Abstract

本发明公开了一种能够缓冲吸能的汽车保险杠,包括车身连接杠、减振器、中间杠、缓冲吸能夹层、保险杠杠身,其特征在于:所述车身连接杠与汽车车身可拆卸连接,所述减振器的一端与车身连接杠固定连接,所述中间杠与减振器的另一端固定连接,所述缓冲吸能夹层与中间杠可拆卸连接,所述保险杠杠身与缓冲吸能夹层可拆卸连接。该保险杠采用缓冲吸能夹层和减振器两个吸能结构,无论是低速碰撞还是高速碰撞均可起到相应缓冲吸能的作用,在碰撞时可以对车内乘员和车外行人起到最佳的保护效果,而且更换方便,维修代价小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车配件技术领域,具体而言涉及一种能够缓冲吸能的汽车保险杠。
背景技术
目前汽车保险杠主要由横梁和保险杠杠身组成,这样的保险杆在碰撞中完全为刚性碰撞,对车内乘员没有起到减小碰撞能量的作用,对车外行人也没有任何保护效果,一些中高档汽车的保险杠中添加有缓冲材料,但由于缓冲材料的结构单一,导致了吸能效果单一,出现了适用于低速碰撞的保险杠在高速碰撞中无法保护车内乘员和适用于高速碰撞的保险杠在低速碰撞中无法缓冲吸能的问题,如果可以有一种适用于任何速度碰撞的汽车保险杠,那么在碰撞事故中车内乘员和车外行人的安全性将得到很大的提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够缓冲吸能的汽车保险杠,该保险杠弥补了现有汽车保险杠的缺点,无论是低速碰撞还是高速碰撞均可起到相应缓冲吸能的作用,在碰撞时可以对车内乘员和车外行人起到最佳的保护效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种能够缓冲吸能的汽车保险杠,包括车身连接杠、减振器、中间杠、缓冲吸能夹层、保险杠杠身,其特征在于:所述车身连接杠与汽车车身可拆卸连接,所述减振器的一端与车身连接杠固定连接,所述中间杠与减振器的另一端固定连接,所述缓冲吸能夹层与中间杠可拆卸连接,所述保险杠杠身与缓冲吸能夹层可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述缓冲吸能夹层是六边形蜂窝状结构,且在碰撞方向上六边形呈扁状。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备如下有益效果:
1、该保险杠采用缓冲吸能夹层和减振器两个吸能结构,分别应对低速碰撞和高速碰撞,缓冲吸能夹层采用蜂窝状结构,刚度较小,在低速碰撞中皱褶变形,从而起到缓冲吸能的作用,可以同时保护车内乘员和车外行人,减振器的刚度较大,在低速碰撞中不起作用,而当高速碰撞时,缓冲吸能夹层很快褶皱溃烂,减振器便起到吸能的作用,这样无论什么样的碰撞速度均可达到最佳的保护效果。
2、车身连接杠与车身、缓冲吸能夹层与中间杠、保险杠杠身与缓冲吸能夹层均为可拆卸连接,因此更换方便,维修代价小。

下面结合附图,对本发明做进一步说明:如图1-3所示,一种能够缓冲吸能的汽车保险杠,包括车身连接杠1、减振器2、中间杠3、缓冲吸能夹层4、保险杠杠身5,其特征在于:所述车身连接杠1与汽车车身可拆卸连接,所述减振器2的一端与车身连接杠1固定连接,所述中间杠3与减振器2的另一端固定连接,所述缓冲吸能夹层4与中间杠3可拆卸连接,所述保险杠杠身5与缓冲吸能夹层4可拆卸连接。
所述缓冲吸能夹层4是六边形蜂窝状结构,且在碰撞方向上六边形呈扁状。
工作原理:一种能够缓冲吸能的汽车保险杠有两个缓冲吸能结构,分别为缓冲吸能夹层和减振器,缓冲吸能夹层的刚度较小,所需变形力较小,减振器的刚度较大,所需变形力较大,当发生低速碰撞时,所产生的碰撞冲击力较小,此时缓冲吸能夹层工作,而减振器不工作,通过缓冲吸能夹层蜂窝状的结构褶皱变形来缓冲吸能,从而实现对车内乘员和车外行人的保护,当发生高速碰撞时,所产生的碰撞冲击力较大,此时缓冲吸能夹层很快便褶皱溃烂,而减振器便开始工作,起到了吸能减振的作用,从而实现对车内乘员的保护。
本实施例只是对本发明构思和实现的一个说明,并非对其进行限制,在本发明构思下,未经实质变换的技术方案仍然在保护范围内。

1.一种能够缓冲吸能的汽车保险杠,包括车身连接杠、减振器、中间杠、缓冲吸能夹层、保险杠杠身,其特征在于:所述车身连接杠与汽车车身可拆卸连接,所述减振器的一端与车身连接杠固定连接,所述中间杠与减振器的另一端固定连接,所述缓冲吸能夹层与中间杠可拆卸连接,所述保险杠杠身与缓冲吸能夹层可拆卸连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够缓冲吸能的汽车保险杠,其特征在于:所述缓冲吸能夹层是六边形蜂窝状结构,且在碰撞方向上六边形呈扁状。
