Abstract

本发明提供一种槽轮式间歇上下料自动涂胶装置,它包括槽轮式转盘(1)、单轨滚动上下料道(3、18)、上下料道支架(4、17)、滴胶器(9)、圆弧形涂胶板(10)、转盘支架(11)、集胶器(12)、上下位调距机构;槽轮式转盘(1)圆周上开有若干均布的型槽,单轨滚动上下料道(3、18)有一定倾角,圆弧形涂胶板的内表面与槽轮式转盘外圆周面间距可通过上下位调距机构调节。滑入型槽的引纱皮辊逐个沿圆弧形涂胶板内表面以自回转方式多次滚压,涂胶均匀一致,涂胶后的引纱皮辊按顺序相隔一定距离间歇排出,不会相互干涉。本发明以机器代替人工涂胶,涂胶质量可控,操作简单,效率高,在纺丝机引纱皮辊修复技术领域有很好的应用前景。

Description

槽轮式间歇上下料自动涂胶装置
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织机械设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种纺丝机引纱皮辊修复时能够间歇性上下料并同时完成多个引纱皮辊表面自动涂胶的装置。
背景技术
在纺织技术领域,纺丝机上的引纱皮辊承担着对纱线的拉伸和输送任务,决定着纱线的品质与纺纱的效率。由于纱线对引纱皮辊表面长时间的持续压迫、刮拉,引纱皮辊表面就会出现凹陷的沟纹。为了不影响所纺线纱的质量,只能停机将引纱皮辊从纺丝机上拆下来,由经验丰富的技术员来修复,做法如下:先将一组引纱皮辊以相等的间隔放置在专门模具的凹槽里,用棉布蘸取液态胶浆,然后在引纱皮辊表面多次来回涂抹以覆盖沟纹,拿走涂抹过的引纱皮辊等待自然凉干;这一组引纱皮辊涂胶完成后,再重复上述动作,开始下一组引纱皮辊的涂胶。显然,这种涂胶方法的劳动强度高、生产效率低,而且涂抹的力度、胶浆的用量每次都不同,用力过大或过小、胶浆过多或过少,都会影响引纱皮辊表面的修复质量,有时候需要返工弥补,直接影响引纱皮辊的修复成本。现阶段,纺织企业渴望能够买到一种纺丝机引纱皮辊修复时能够间歇性上下料、自动涂胶、凉干过程不出现干涉的引纱皮辊表面修复装置,以便延长引纱皮辊的服役寿命,稳定纱线的品质,降低纺丝机引纱皮辊的修复成本。
发明内容
本发明之目的在于解决现阶段纺织企业的纺丝机引纱皮辊在出现表面损伤后,靠人工上下料、借助人力多次来回涂胶修复存在的劳动强度大、容易疲劳、工作效率低、涂胶质量难以控制等问题,提供一种结构简单、能够自动上下料、自动涂胶、质量可控、等间隔下料凉干、可以不间断地对多个引纱皮辊表面进行修复的自动涂胶装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种槽轮式间歇上下料自动涂胶装置,包括槽轮式转盘、单轨滚动上料道、上料道支架、滴胶器、圆弧形涂胶板、转盘支架、集胶器、单轨滚动下料道、下料道支架、上位调距机构、下位调距机构。其特征在于,所述上位调距机构包含:上封板、上弹簧、上位微调螺母、上位调整螺栓,所述下位调距机构包含:下封板、下弹簧、下位微调螺母、下位调整螺栓。所述槽轮式转盘的圆周上沿轴向开有若干均匀分布的、可容纳引纱皮辊轴的型槽,所述单轨滚动上、下料道有一定的倾角,所述圆弧形涂胶板的圆心与所述槽轮式转盘的几何中心重合。
所述单轨滚动上料道、单轨滚动下料道分别安装在所述上料道支架、下料道支架上,所述圆弧形涂胶板通过所述上位调距机构、下位调距机构分别与所述单轨滚动上料道、单轨滚动下料道联接,所述槽轮式转盘安装在所述转盘支架上。
所述滴胶器、集胶器分别安装在上述圆弧形涂胶板的上下两端,所述圆弧形涂胶板的内表面与所述槽轮式转盘的外圆周面之间的距离可以通过所述上位调距机构、下位调距机构进行调节。
所述圆弧形涂胶板为设置在上述槽轮式转盘前后两侧的一体结构。
与国内外现有技术相比,本发明具有六个优点:
(1)结构简单,容易制造,工作可靠,维护保养和操作省事。
(2)设在圆弧形涂胶板上端的滴胶器可以让胶浆自动滴入弧面涂胶板,胶浆的用量由滴胶器进行调节,调整方便。弧面涂胶板内表面上多余的胶浆由集胶器收集再回收利用,避免了人工涂胶时不可避免的胶浆洒落工作台、地面造成的胶浆浪费,从而节省了胶浆的购置成本。
(3)通过上、下位调距机构使圆弧形涂胶板升降,可以改变胶层的厚度,涂胶时对引纱皮辊表面的压力及涂胶量易于调整,引纱皮辊表面能够获得不同的修复效果,涂胶的质量容易控制。解决了人工涂胶时由于涂抹力度、用胶量不可控,导致引纱皮辊表面的修复质量参差不齐甚至需要返工造成引纱皮辊的修复成本增加等问题。即使引纱皮辊的橡胶圆柱面的直径变了也能使用,只要升降圆弧形涂胶板即可,扩大了本发明的适用范围。
(4)引纱皮辊是逐个滑入转盘上的型槽,依次隔开着滚动涂胶,完成涂胶后的引纱皮辊又是相隔一定距离逐个滑入下料道,所以涂胶过程中及涂胶后的引纱皮辊不会相互干涉,不会造成引纱皮辊表面的二次划伤。
(5)引纱皮辊是一个隔一个、不断的滑入转盘上的型槽进行滚动涂胶,涂胶前不需要专门模具等间隔放置好引纱皮辊,涂胶后的引纱皮辊又是相隔一定距离逐个滑入下料道供后续凉干,无需人工拿走以开始下一组引纱皮辊的涂胶,因而本发明的劳动强度低,工作效率明显高于人工涂胶法。
(6)引纱皮辊沿着圆弧形涂胶板的内表面以自动回转方式滚动、多次滚压涂胶,引纱皮辊整个橡胶圆柱面上涂胶均匀一致,涂胶质量高,同时也可节省胶浆的用量。
本发明作为机器代替人工涂胶的一种应用,简单易操作,自动化程度高,在纺丝机引纱皮辊修复技术领域具有很好的普及推广应用价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
图1和图2是本发明公开的一个实施例。本发明的槽轮式间歇上下料自动涂胶装置由槽轮式转盘1、单轨滚动上料道3、上料道支架4、滴胶器9、圆弧形涂胶板10、转盘支架11、集胶器12、单轨滚动下料道18、下料道支架17、上位调距机构、下位调距机构等装配而成,其中上位调距机构包含:上封板5、上弹簧6、上位微调螺母7、上位调整螺栓8,下位调距机构包含:下封板16、下弹簧15、下位微调螺母13、下位调整螺栓14。
槽轮式转盘1的圆周上沿轴向开有若干均匀分布的、可容纳引纱皮辊轴的型槽,该型槽的形状、尺寸符合引纱皮辊的排列与定位要求。单轨滚动上料道3、单轨滚动下料道18有一定的倾角,圆弧形涂胶板10为设置在槽轮式转盘1前后两侧的一体结构,其圆心与槽轮式转盘1的几何中心重合。
单轨滚动上料道3、单轨滚动下料道18分别安装在上料道支架4、下料道支架17上,圆弧形涂胶板10通过上位调距机构、下位调距机构分别与单轨滚动上料道3、单轨滚动下料道18相联接,槽轮式转盘1安装在转盘支架11上。上料道支架4、转盘支架11、下料道支架17分别用地脚螺栓固定在地基上。
滴胶器9、集胶器12分别安装在圆弧形涂胶板10的上下两端,滴胶器9的输出口大小可以根据实际耗胶量来调整。圆弧形涂胶板10的内表面与槽轮式转盘1的外圆周面之间的距离可以通过上位调距机构、下位调距机构进行调节,因而即使引纱皮辊橡胶圆柱面的直径变了也能使用。
上位调距机构、下位调距机构的结构基本相同,在圆弧形涂胶板10的内表面包覆有硬质橡胶,以进一步改善涂胶质量。为防止胶浆外溢,圆弧形涂胶板10的两侧面均装有挡胶板(图未示)。
所述单轨滚动上料道3、单轨滚动下料道18有一定的倾角,以使引纱皮辊能够在重力作用下自动滑入或离开槽轮式转盘1上的型槽。
当槽轮式转盘1在电动机的驱动下按图1中所示逆时针方向转动时,引纱皮辊2就会从单轨滚动上料道3逐个滑入槽轮式转盘1上相互保持一定间隔的型槽内,进入型槽的引纱皮辊在槽轮式转盘1带动下在圆弧形涂胶板10的内表面上以自动回转方式滚动、多次滚压,圆弧形涂胶板10内表面上的胶浆便均匀地涂覆在引纱皮辊的橡胶圆柱面上。完成涂胶后的引纱皮辊转到单轨滚动下料道18的顶端处就会依次逐个自动滑入下料道,按顺序相隔一定距离间歇排出,供后续凉干。涂胶过程中及涂胶后的引纱皮辊是互相隔开的,不会出现相互干涉现象,也就避免了引纱皮辊表面的划伤,确保了涂胶质量。
用胶量的大小靠调整上、下位调距机构和滴胶器9来实现。上、下位调距机构使得圆弧形涂胶板10越接近槽轮式转盘1的几何中心、滴胶器9的输出口越窄,圆弧形涂胶板10对引纱皮辊的压力越大,用胶量就越小;反之,用胶量就越大。
引纱皮辊2径向流入,经槽轮式转盘1隔离后被径向排出,槽轮式转盘1可以连续转动也可以间歇转动。为适应不同规格引纱皮辊和胶浆品质的需要,槽轮式转盘1宜采用双速电机与变速机构相结合的传动方案,以获得多种涂胶速度来提高生产效率。
本发明适用于纺丝机引纱皮辊的表面涂胶修复,同样可以作为“长径比”较大、涂胶过程中及涂胶后不容许发生干涉的圆柱形工件的表面涂胶装置。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出其他修改或者等同替换,这些修改或者等同替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种槽轮式间歇上下料自动涂胶装置,其特征是:该装置包括槽轮式转盘(1)、单轨滚动上料道(3)、上料道支架(4)、滴胶器(9)、圆弧形涂胶板(10)、转盘支架(11)、集胶器(12)、单轨滚动下料道(18)、下料道支架(17)、上位调距机构、下位调距机构;
所述上位调距机构包括上封板(5)、上弹簧(6)、上位微调螺母(7)、上位调整螺栓(8),所述下位调距机构包括下封板(16)、下弹簧(15)、下位微调螺母(13)、下位调整螺栓(14);
所述槽轮式转盘(1)的圆周上沿轴向开有若干均匀分布的型槽,所述单轨滚动上料道(3)、单轨滚动下料道(18)有一定的倾角,所述圆弧形涂胶板(10)为设置在所述槽轮式转盘(1)前后两侧的一体结构,该圆弧形涂胶板(10)的圆心与槽轮式转盘(1)的几何中心重合;
所述单轨滚动上料道(3)、单轨滚动下料道(18)分别安装在所述上料道支架(4)、下料道支架(17)上,所述圆弧形涂胶板(10)通过所述上位调距机构、下位调距机构分别与单轨滚动上料道(3)、单轨滚动下料道(18)相联接;
所述滴胶器(9)、集胶器(12)分别安装在所述圆弧形涂胶板(10)的上下两端,圆弧形涂胶板(10)的内表面与所述槽轮式转盘(1)的外圆周面之间的距离可以通过所述上位调距机构、下位调距机构进行调节。
