Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a sunscreen agent containing tryptophan and tyrosine, which comprises, by weight, 3-7 parts of tryptophan, 3-7 parts of tyrosine, 2-4 parts of hydrophilic nano titanium dioxide, 2-4 parts of nano zinc dioxide, 3-5 parts of fumed silica, 2-4 parts of cetyl alcohol, 1-3 parts of isopropyl myristate, 1-3 parts of wheat germ oil, 0-2 parts of emu oil, 3-6 parts of glycerol, 3-5 parts of ethanol, 3-5 parts of a film forming agent, 1-2 parts of an emulsifier, 1-2 parts of a thickening agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a preservative and 55-65 parts of deionized water. The sunscreen agent provided by the invention integrates sunscreen and moisturizing skin care, and cosmetics such as a moisturizing agent and the like are not required to be applied before going out like the existing sunscreen agent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a sunscreen agent containing tryptophan and tyrosine and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sunlight damage to human skin mainly comes from ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB), wherein UVA acts on the deep layer of the skin and is slow in action but can cause one-time blackening, and UVB acts on the surface layer of the skin to excite skin keratinocytes, relax blood vessels, increase blood flow and make the skin reddish to brown. UVA and UVB cause sunburn, peeling, tanning, etc. to the skin, which in turn causes premature aging of the skin, irreparable damage to the skin, and may also cause skin cancer if chronically affected by UVA and UVB.
Current sunscreen measures against ultraviolet rays mainly include physical sunscreen, which means the use of a substance capable of reflecting sunlight (TiO), and chemical sunscreen2ZnO) forms a protective film on the surface of skin to reflect ultraviolet rays out, thereby achieving the sun-screening effect, and chemical sun-screening means that chemical substances in the sun-screening product, such as phthalate, convert ultraviolet rays which damage the skin into harmless heat energy and the like to be released. The chemical sun-screening agent can enter skin tissues, has certain irritation to the skin, and can cause damage to the skin when being improperly used.
In some perennial high-temperature areas, the existing sunscreen agent only has a single sunscreen function, and the sunscreen agent can lose the function quickly along with the evaporation effect of high temperature, and is very troublesome because cosmetics such as a humectant and the like need to be applied before going out; however, in the prior art, no technical scheme for solving the problem is found.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a sunscreen agent containing tryptophan and tyrosine, which has a sunscreen effect and also provides moisturizing, skin-beautifying, anti-inflammatory and restorative effects.

Preferably, the nano zinc oxide particle size is 15-30 nm.
Preferably, the specific surface area of the fumed silica is 600-800m3/g。
Preferably, the film forming agent is selected from one or two of cyclic dimethyl polysiloxane and polyether modified silicone oil; the emulsifier is selected from one or more of tween 60, tween 80, span 60 and span 80.
Preferably, the thickening agent is selected from any one or two of xanthan gum and hydroxyethyl cellulose; the preservative is selected from any one or two of nipagin ester and phenoxyethanol.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sun-screening agent, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. preparing an aqueous phase: uniformly mixing deionized water, glycerol and ethanol according to a proportion, then sequentially adding an emulsifier and a preservative, and uniformly stirring;
b. preparing an oil phase: mixing cetyl alcohol, isopropyl myristate, wheat germ oil, emu oil and film-forming agent in proportion, and stirring;
