针织即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物。针织面料与梭织面料的不同之处在于纱线在织物中的形态不同。目前,针织面料广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中,受到广大消费者的喜爱。但是针织面料存在一个很常见的问题,针织物品种繁多,例如各类针织布、针织衫、羊毛衫等,这些针织物在实际的穿着和洗涤过程中,由于不断受到或大或小的摩擦,使得针织物表面的纤维露出织物的表面,在织物表面出现毛茸,而这些毛茸久而久之会互相纠缠在一起形成许多球形小粒,俗称起球,这些突出在织物外表面的毛球,对针织物的美观和卫生都有严重的影响。
目前,针对面料起球问题,现有技术中已经存在一些抗起球面料,但是该面层在正常使用中,容易变形和破损,抗起球时效短。

步骤三:编织面层结构,使用混纺纱线作为横向针织线(11)和纵向针织线(12),横向针织线(11)与纵向针织线(12)垂直针织基布层(1),以两条横向针织线(11)和两条纵向针织线(12)为一组,交叉重叠编织成人字斜织纹结构,并在编织时使用抗起球腈纶纤维环绕和绑定横向针织线(11)与纵向针织线(12),将两条抗起球腈纶纤维分别从横向针织线(11)顶部和底部的一端绕扎束缚两条纵向针织线(12),之后环绕在一条横向针织线(11),且纵向针织线(12)和抗起球腈纶纤维均匀分布在横向针织线(11)上,制成基布层(1)、第一增强层(2)和第二增强层(3)的连接结构的基层面料;
步骤四:表面处理,将基层面料平铺展开,调整面料针织缝隙均匀度,使用温水清洗面料后晾至半干状态,随后使用微火快速以匀速对面料表面进行烘烤,处理完后晾至全干,整平卷绕;
步骤五:抗毛涂料制备,按比例取聚氨酯防水涂料、耐磨剂、流动剂、抗静电剂、抗紫外线剂、阳离子表面活性剂和胶黏剂,溶解在水中并加热搅拌,复合制成PU抗毛涂料;
步骤六:使用喷头将抗毛涂料均匀喷涂在基布层(1)和第一增强层(2)上表面,凝固后形成抗毛涂膜(4),对面料裁切并进行收卷,完成抗起球针织面料的制备。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗起球针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述柔顺剂设置为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,所述阳离子表面活性剂设置为烷基三甲基季铵。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗起球针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述耐磨剂设置为A-186耐磨剂,所述流动剂设置为聚酯流动剂,所述抗静电剂设置为烷基磺酸钠,所述抗紫外线剂设置为氧化锌纳米颗粒,所述胶黏剂设置为环氧树脂软胶。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗起球针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中水洗温水温度设置为40℃。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗起球针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤五中水与复合物的配比设置为1:2,所述加热温度设置为75-85℃,加热时间为30min。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗起球针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗毛涂膜(4)的厚度设置为150-250um。
