技术领域
本发明属于日用品技术领域,具体地,涉及一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾及其制备方法。
背景技术
湿巾是选用湿强柔纤高渗透性基材,经折叠、加湿、包装制成一次性清洁卫生用品,具有清洁、保湿皮肤的基本功能以及便于携带等特点,成为人们日常生活中必不可少的清洁用品。湿纸巾一般是由基材和药液两部分组成,其中基材湿强纸或水刺无纺布,药液基础配方包含水、保湿剂、防腐剂以及非离子表面活性剂。制备方法为将基材放入药液中浸泡,然后取出基材密封包装即得所述的湿纸巾。在湿巾的生产过程中,空气中的细菌和霉菌类容易混入污染,造成湿巾污染。目前,湿巾中通常使用甲基异噻唑啉酮,甲基氯异噻唑啉酮,卞索氯胺及氯化十六烷基吡啶等化学杀菌剂,此类化学杀菌剂中等毒性,有刺激性,存在使用安全隐患。为了避免使用具有毒性的防腐剂,达到抑制细菌和真菌类繁殖的目的,现有技术通常向湿巾中加入高浓度的乙醇,可是乙醇浓度超过50%,皮肤脆弱的人在使用含有该浓度醇的湿巾时,会出现皮肤表层皮脂溶解过多的现象,造成皮肤干燥,甚至导致过敏反应。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾及其制备方法,湿巾包括湿巾基材和浸润液,湿巾基材为改性聚丙烯纤维、竹浆纤维和棉纤维混制成的无纺布,该无纺布含有较多量的竹浆纤维和棉纤维,具有棉质特性,具有舒服、柔软的手感,聚丙烯纤维经过改性后本身具备良好的抗菌性能,并且能够与浸润液中的有效成分作用;浸润液包含有抗菌剂和铜离子有效成分,通过浸润液浸润后,铜离子能够与湿巾基材上的聚丙烯纤维络合,抗菌剂能够与湿巾基材上的棉纤维化学键合,使浸润液中的抗菌活性成分接枝于湿巾基材表面,使湿巾基材具备持久、优异的抗菌性能;用户在使用湿巾擦拭皮肤或者物体后,可进行水洗,继续、重复使用多次,沾上自来水使用的湿巾仍然具有良好的抗菌能力,使得到的湿巾符合环保要求;此外,最后采用的是丙二醇水溶液对湿巾润湿,对皮肤无任何刺激作用,给湿巾带来良好的触感。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾,包括湿巾基材和浸润液,所述湿巾基材由改性聚丙烯纤维、竹浆纤维和棉纤维制成;
将改性聚丙烯纤维、竹浆纤维和棉纤维按照质量比1:1:2混合后在清梳联合设备上开松、除杂、成网后在非织造布针刺小样机上,制成面密度为0.1kg/m2的非织造布,得到湿巾基材;
所述浸润液由如下重量份原料制成:五水硫酸铜10-13份、抗菌剂4-5份、纯净水100-120份;
将五水硫酸铜和抗菌剂加入至纯净水后,搅拌溶解完全,得到浸润液;
所述无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾由如下方法制备:
将湿巾基材完全浸没在浸润液中,于60-65℃下浸泡80-90min,再转至焙烘机,75-80℃下预烘4-5min,再升温至120-130℃烘焙3-4min,再用去离子水反复洗涤5-6次,去除未负载的铜离子、抗菌剂等物质,真空干燥,最后置于质量浓度为5%的丙二醇水溶液中浸泡15-20min,取出,得到湿巾。
进一步地,所述改性聚丙烯纤维由如下方法制备:
S1、将去离子水、乳化剂、引发剂和丙烯单体加入至反应釜中,通入氮气,在氮气保护、搅拌的条件下升高体系温度至68-70℃,并在此温度条件下进行预聚合反应40-50min;
S2、停止加热,使反应釜自然冷却到室温,再依次加入乳化剂、引发剂、3-丙烯基-5,5-二甲基-乙内酰脲和丙烯单体,再次在氮气保护、搅拌条件下升高体系温度至95-105℃,在该温度下共聚合反应4-5h;
S3、反应结束后,加入甲醇和饱和的食盐水进行破乳,再经过滤、水洗、干燥后,得到改性聚丙烯,将改性聚丙烯熔融纺织成纤维,制得改性聚丙烯纤维。
进一步地,步骤S1中每100g去离子水加入0.15-0.2g乳化剂、0.08-0.1g引发剂、10-15g丙烯单体。
进一步地,步骤S2中每100g步骤S1得到的预聚物加入0.1-0.2g乳化剂、0.1-0.15g引发剂、3-4g的3-丙烯基-5,5-二甲基-乙内酰脲、15-20g聚丙烯。
进一步地,步骤S3中甲醇和饱和食盐水的加入量分别为反应体系质量的1/8和1/10。
进一步地,所述抗菌剂由如下方法制备:
1)将四氢呋喃置于三口烧瓶中,在温度为60℃、氮气氛围下,向烧瓶内加入二甲基胺和2-氯丁二酸,搅拌反应5-6h后,室温冷却,经离心、乙醇提纯后,得到甜菜碱衍生物;
其中,二甲基胺和2-氯丁二酸的物质的量之比为1:1.2;二甲基胺和2-氯丁二酸通过季铵化反应,生成甜菜碱衍生物,该衍生物中含有裸露的羧基;
2)将甜菜碱衍生物与丙烯酰胺按照一定比例投入带有机械搅拌和冷凝回流的四口烧瓶,在氮气氛围,70℃恒温条件下,加入引发剂APS,反应4-5h,室温冷却,经丙酮、乙醇反复提纯,真空干燥,得抗菌剂;
其中,甜菜碱衍生物、丙烯酰胺的物质的量比2:1,引发剂质量分数2%,反应时间4h。
一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
将湿巾基材完全浸没在浸润液中,于60-65℃下浸泡80-90min,再转至焙烘机,75-80℃下预烘4-5min,再升温至120-130℃烘焙3-4min,再用去离子水反复洗涤5-6次,去除未负载的铜离子、抗菌剂等物质,真空干燥,最后置于质量浓度为5%的丙二醇水溶液中浸泡15-20min,取出,得到湿巾。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的湿巾包括湿巾基材和浸润液,湿巾基材为改性聚丙烯纤维、竹浆纤维和棉纤维混制成的无纺布,该无纺布含有较多量的竹浆纤维和棉纤维,具有棉质特性,具有舒服、柔软的手感;此外,采用改性聚丙烯作为原料之一,将3-丙烯基-5,5-二甲基-乙内酰脲作为PP改性剂,3-丙烯基-5,5-二甲基-乙内酰脲为一种抗菌单体,其上含有的烯丙基基团可以参与聚丙烯的共聚反应过程,使该物质作为改性剂嵌段入聚丙烯分子链,使得聚丙烯分子具有抗菌功能,并且该抗菌单体是通过键合作用与聚丙烯分子链结合的,具有极高的耐迁移性和耐溶剂性,能够使聚丙烯具备持久的抗菌性能;在聚丙烯分子的侧链上引入酰脲物质,分子侧链上的酰脲物质含有-NH-基团,该伯胺基团与酮基直接相连,具有较高的反应活性,能够与浸润液中的铜离子起到化学络合作用,使得抗菌有效成分化学固载于湿巾基材上,实现湿巾基材持久的抗菌性;
本发明的浸润液采用抗菌剂和铜离子作为抗菌活性成分,抗菌剂为甜菜碱衍生物与丙烯酰胺聚合而成,甜菜碱衍生物是一种两性离子化合物,具有较强的热稳定性、化学稳定性、生物相容性,无细胞毒性,大分子组成中的阴离子和阳离子基团能够抵抗细菌黏附,防止生物菌膜的形成,抑制细菌繁殖,是一种良好的天然无毒抗菌剂;其上含有甜菜碱衍生物的裸露羧基基团,羧基能够与棉纤维上的-OH反应,使抗菌剂分子通过化学键合作用接枝于棉纤维上;通过浸润液浸润后,铜离子能够与湿巾基材上的聚丙烯纤维络合,抗菌剂能够与湿巾基材上的棉纤维化学键合,使浸润液中的抗菌活性成分接枝于湿巾基材表面,使湿巾基材具备持久、优异的抗菌性能;用户在使用湿巾擦拭皮肤或者物体后,可进行水洗,继续、重复使用多次,沾上自来水使用的湿巾仍然具有良好的抗菌能力,使得到的湿巾符合环保要求;

一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾,包括湿巾基材和浸润液;
其中,湿巾基材由改性聚丙烯纤维、竹浆纤维和棉纤维制成,将改性聚丙烯纤维、竹浆纤维和棉纤维按照质量比1:1:2混合后在清梳联合设备上开松、除杂、成网后在非织造布针刺小样机上,制成面密度为0.1kg/m2的非织造布,得到湿巾基材;
其中,改性聚丙烯纤维由如下方法制备:
S1、将去离子水、乳化剂、引发剂和丙烯单体加入至反应釜中,通入氮气,在氮气保护、搅拌的条件下升高体系温度至68-70℃,并在此温度条件下进行预聚合反应40-50min;
每100g去离子水加入0.15-0.2g乳化剂、0.08-0.1g引发剂、10-15g丙烯单体;
S2、停止加热,使反应釜自然冷却到室温,再依次加入乳化剂、引发剂、3-丙烯基-5,5-二甲基-乙内酰脲和丙烯单体,再次在氮气保护、搅拌条件下升高体系温度至95-105℃,在该温度下共聚合反应4-5h;
每100g步骤S1得到的预聚物加入0.1-0.2g乳化剂、0.1-0.15g引发剂、3-4g的3-丙烯基-5,5-二甲基-乙内酰脲、15-20g聚丙烯;
S3、反应结束后,加入甲醇和饱和的食盐水进行破乳,再经过滤、水洗、干燥后,得到改性聚丙烯,将改性聚丙烯熔融纺织成纤维,制得改性聚丙烯纤维;
甲醇和饱和食盐水的加入量分别为反应体系质量的1/8和1/10;
3-丙烯基-5,5-二甲基-乙内酰脲为一种抗菌单体,其上含有的烯丙基基团可以参与聚丙烯的共聚反应过程,使该物质作为改性剂嵌段入聚丙烯分子链,使得聚丙烯分子具有抗菌功能,并且该抗菌单体是通过键合作用与聚丙烯分子链结合的,具有极高的耐迁移性和耐溶剂性,能够使聚丙烯具备持久的抗菌性能;在聚丙烯分子的侧链上引入酰脲物质,分子侧链上的酰脲物质含有-NH-基团,该伯胺基团与酮基直接相连,具有较高的反应活性,能够与浸润液中的铜离子起到化学络合作用,使得抗菌有效成分化学固载于湿巾基材上,实现湿巾基材持久的抗菌性;
浸润液由如下重量份原料制成:五水硫酸铜10-13份、抗菌剂4-5份、纯净水100-120份;
将五水硫酸铜和抗菌剂加入至纯净水后,搅拌溶解完全,得到浸润液;
抗菌剂由如下方法制备:

其中,甜菜碱衍生物、丙烯酰胺的物质的量比2:1,引发剂质量分数2%,反应时间4h;

实施例1

实施例2
一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾,包括湿巾基材和浸润液,所述湿巾基材由改性聚丙烯纤维、竹浆纤维和棉纤维制成;
将改性聚丙烯纤维、竹浆纤维和棉纤维按照质量比1:1:2混合后在清梳联合设备上开松、除杂、成网后在非织造布针刺小样机上,制成面密度为0.1kg/m2的非织造布,得到湿巾基材;
所述浸润液由如下重量份原料制成:五水硫酸铜11.5份、抗菌剂4.5份、纯净水110份;
将五水硫酸铜和抗菌剂加入至纯净水后,搅拌溶解完全,得到浸润液;
所述无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾由如下方法制备:
将湿巾基材完全浸没在浸润液中,于63℃下浸泡85min,再转至焙烘机,78℃下预烘4.5min,再升温至125℃烘焙3.5min,再用去离子水反复洗涤6次,真空干燥,最后置于质量浓度为5%的丙二醇水溶液中浸泡18min,取出,得到湿巾。
实施例3
一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾,包括湿巾基材和浸润液,所述湿巾基材由改性聚丙烯纤维、竹浆纤维和棉纤维制成;
将改性聚丙烯纤维、竹浆纤维和棉纤维按照质量比1:1:2混合后在清梳联合设备上开松、除杂、成网后在非织造布针刺小样机上,制成面密度为0.1kg/m2的非织造布,得到湿巾基材;
所述浸润液由如下重量份原料制成:五水硫酸铜13份、抗菌剂5份、纯净水120份;
将五水硫酸铜和抗菌剂加入至纯净水后,搅拌溶解完全,得到浸润液;
所述无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾由如下方法制备:
将湿巾基材完全浸没在浸润液中,于65℃下浸泡90min,再转至焙烘机,80℃下预烘5min,再升温至130℃烘焙4min,再用去离子水反复洗涤6次,真空干燥,最后置于质量浓度为5%的丙二醇水溶液中浸泡20min,取出,得到湿巾。
对比例1
将实施例1中的改性聚丙烯纤维换成普通聚丙烯纤维,其余原料及制备过程不变。
对比例2
将实施例1中的抗菌剂换成普通的甜菜碱,其余原料及制备过程不变。
对实施例1-3和对比例1-2制得的湿巾进行如下性能测试:通过载体定量杀灭试验和现场消毒试验对湿巾的杀菌效果进行实验室评价,分别测试作用时间为5min、10min时对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌率;将湿巾作用于豚鼠皮肤,测试刺激性;将湿巾用自来水洗涤3次后,测试对三种菌种的抑菌率;测试结果如下表所示:
由上表可知,实施例1-3制得的湿巾在作用5min时,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭率分别为98.5-98.6%、98.4-98.5%、97.9-98.0%,作用10min时,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭率分别为100%、100%、99.4-99.5%,说明本发明制得的湿巾具有优异的杀菌性能,并且对皮肤无任何刺激性;水洗3次后,本发明对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均保持在98%,对白色念珠菌也有97.5%,说明本发明制得的湿巾具有持久的抗菌性能,并且能够反复洗涤使用,符合环保要求;相较于对比例1,说明采用改性聚丙烯纤维作为湿巾基材的主要原料之一,不仅能够使湿巾本身具备良好的杀菌性能,而且能够提高与浸润液中铜离子的络合,进而提高湿巾的抗菌性能和抗菌持久性;相较于对比例2,说明本发明制得的抗菌剂是一种甜菜碱型聚合物,相较于普通甜菜碱,其上含有裸露的-COOH基团,能够与湿巾基材棉纤维上的-OH发生键合作用,使抗菌剂接枝于湿巾基材,进而提高湿巾的抗菌性能和抗菌持久性。

1.一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾,包括湿巾基材和浸润液,其特征在于,所述湿巾基材由改性聚丙烯纤维、竹浆纤维和棉纤维制成;
将改性聚丙烯纤维、竹浆纤维和棉纤维按照质量比1:1:2混合后在清梳联合设备上开松、除杂、成网后在非织造布针刺小样机上,制成面密度为0.1kg/m2的非织造布,得到湿巾基材;
所述浸润液由如下重量份原料制成:五水硫酸铜10-13份、抗菌剂4-5份、纯净水100-120份;
将五水硫酸铜和抗菌剂加入至纯净水后,搅拌溶解完全,得到浸润液;
所述无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾由如下方法制备:
将湿巾基材完全浸没在浸润液中,于60-65℃下浸泡80-90min,再转至焙烘机,75-80℃下预烘4-5min,再升温至120-130℃烘焙3-4min,再用去离子水反复洗涤5-6次,真空干燥,最后置于质量浓度为5%的丙二醇水溶液中浸泡15-20min,取出,得到湿巾。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾,其特征在于,所述改性聚丙烯纤维由如下方法制备:
S1、将去离子水、乳化剂、引发剂和丙烯单体加入至反应釜中,通入氮气,在氮气保护、搅拌的条件下升高体系温度至68-70℃,并在此温度条件下进行预聚合反应40-50min;
S2、停止加热,使反应釜自然冷却到室温,再依次加入乳化剂、引发剂、3-丙烯基-5,5-二甲基-乙内酰脲和丙烯单体,再次在氮气保护、搅拌条件下升高体系温度至95-105℃,在该温度下共聚合反应4-5h;
S3、反应结束后,加入甲醇和饱和的食盐水进行破乳,再经过滤、水洗、干燥后,得到改性聚丙烯,将改性聚丙烯熔融纺织成纤维,制得改性聚丙烯纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾,其特征在于,步骤S1中每100g去离子水加入0.15-0.2g乳化剂、0.08-0.1g引发剂、10-15g丙烯单体。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾,其特征在于,步骤S2中每100g步骤S1得到的预聚物加入0.1-0.2g乳化剂、0.1-0.15g引发剂、3-4g的3-丙烯基-5,5-二甲基-乙内酰脲、15-20g聚丙烯。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾,其特征在于,步骤S3中甲醇和饱和食盐水的加入量分别为反应体系质量的1/8和1/10。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂由如下方法制备:

2)将甜菜碱衍生物与丙烯酰胺按照一定比例投入带有机械搅拌和冷凝回流的四口烧瓶,在氮气氛围,70℃恒温条件下,加入引发剂APS,反应4-5h,室温冷却,经丙酮、乙醇反复提纯,真空干燥,得抗菌剂;
其中,甜菜碱衍生物、丙烯酰胺的物质的量比2:1,引发剂质量分数2%,反应时间4h。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种无刺激抗菌消毒湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
将湿巾基材完全浸没在浸润液中,于60-65℃下浸泡80-90min,再转至焙烘机,75-80℃下预烘4-5min,再升温至120-130℃烘焙3-4min,再用去离子水反复洗涤5-6次,真空干燥,最后置于质量浓度为5%的丙二醇水溶液中浸泡15-20min,取出,得到湿巾。
