Abstract
一种能减轻水击危害的升降式单流阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀盖、衬套、阀芯、压缩弹簧和所用的密封件、联接件。其特色之处是:在升降式单流阀阀芯的密封端内,设有一个用小钢球密封的小单流阀。小单流阀,以升降式单流阀阀芯的密封端为阀体,添加外六角空心堵头和小钢球组合而成。在小单流阀的进口处,还装有一个内六角空心堵头和过滤网。在产生水击现象时,通过小单流阀泄压,从而减轻水击的现象和危害;相对于其它防止和减轻水击现象的措施,具有不增加原有设备或管路的体积,且耗费最低的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业机械,流体设备或管道中的单流阀。
背景技术
在石油化工、蒸汽发电、供水排水等流体设备中,不可避免地存在着流速变化和压力波动现象;特别是安装了单流阀的流体设备或管道中,因单流阀的突然关闭引起的水击现象,更是不可避免。水击产生的超常压强对设备或管道的影响非常大,轻则引起剧烈的振动、变形,重则引起零件的破损和事故。虽然人们可以在设备或管道中,采取加装安全阀、排气阀、疏水阀或蓄能器,缩短或加粗管路,缓慢开关阀门等措施,来减轻水击的现象和危害;但实施以上措施会受到许多客观因素的限制,并会明显增加设备或管路的制造成本。所以,在单流阀的本身采取技术措施,是降低成本、减轻危害最直接有效的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提一种结构简单、经济实用,能减轻水击危害的升降式单流阀。
本发明包括阀体、阀座、阀盖、衬套、阀芯、压缩弹簧和所用的密封件、联接件,其特别之处是:在升降式单流阀阀芯的密封端内,设有一个用小钢球密封的小单流阀。
用小钢球密封的小单流阀,以升降式单流阀阀芯的密封端为阀体,添加外六角空心堵头和小钢球组合而成。
在小单流阀的进口处,还装有一个内六角空心堵头和过滤网。
由于本发明在升降式单流阀阀芯的密封端内,设有一个用小钢球密封的小单流阀;当升降式单流阀在流体压力突然变化关闭时,原来管路中流动的液体,在惯性的作用下,能量向升降式单流阀处集中,产生水击现象,数倍于正常工作压力的流体压强,如果不能推开升降式单流阀的阀芯泄压,则可推开阀芯中的小钢球,通过小单流阀泄压,从而减轻水击的现象和危害,避免其单流阀和其所在的设备或管道损坏。当水击的现象消失后,升降式单流阀仍保持原有的工作状态。
如果设备或管道中的液体含有不均匀或较大颗粒的杂质,则在小单流阀的进口处加装过滤网,以防止小单流阀堵塞。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明由石油、天然气钻采设备中常用的耐高压升降式单流阀,和附加在升降式单流阀阀芯8的密封端内、一个用小钢球12密封的小单流阀所组成;正常情况下,在小单流阀的进口处,还装有一个内六角空心堵头13和过滤网14。
本发明的升降式单流阀,包括专用零件:阀体1、阀座2、阀盖6、衬套7、阀芯8和压缩弹簧9,密封件:密封垫环5和O型密封圈11,联接件:双头螺柱3和螺母4。阀体1是一个三通零件,中间是柱体,左右两端伸出的是对外联接的带颈法兰;中间柱体内由上而下依次是上圆柱孔、过渡的锥孔和下圆柱孔组成的盲孔阀腔,中间柱体的上端面加工有梯形垫环槽和均布的螺纹盲孔,用与阀盖6相联接;左右两端的带颈法兰,中心分别加工有与阀腔下圆柱孔和上圆柱孔相通的左右流道孔,法兰的两端面均加工有梯形垫环槽和均布的螺栓孔,用于对外联接。本发明的阀座2采用防腐耐磨的硬质合金材料,焊接在阀体1阀腔内过渡的锥孔上,加工后的壁厚应大于2mm,以保证其使用寿命和效果。阀盖6与现有的升降式单流阀的阀盖零件相同,是一个盲板法兰状的零件;在其上、下面的边缘是均布且贯通的是圆柱孔,以便用双头螺柱3和螺母4联接阀体1;其下面的中间是凸起的圆台,圆台的中心是用于连接衬套7、阀芯8和压缩弹簧9的阶梯状盲孔,圆台的锥面上有一个与阶梯状盲孔上端相通的排气孔;圆台的周边加工有一道梯形垫环槽,槽内装有与阀体1共用的密封垫环5。阀芯8的上端是光滑的圆柱体,插在压缩弹簧9的内圈和阀盖6下面的盲孔内进行导向;阀芯8的下端是带一级台阶的两个正反圆台结合体,本发明称其谓:密封端;台阶的作用是防止压缩弹簧9偏移,正向圆台的作用是便于加工和安装小单流阀,反向圆台的作用是用与阀座2的锥孔进行密封;在反向圆台的锥面上还加工有一道燕尾凹槽,燕尾凹槽内装有O型密封圈11,以增强阀芯8与阀座2的密封效果。
本发明的小单流阀,以升降式单流阀阀芯8的密封端为阀体,添加外六角空心堵头10和小钢球12组合而成。外六角空心堵头10,外端是扁平的六角体和退刀槽,内端是较长的螺柱体,中心是贯通的圆柱孔;在外六角空心堵头10的内端面,切有对称的泄流槽。小单流阀的进口位于阀芯8下端面的中心部位,出口位于阀芯8正向圆台的锥面上,进口孔和出口孔交汇贯通。进口孔由外向内,依次是螺纹孔、退刀槽、倒角和交汇孔;过滤网14安装在退刀槽内,用内六角空心堵头13固定;过滤网14孔隙的大小,可根据阀内的介质情况和小单流阀的孔径大小确定;在介质纯净、小单流阀孔径较大的情况下,可舍去内六角空心堵头13、过滤网14和其安装孔,以降低成本。出口孔由外向内、直径由大到小,依次是锪平孔、螺纹孔、圆柱孔、锥孔和交汇孔;小钢球12安装在圆柱孔和锥孔处,进行泄流或密封;外六角空心堵头10安装在锪平孔和螺纹孔处,以防止小钢球12滑出。
图1所示的总体结构,是本发明的较佳实施方式,但不仅限于此。本发明的小单流阀进口孔和出口孔的轴线夹角α,设定在45°~90°之间,阀芯8密封端的正向圆台形状随其夹角α产生的变化,对升降式单流阀和小单流阀的性能并无明显影响;另外,在其它任何未背离本发明的精神实质和原理的情况下,对升降式单流阀的结构和零部件形状所作的改变,均包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种能减轻水击危害的升降式单流阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀盖、衬套、阀芯、压缩弹簧和所用的密封件、联接件,其特征是:在升降式单流阀阀芯的密封端内,设有一个用小钢球密封的小单流阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能减轻水击危害的升降式单流阀,其特征是:小单流阀,以升降式单流阀阀芯的密封端为阀体,添加外六角空心堵头和小钢球组合而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的能减轻水击危害的升降式单流阀,其特征是:外六角空心堵头,外端是扁平的六角体和退刀槽,内端是较长的螺柱体,中心是贯通的圆柱孔;在外六角空心堵头的内端面,切有对称的泄流槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的能减轻水击危害的升降式单流阀,其特征是:在小单流阀的进口处,还装有一个内六角空心堵头和过滤网。
5.根据权利要求1所述的能减轻水击危害的升降式单流阀,其特征是:小单流阀进口孔和出口孔的轴线夹角α,设定在45°~90°之间。
