parts of ethanol, 0.5 part of preservative, 1.2 parts of film-forming agent, 0.1 part of chelating agent and water to make up to 100 parts.
Further, the preservative is selected from one or more of phenoxyethanol and hydroxybenzene esters.
Still further, the parabens include methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, isobutylparaben, and benzylparaben.
Further, the film forming agent is polyvinylpyrrolidone. Preferably, the polyvinylpyrrolidone is polyvinylpyrrolidone k 30.
Further, the chelating agent is disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate or tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate.
Further, the sunless tanning gel further comprises a polyalcohol humectant.
Preferably, the polyhydric alcohol humectant comprises propylene glycol, glycerin.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the sunless tanning gel, which comprises the following steps:
adding a thickening agent, a chelating agent and a film forming agent into water, stirring at 50-60 ℃ until the thickening agent, the chelating agent and the film forming agent are dissolved to form a gel semi-finished product, cooling to room temperature, adding dihydroxyacetone, uniformly mixing, adding a mixed solution of a preservative and ethanol while stirring, and stirring until a gel is formed.
Further, the mixed solution of the preservative and the ethanol also comprises a polyalcohol humectant.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the sunless tanning gel disclosed by the invention is prepared by taking dihydroxyacetone as a main functional component and hydroxyethyl cellulose as a thickening agent in combination with other components, has better stability, can keep a crystal clear appearance after being placed at normal temperature for a long time, has good spreadability and a remarkable tanning effect, and can fully meet the aesthetic requirements of consumers; and the preparation method is simple and suitable for large-scale industrial production.

Figure BDA0002603688720000051
As can be seen from Table 3, the sunless tanning gel prepared in the embodiments 4 to 5 of the present invention can maintain the original glittering and translucent appearance after being placed at room temperature for 91 days for a long time, and has high efficacy and stability; in comparison examples 1-4, different thickeners are respectively adopted, so that the problem of yellowing occurs after 14-28 days, and the product stability is poor.
Experimental example 2 evaluation of tanning Effect of sunless tanning gel
Taking example 4 of the present application as an example, the sunless tanning gel was tested for tanning effect, and the effects of the other examples were similar to those of example 4.
The evaluation method comprises the following steps: the whiteness (brightness) L of the skin on the inner forearm of the volunteer was measured at 25 ℃ using the skin color measuring instrument SkinColorCatch* 1Value (L)*White when 100, L*Black when 0), then apply sample strips (2 mg/cm) on the arm at 1cm intervals in the area as normal skin care product is used2) 4 hours later, the skin L was again tested at the sample application site* 2Value,. DELTA.L*=L* 1-L* 2Taking Δ L of 10 persons*The average value of (a) represents the tanning efficacy of the sample, and the larger the value, the stronger the tanning efficacy. Meanwhile, the data of the skin Individual Type Angle (ITA) are recorded in each test, the skin coloring degree is classified, the ITA is very light in 55-90 degrees, light in 41-54 degrees, medium in 28-40 degrees, and black in 10-27 degrees, brown in-30-9 degrees and dark in-90-31 degrees. The experimental results are shown in FIGS. 1-2.
As can be seen from the figure and the effect of practical application, the arm of the volunteer using the product has the effect from wheat color to bronze color. When the mass fraction of the Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) in the gel is 3-17%, the efficacy is moderate, the mass fraction and the efficacy form a positive correlation relationship, and the tanning gel can show a tanning coloring effect (ITA DEG is 10-27), namely wheat color, is close to the natural tanning color of Asians, and meets aesthetic requirements.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
