本发明公开了一种吸能防撞车用动力电池箱,包括电池箱内板、电池箱防撞夹层、电池箱吸能夹层、电池箱外板,其特征在于:所述电池箱内板底部与汽车底盘可拆卸连接,所述电池箱防撞夹层与电池箱内板前后左右四个面固定连接,所述电池箱吸能夹层与电池箱防撞夹层固定连接,所述电池箱外板与电池箱吸能夹层固定连接,所述电池箱防撞夹层是由三个工字形结构组成的截面为六边形的夹层,所述电池箱吸能夹层是截面为空心六边形的夹层。该电池箱不仅可以吸收碰撞能量,而且也具有较强的抗撞性能,可以大幅提升对电动汽车动力电池的保护效能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车配件技术领域,具体而言涉及一种吸能防撞车用动力电池箱。
背景技术
目前电动汽车蓬勃发展,动力电池是电动汽车的能量储存部件,从近年来电动汽车的事故统计情况及调查结果来看,动力电池已经成为电动汽车安全事故的焦点,在一些碰撞事故中,动力电池因挤压破坏导致起火甚至***,给乘员生命及财产安全带来严重威胁,在电动汽车的布置中,动力电池会被封装于电池箱中,那么对电池箱的安全性进行改进优化,得到一种可以吸收碰撞能量,并且具备防撞能力的新型电池箱,对于动力电池的保护至关重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种吸能防撞车用动力电池箱,该电池箱不仅可以吸收碰撞能量,而且也具有较强的抗撞性能,可以大幅提升对电动汽车动力电池的保护效能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种吸能防撞车用动力电池箱,包括电池箱内板、电池箱防撞夹层、电池箱吸能夹层、电池箱外板,其特征在于:所述电池箱内板底部与汽车底盘可拆卸连接,所述电池箱防撞夹层与电池箱内板前后左右四个面固定连接,所述电池箱吸能夹层与电池箱防撞夹层固定连接,所述电池箱外板与电池箱吸能夹层固定连接。
优选地,所述电池箱防撞夹层是由三个工字形结构组成的截面为六边形的夹层。
优选地,所述电池箱吸能夹层是截面为空心六边形的夹层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备如下有益效果:
1、该电池箱具有截面为空心六边形的吸能夹层,通过该夹层的变形,可以吸收碰撞能量,减小对动力电池的冲击。
2、该电池箱具有由三个工字形结构组成的截面为六边形的防撞夹层,工字形结构具有很好的抗压抗冲击能力,将其变形为六边形结构用到防撞夹层中,可以抵抗较大的冲击能量,使电池箱不变形,进而保证动力电池的完整性,减少动力电池起火***事故的发生。

下面结合附图,对本发明做进一步说明:如图1-2所示,一种吸能防撞车用动力电池箱,包括电池箱内板1、电池箱防撞夹层3、电池箱吸能夹层2、电池箱外板4,其特征在于:所述电池箱内板1底部与汽车底盘可拆卸连接,所述电池箱防撞夹层3与电池箱内板1前后左右四个面固定连接,所述电池箱吸能夹层2与电池箱防撞夹层3固定连接,所述电池箱外板4与电池箱吸能夹层2固定连接。
所述电池箱防撞夹层3是由三个工字形结构组成的截面为六边形的夹层。
所述电池箱吸能夹层2是截面为空心六边形的夹层。
工作原理:当碰撞发生时,外来冲击力首先与电池箱外板4接触,接着截面为空心六边形的吸能夹层2会在冲击力的作用下变形,以此来吸收碰撞能量,当吸能夹层2变形完毕后,剩余的碰撞冲击力会来到由三个工字形结构组成的截面为六边形的防撞夹层3,由工字形结构变形成六边形的防撞夹层3可以抵挡较大的冲击力而不变形,进而可以保证动力电池的完整性,避免因挤压破坏导致的起火或***事故。
本实施例只是对本发明构思和实现的一个说明,并非对其进行限制,在本发明构思下,未经实质变换的技术方案仍然在保护范围内。

1.一种吸能防撞车用动力电池箱,包括电池箱内板、电池箱防撞夹层、电池箱吸能夹层、电池箱外板,其特征在于:所述电池箱内板底部与汽车底盘可拆卸连接,所述电池箱防撞夹层与电池箱内板前后左右四个面固定连接,所述电池箱吸能夹层与电池箱防撞夹层固定连接,所述电池箱外板与电池箱吸能夹层固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸能防撞车用动力电池箱,其特征在于:所述电池箱防撞夹层是由三个工字形结构组成的截面为六边形的夹层。
