【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种左右锁结构外置弹簧泵。
【背景技术】
乳液泵由于其设计精美,使用方便,已广泛地应用与日化和医药等行业。但是现有的乳液泵零件多,结构复杂,制作难度大,生产成本高;而且传统的乳液泵的抽吸组件的复位弹簧在泵室内会与乳液直接接触,当复位弹簧生锈后会对液体造成污染,不卫生;而且现有的乳液泵在使用的过程中弯嘴很容易被误按而造成浪费或给使用者带来不便;现有的乳液泵为了在工作时使瓶体内的气压稳定,都会设置进气孔,但是在运输过程中,瓶体内的乳液不可避免的会从进气孔处泄漏,造成污染,影响使用。
本发明正是基于以上的不足而产生的。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种左右锁结构外置弹簧泵,通过设置限位组件可以防止在运输过程中误按弯嘴,避免泄漏,同时通过活塞与锁紧盖配合密封进气孔,增强密封效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了下述技术方案:一种左右锁结构外置弹簧泵,其特征在于,包括伸入瓶体内的泵体,所述的泵体上设置有泵室,所述泵体上连接有能将其固定到瓶体上的锁瓶盖,所述的泵室内设置有抽吸组件,所述泵室的内壁设置有能防止抽吸组件从泵室内脱出的锁紧盖,所述泵室的下端设置有单向阀,所述抽吸组件上端连接有弯嘴,所述泵体上并位于单向阀的下方设置有能伸入至瓶体内部的导液管,所述的抽吸组件包括有能穿过锁紧盖并具有抽吸通道的泵杆,所述的泵杆的下方开设有与抽吸通道相通的进液孔,所述的泵杆上套设有能相对其滑动并能阻断或打开进液孔的活塞,所述的泵体上开设有能被活塞封闭或打开的进气孔,在本实施例中,泵杆与锁紧盖之间存在间隙,在泵杆带动活塞下移时,外部空气先通过泵杆与锁紧盖之间的间隙然后再通过进气孔进入到瓶体内,保证工作时瓶体内气压正常,所述的泵杆上设置有在泵室与抽吸通道连通以后能够向下推动活塞而使进气孔与外部连通的推动部,所述的锁紧盖上还设置有在活塞密封进气孔时能够阻止活塞上移的限位凸块,锁紧盖与弯嘴之间设置有复位弹簧;所述的泵杆与锁紧盖之间设置有在泵杆旋转一定角度时能阻止弯嘴下压的限位组件。
如上所述的一种左右锁结构外置弹簧泵,其特征在于,所述的限位组件包括有竖直设置在泵杆外侧壁的凸筋,所述的锁紧盖的内壁上开设有能供凸筋在内上下滑动的导向槽,所述的锁紧盖的内壁上设有在泵杆转动一定角度后用于抵靠凸筋而阻止凸筋向下滑动的凸台。
如上所述的一种左右锁结构外置弹簧泵,其特征在于,所述锁紧盖的外侧设置有卡接部,所述的泵体内设置有供所述卡接部卡入的定位连接部。
如上所述的一种左右锁结构外置弹簧泵,其特征在于,所述的泵杆并位于进液口的下方外壁设置有能与活塞下方相顶靠的限位凸环,所述的推动部位于进液口的上方,活塞位于推动部与限位凸环之间。
如上所述的一种左右锁结构外置弹簧泵,其特征在于,所述泵杆的上端设置有在与弯嘴连接后用于固定两者的防转齿。
如上所述的一种左右锁结构外置弹簧泵,其特征在于,所述的泵杆外侧壁上竖直设置有两条凸筋,所述的锁紧盖的内壁上设有两条与凸筋相配合的导向槽。

与现有技术相比,本发明的一种左右锁结构外置弹簧泵,达到了如下效果:
1、本发明在第一次下压弯嘴时,泵杆下移,抽吸通道与泵室相连通,泵杆带动活塞下移的过程中,泵室内的气体会从抽吸通道内排出,松开弯嘴,此时泵室内形成负压,瓶体内的液体就推开单向阀进入到泵室内,再次下压弯嘴,抽吸通道与泵室连通,泵杆带动活塞向下移动,由于泵杆与锁紧盖之间存在间隙,外部空气通过间隙进入到进气孔,使得进气孔与外部相通,保证工作时的气压稳定,泵室内的液体从抽吸通道内喷出,完成出液,在自由状态下,活塞与锁紧盖相抵靠,密封进气孔,避免瓶体内的液体从进气孔处泄漏,密封性能好;泵杆与锁紧盖之间设置有在泵杆旋转一定角度时能阻止弯嘴下压的限位组件,通过泵杆上的导轨与锁紧盖上的让位槽配合实现自锁,不能向下按压弯嘴,避免乳液泵在不使用时液体被挤压泄露。
2、本发明的复位弹簧设置在锁紧盖的上端面与弯嘴之间,并且设置在活塞的上方,所以在抽吸组件上下运动而抽吸乳液到活塞下方的泵室内时,复位弹簧不会粘到乳液,因此本发明的结构使得复位弹簧与乳液是完全隔开的状态,确保了卫生,不会对乳液造成污染。
3、本发明的锁紧盖与泵体通过卡接部与定位连接部配合卡接,连接稳固,防止锁紧盖从泵体内脱出,进而防止抽吸组件从泵室内脱出。

如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述的限位组件9包括有竖直设置在泵杆41外侧壁的凸筋91,所述的锁紧盖5的内壁上开设有能供凸筋91在内上下滑动的导向槽501,所述的锁紧盖5的内壁上设有在泵杆41转动一定角度后用于抵靠凸筋91而阻止凸筋91向下滑动的凸台92。通过转动弯嘴,使泵杆上的凸筋进入凸台内,限制弯嘴下压,再次转动弯嘴,使泵杆上的凸筋进入到导向槽中,即可解锁下压弯嘴。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述锁紧盖5的外侧设置有卡接部52,所述的泵体1内设置有供所述卡接部52卡入的定位连接部21。防止在弯嘴工作的过程中锁紧盖从泵体中脱出,进而防止抽吸组件从泵室中脱离,保证连接的稳定性。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述的泵杆41并位于进液口402的下方外壁设置有能与活塞42下方相顶靠的限位凸环412,所述的推动部411位于进液口402的上方,活塞42位于推动部411 与限位凸环412之间。保证泵杆在上移的过程中可以与活塞密封进液口。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述泵杆41的上端设置有在与弯嘴7连接后用于固定两者的防转齿413。保证在转动弯嘴的同时泵杆也一起转动,进而解锁或锁定弯嘴。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述的泵杆41外侧壁上竖直设置有两条凸筋91,所述的锁紧盖5的内壁上设有两条与凸筋91 相配合的导向槽501。提高弯嘴下压的通畅。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述锁瓶盖3内还设置有垫片10,所述的垫片10为环形结构;起到密封瓶体的作用。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述的泵室2的下端呈锥形,所述的单向阀6为设置在泵室2下端的泵珠,所述的泵室2设置有防止单向阀6脱离的限位爪21,防止单向阀脱离。
工作原理:
1、按压弯嘴,克服复位弹簧弹力带动泵杆下移,活塞因与泵室产生摩擦滞后,此时泵杆与活塞之间的通道被打开,继续下移则顶住活塞一起下移,可将泵室内腔局部气体从抽吸通道排出;
2、松开弯嘴时,在复位弹簧力作用下泵杆上移,活塞滞后,活塞与泵杆间的通道瞬间被密封,泵室内腔形成局部真空,在大气压力的作用下可将溶液从导液管引入并冲开泵珠吸进泵室内腔,继续按压时可将溶液从弯嘴喷出。

8.根据权利要求1所述的一种左右锁结构外置弹簧泵,其特征在于,所述的泵室(2)的下端呈锥形,所述的单向阀(6)为设置在泵室(2)下端的泵珠,所述的泵室(2)设置有防止单向阀(6)脱离的限位爪(21)。
