Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics. More particularly, it relates to a sunless tanning gel and a method for preparing the same.
Background
With the increasing abundance of people's life, healthy skin such as bronze, wheat color and the like is gradually accepted by the public aesthetic sense. In order to avoid the risks of sunburn, carcinogenesis and the like caused by sun exposure in the tanning process, the sunless tanning is produced without sun exposure and rapid tanning, and the effect is reversible, so that the sunless tanning can obtain the skin color effect similar to tanning under the condition that the skin is not irradiated by ultraviolet rays, and the aesthetic requirement of a consumer is met. The principle of the sunless tanning is mainly that compounds containing aldehyde groups or ketone groups and amino compounds in cuticles of epidermis are subjected to Maillard reaction to generate brown compounds to achieve the effect of the tanning.
Most of the effective components of the existing tanning products are Dihydroxyacetone (DHA), for example, Chinese patent application CN101721322A discloses a self-tanning composition which mainly comprises dihydroxyacetone, retinoid, ascorbyl glucoside and the like, the tanning effect can be prolonged by utilizing the retinoid, and the dihydroxyacetone and the retinoid can reach compatibility and balance by adding the ascorbyl glucoside. However, in practical application, the stability of the main functional component dihydroxyacetone is poor, and the gel prepared by mixing the dihydroxyacetone with the components such as the traditional thickening agent and the like can gradually turn yellow after being placed for a period of time, so that the sense and the use experience of the product are influenced.
Disclosure of Invention

More preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of dihydroxyacetone, 2 parts of thickening agent, 18 parts of ethanol, 0.5 part of preservative, 1.2 parts of film-forming agent, 0.1 part of chelating agent and water to make up to 100 parts.
Further, the preservative is selected from one or more of phenoxyethanol and hydroxybenzene esters.
Still further, the parabens include methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, isobutylparaben, and benzylparaben.
Further, the film forming agent is polyvinylpyrrolidone. Preferably, the polyvinylpyrrolidone is polyvinylpyrrolidone k 30.
Further, the chelating agent is disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate or tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate.
Further, the sunless tanning gel further comprises a polyalcohol humectant.
Preferably, the polyhydric alcohol humectant comprises propylene glycol, glycerin.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the sunless tanning gel, which comprises the following steps:
adding a thickening agent, a chelating agent and a film forming agent into water, stirring at 50-60 ℃ until the thickening agent, the chelating agent and the film forming agent are dissolved to form a gel semi-finished product, cooling to room temperature, adding dihydroxyacetone, uniformly mixing, adding a mixed solution of a preservative and ethanol while stirring, and stirring until a gel is formed.
Further, the mixed solution of the preservative and the ethanol also comprises a polyalcohol humectant.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the sunless tanning gel disclosed by the invention is prepared by taking dihydroxyacetone as a main functional component and hydroxyethyl cellulose as a thickening agent in combination with other components, has better stability, can keep a crystal clear appearance after being placed at normal temperature for a long time, has good spreadability and a remarkable tanning effect, and can fully meet the aesthetic requirements of consumers; and the preparation method is simple and suitable for large-scale industrial production.
