本发明公开了一种真空镀铝节能型汽车发光标志,包括灯罩、导光板、装饰片、LED模组、灯壳;灯罩与灯壳密封焊接固定,导光板密封固定在灯罩与灯壳之间,装饰片固定在导光板与灯壳之间,LED模组固定在装饰片上;所述灯罩内表面进行真空镀铝,达到半透明半反射光线效果,镀膜壁厚度小于10μm。所述灯罩上包括字标区域及非字标区域,灯罩采用无色透明材料,非字标区域为磨砂皮纹。灯装饰片表面电镀处理,单面背胶。本发明采用真空镀铝工艺,兼具外观品质和节能环保性,其亮度均匀,散热性极佳,便于装配,适合批量生产。

Description

一种真空镀铝节能型汽车发光标志
技术领域
本发明属于汽车内外饰发光标识的技术领域,具体涉及一种真空镀铝节能型汽车发光标志。
背景技术
伴随着汽车领域浪潮竞争的不断激烈,如何通过满足用户感知体验,吸引用户,提升汽车品牌影响力及品牌溢价能力,成为每个主机厂销售研发领域主要关注的课题。传统汽车标识一般为ABS材料通过表面镀铬工艺实现,随着用户使用时间增加,使用户产生审美疲劳,且在车辆夜间行驶过程不可见,限制了标志的应用效果。
现有技术1为一种汽车发光标牌,依次包括底座件、PCB板板件、底座盖件、标牌上盖件以及导光板,PCB板板件设置在底座件上并用于提供光源,PCB 板板件包括LED灯和发光电路板件,多个LED灯环形布置在发光电路板件上,底座盖件固连在底座件的下部并用于密封,标牌上盖件固连在底座件的上部,所述的标牌上盖件在LED灯发光后用于显示车辆的标志,导光板位于标牌上盖件与底座件之间,导光板用于均匀分配光源,起到匀光和扩散光。其优点在于结构简单,通用性强,灯光色彩和亮度可调,不影响标牌不发光时的外观效果,有效提升汽车的美观度和品牌推广效应。缺点在于:通过座件、PCB板板件、底座盖件、标牌上盖件以及导光板结构固定,旨在解决汽车夜间标牌发光问题,然而未解决标牌不发光时的外观美化问题。
现有技术2为一种汽车发光标牌,包括:壳体,包括外壳和标牌面板;LED 发光装置,设置在安装腔内,包括灯板、LED灯和线束;反光装置,设置在安装腔内,包括反光杯,用于将LED灯发射出的光线进行发射后射入透光装置中;透光装置,设置在安装腔内,包括上散光片和下散光片,其中上散光片为凸透镜,下散光片为凹透镜,用于将反光杯发射出的反射光折射后均匀照射在标牌面板背面,以使得整个标牌面板发出均匀的亮光;以及散热装置,设置在外壳入光端外部,用于对LED光源在工作时进行散热。本发明的有益效果是:1)标牌面板的高亮区域亮度均匀;2)散热效果好;3)可装配性强,降低成本,且结构简单,尺寸大小没有变化;制作方便,适合工业大批量生产。缺点在于:然而未解决标牌不发光时的外观美化问题。
现有技术3为一种汽车发光标牌,包括标牌本体、导光板和底座,所述标牌本体通过3M双面胶粘在所述导光板的黏贴面,导光板的反光面与所述底座的前安装面固接,底座的后安装部面向汽车的前格栅,并通过相应的第一卡扣及螺钉与前格栅固接,底座的后安装部增设发光装置,发光装置包括电子控制盒、 LED光源、线束以及驱动板,电子控制盒安装在底座的后安装部,并且驱动板固装在所述电子控制盒内,驱动板的信号输出端通过线束与分布在底座上的 LED光源的信号控制端电连;驱动板的输电端与所述汽车的电平的供电端电连,实现对驱动板的供电。本发明的有益效果是:亮度均一、可装配性高,降低成本,且结构简单,尺寸大小没有变化。本发明制作方便,适合工业大批量生产。缺点在于:提及的标牌总成旨在通过卡扣,两个螺钉与前格栅装配,此方案可以保证装配的可靠性;增加的第二卡扣,便于LED光源板装配,防止脱落;LED 光源处,左右两边开通孔,可以减弱光线反射,解决侧边的光线强度,保证整体效果。然而未解决标牌不发光时的外观美化问题。
综上所述,现有汽车标牌还不能满足既可在夜间发光显示,又可在白天不进行发光时同样满足美观要求,且现有汽车标牌只从结构上进行改善,没有考虑通过材料和工艺上的改进来提高标牌的质量和美观性。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种真空镀铝节能型汽车发光标志,采用真空镀铝工艺,兼具外观品质和节能环保性,其亮度均匀,散热性极佳,便于装配,适合批量生产。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种真空镀铝节能型汽车发光标志,包括灯罩、导光板、装饰片、LED模组、灯壳;灯罩与灯壳密封焊接固定,导光板密封固定在灯罩与灯壳之间,装饰片固定在导光板与灯壳之间,LED模组固定在装饰片上;所述灯罩内表面进行真空镀铝,达到半透明半反射光线效果,镀膜壁厚度小于10μm。
进一步地,所述灯罩、导光板、LED模组、灯壳均通过注塑成型。
进一步地,所述灯罩上包括字标区域及非字标区域,灯罩采用无色透明材料,非字标区域为磨砂皮纹。
进一步地,所述灯装饰片表面电镀处理,单面背胶。
进一步地,所述导光板无色透明,底面布置光学涂布点。
进一步地,所述LED模组由LED光源、柔性板和树脂驱动板构成。
进一步地,所述灯罩与导光板之间设置有减振垫。
进一步地,所述灯壳上设有防水透气膜。
进一步地,汽车发光标志还包括灯线组,灯线组通过线夹固定在灯壳后端。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明工艺上,采用真空镀铝技术,镀膜壁厚远小于常规镀膜壁厚(常规镀膜厚壁约40μm)。满足光源不亮状态的外观要求;
(2)本发明结构上,结构装配简单,可实现发光标志内嵌或外凸形式等多种造型需求;
(3)本发明发光效果上,由于金属镀层均匀,壁厚薄,导光效果良好,更加均匀相比于传统结构起到节能环保的效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例进一步描述本发明的技术方案:
参阅图1至图5,一种真空镀铝节能型汽车发光标志,包括:灯罩1、一号减震垫2、二号减震垫3、三号减震垫4、导光板5、装饰片6、自攻螺钉7、LED 模组8、灯壳9、灯线组10、防水透气膜11、线夹12。
灯罩与灯壳密封焊接固定,导光板密封固定在灯罩与灯壳之间,装饰片固定在导光板与灯壳之间,减振垫设置在灯罩与导光板之间。LED模组固定在装饰片上。灯壳上设有防水透气膜。灯线组通过线夹固定在灯壳后端。
灯罩、导光板、LED模组、灯壳均通过注塑成型、零件装配、焊接密封、气密检查、包装入库最终组合为成品。
灯罩内表面真空镀铝需要达到半透明半反射光线效果,镀膜壁厚度小于 10μm,远小于行业常规镀膜壁厚(常规镀膜厚壁约40μm)。
内罩真空镀铝工艺为行业领先技术。灯罩上包括字标区域及非字标区域,灯罩采用无色透明材料,非字标区域为磨砂皮纹,便于光源均匀透过。
装饰片:装饰片映衬至灯罩表面,体现金属质感,装饰片表面电镀处理,单面背胶。
导光板:导光板无色透明,底面布置光学涂布点,光学涂布点将光线传导均匀。
LED模组:LED模组由LED光源、柔性板和树脂驱动板构成。根据发光强度要求,布置不同数量的LED光源。可通过LED模组布置方式的不同,满足正面发光和侧面发光的需求,如图3,即侧向发光图示例。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明工艺上,采用真空镀铝技术,镀膜壁厚远小于常规镀膜壁厚(常规镀膜厚壁约40μm)。满足光源不亮状态的外观要求;
(2)本发明结构上,结构装配简单,可实现发光标志内嵌或外凸形式等多种造型需求;
(3)本发明发光效果上,由于金属镀层均匀,壁厚薄,导光效果良好,更加均匀相比于传统结构起到节能环保的效果。

1.一种真空镀铝节能型汽车发光标志,其特征在于,包括灯罩、导光板、装饰片、LED模组、灯壳;灯罩与灯壳密封焊接固定,导光板密封固定在灯罩与灯壳之间,装饰片固定在导光板与灯壳之间,LED模组固定在装饰片上;所述灯罩内表面进行真空镀铝,达到半透明半反射光线效果,镀膜壁厚度小于10μm。
