Abstract
本发明公开了一种一体化聚氨酯保温板压纹与切割设备,包括主轨道,所述的主轨道上依次设有第一压辊装置、连续切割装置和第二压辊装置;所述的连续切割装置包括主架,主架的上端通过主弹簧与上连接块相连,所述上连接块的顶部与丝杆套相连,丝杆套中穿插有丝杆,丝杆的端部与丝杆电机相连,主架的底部连有切割轮,切割轮与传动齿轮相连,传动齿轮的上方设有齿条,传动齿轮的端部连有滑块,滑块位于导向滑轨内,所述导向滑轨的上端面设有水平滑轨,导向滑轨与齿条相连。在使用时,通过齿条与传动齿轮相啮合传动的方式,以驱动切割轮的旋转,从而减少电机的使用,并快速的将待加工工件进行切割。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种一体化聚氨酯保温板压纹与切割设备。
背景技术
聚氨酯材料孔隙率结构稳定,基本上是闭孔结构,不仅保温性能优良,而且抗冻融、吸声性也好。硬泡聚氨酯保温构造的平均寿命,在正常使用与维修的条件下,能达到30年以上。能够做到在结构的寿命期正常使用条件下,在干燥、潮湿或电化腐蚀,以及由于昆虫、真菌或藻类生长或者由于啮齿动物的破坏等外因影响,都不会受到破坏,聚氨酯保温板可广泛用于彩钢夹芯板、中央空调、建筑墙体材料、冷库、冷藏室、保温箱、化工罐体等领域。
聚氨酯保温板在加工时,是采用相互平行的两块彩钢板,并在中间填充发泡聚氨酯制成。
聚氨酯保温板在制成后,需要进行表面压纹处理和切割处理,以制成一定规格尺寸的聚氨酯保温板单体,方便运输与现场安装,但现有的聚氨酯保温板切割设备存在自动化程度低,切割效率低下等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供一种一体化聚氨酯保温板压纹与切割设备。
一种一体化聚氨酯保温板压纹与切割设备,包括主轨道,所述的主轨道上依次设有第一压辊装置、连续切割装置和第二压辊装置;所述的连续切割装置包括主架,主架的上端通过主弹簧与上连接块相连,所述上连接块的顶部与丝杆套相连,丝杆套中穿插有丝杆,所述丝杆的端部与丝杆电机相连,上连接块的外壁通过导向装置与主架相连;主架的底部连有切割轮,所述的切割轮通过转轴与传动齿轮相连,传动齿轮的上方设有与传动齿轮相配的齿条,传动齿轮的端部连有滑块,所述的滑块位于导向滑轨内,所述导向滑轨的上端面设有水平滑轨,导向滑轨与齿条相连,主架的外壁上通过向外伸出的直角支架与水平滑轨相连,直角支架的端部嵌入在水平滑轨的内部,且与水平滑轨相配。
优选地,所述的导向装置包括导套和导柱,所述导柱的端部与上连接块相连,所述导套的端部与主架相连,导柱的横截面呈矩形。
优选地,所述上连接块的底部设有空腔,所述的主弹簧嵌入在上连接块底部的空腔内。
优选地,所述导向装置的数量为四个。
优选地,所述的主轨道上设有与切割轮相配的缺口,所述的缺口呈倾斜状。
优选地,还包括垂直传动部分,所述的垂直传动部分与上连接块的端部相连。
优选地,所述的第一压辊装置包括第一压辊,所述第一压辊的表面设有花纹。
优选地,所述导向滑轨的材质为硬质铝合金。
有益效果:
在使用时,通过齿条与传动齿轮相啮合传动的方式,以驱动切割轮的旋转,从而减少电机的使用,并快速的将待加工工件进行切割。
与传统的电机传动的方式相比,本装置中,采用丝杆带动丝杆套水平运动,从而带动主架水平运动的方式同时完成对切割轮水平方向的驱动和旋转方向的驱动,从而对待加工工件进行有效切割。
在运动时,首先对导向滑轨的两端进行限位,让导向滑轨只能上下运动而不能在水平方向运动,再将切割轮慢慢的移动至待加工工件的的上表面上,打开丝杆电机,通过丝杆传动的方式,以完成切割轮的水平运动与旋转运动。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1-3所示,一种一体化聚氨酯保温板压纹与切割设备,包括主轨道1,所述的主轨道1上依次设有第一压辊装置2、连续切割装置4和第二压辊装置3;主轨道1上设有与切割轮46相配的缺口,所述的缺口呈倾斜状。第一压辊装置3包括第一压辊,所述第一压辊的表面设有花纹。
所述的连续切割装置4包括主架,主架的上端通过主弹簧44与上连接块相连,上连接块的底部设有空腔,所述的主弹簧44嵌入在上连接块底部的空腔内。
所述上连接块的顶部与丝杆套43相连,丝杆套43中穿插有丝杆42,所述丝杆42的端部与丝杆电机41相连,上连接块的外壁通过导向装置45与主架相连;导向装置45设有四个,每个导向装置45均包括导套和导柱,所述导柱的端部与上连接块相连,所述导套的端部与主架相连,导柱的横截面呈矩形。
主架的底部连有切割轮46,所述的切割轮46通过转轴与传动齿轮5相连,传动齿轮5的上方设有与传动齿轮5相配的齿条49,传动齿轮5的端部连有滑块,所述的滑块位于导向滑轨47内,所述导向滑轨47的材质为硬质铝合金。
导向滑轨47的上端面设有水平滑轨48,导向滑轨47与齿条49相连,主架的外壁上通过向外伸出的直角支架与水平滑轨48相连,直角支架的端部嵌入在水平滑轨48的内部,且与水平滑轨48相配。
还包括垂直传动部分(图中未显示),所述的垂直传动部分(图中未显示)与上连接块的端部相连。
在运动时,首先对导向滑轨47的两端进行限位,让导向滑轨47只能上下运动而不能在水平方向运动,再将切割轮46慢慢的移动至待加工工件的的上表面上,打开丝杆电机41,通过丝杆传动的方式,以完成切割轮46的水平运动与旋转运动。

1.一种一体化聚氨酯保温板压纹与切割设备,其特征在于,包括主轨道,所述的主轨道上依次设有第一压辊装置、连续切割装置和第二压辊装置;所述的连续切割装置包括主架,主架的上端通过主弹簧与上连接块相连,所述上连接块的顶部与丝杆套相连,丝杆套中穿插有丝杆,所述丝杆的端部与丝杆电机相连,上连接块的外壁通过导向装置与主架相连;主架的底部连有切割轮,所述的切割轮通过转轴与传动齿轮相连,传动齿轮的上方设有与传动齿轮相配的齿条,传动齿轮的端部连有滑块,所述的滑块位于导向滑轨内,所述导向滑轨的上端面设有水平滑轨,导向滑轨与齿条相连,主架的外壁上通过向外伸出的直角支架与水平滑轨相连,直角支架的端部嵌入在水平滑轨的内部,且与水平滑轨相配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化聚氨酯保温板压纹与切割设备,其特征在于,所述的导向装置包括导套和导柱,所述导柱的端部与上连接块相连,所述导套的端部与主架相连,导柱的横截面呈矩形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化聚氨酯保温板压纹与切割设备,其特征在于,所述上连接块的底部设有空腔,所述的主弹簧嵌入在上连接块底部的空腔内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化聚氨酯保温板压纹与切割设备,其特征在于,所述导向装置的数量为四个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化聚氨酯保温板压纹与切割设备,其特征在于,所述的主轨道上设有与切割轮相配的缺口,所述的缺口呈倾斜状。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化聚氨酯保温板压纹与切割设备,其特征在于,还包括垂直传动部分,所述的垂直传动部分与上连接块的端部相连。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化聚氨酯保温板压纹与切割设备,其特征在于,所述的第一压辊装置包括第一压辊,所述第一压辊的表面设有花纹。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化聚氨酯保温板压纹与切割设备,其特征在于,所述导向滑轨的材质为硬质铝合金。
