如图1至图5所示,一种环保型乳液泵结构,包括伸入瓶体内的泵体1,所述的泵体1上设置有泵室2,所述泵体1上连接有能将其固定到瓶体上的锁瓶盖3,所述的泵室2内设置有能在其内上下移动而将瓶体内的液体向上抽出的抽吸组件4,所述泵室2的下端设置有在抽吸组件4运动时仅供瓶体内的液体向上排出的单向阀5,所述抽吸组件4上端连接有弯嘴6,所述泵室2的内壁设置有能防止抽吸组件4从泵室2内脱出的锁紧盖7,所述锁紧盖7的上端面与弯嘴6之间设置有弹簧8;所述的抽吸组件4包括有穿过锁紧盖7且具有抽吸通道411的泵杆41,泵杆一体成型,结构简单,泵杆41上设置有连通抽吸通道411的进液口412,泵杆41上连接有能相对泵杆41上下移动且能密封进液口412的活塞42;所述的泵杆41与锁紧盖7之间设置有在泵杆41旋转一定角度时能阻止弯嘴6下压的限位组件9,在泵杆与锁紧盖之间设置限位组件可以保护限位组件。本发明的弹簧设置在锁紧盖的上端面与弯嘴之间,并且设置在活塞的上方,所以在抽吸组件上下运动而抽吸乳液到活塞下方的泵室内时,弹簧不会粘到乳液,因此本发明的结构使得弹簧与乳液是完全隔开的状态,确保了卫生,不会对乳液造成污染。本发明的泵杆与锁紧盖之间设置有在泵杆旋转一定角度时能阻止弯嘴下压的 限位组件,通过泵杆上的导轨与锁紧盖上的让位槽配合实现自锁,不能向下按压弯嘴。
如图1至图5所示,在本实施例中,所述的泵杆41并位于进液口412的上方外壁设置有上限位凸环413,所述的泵杆41并位于进液口412的下方外壁设置有下限位凸环414,所述的活塞42位于所述上限位凸环413与下限位凸环414之间。
如图1至图5所示,在本实施例中,所述的限位组件9包括有竖直设置在泵杆41外侧壁的凸筋91,所述的锁紧盖7的内壁上开设有能供凸筋91在内上下滑动的导向槽71,所述的导向槽71的内壁上设有在泵杆41转动一定角度后用于抵靠凸筋91而阻止凸筋91上下滑动的凸台92。
如图1至图5所示,在本实施例中,所述锁紧盖7的外侧设置有卡接部72,所述的泵室2内设置有供所述卡接部72卡入的定位连接部21;所述的卡接部72包括有第一凹陷部721和第一凸出部722,所述的定位连接部21包括有与第一凹陷部721配合的第二凸出部211和与第一凸出部722配合的第二凹陷部212;通过第一凹陷部与第二凸出部、第一凸出部与第二凹陷部的双重配合,进一步将锁紧盖固定在泵室内部,防止锁紧盖从泵室内脱出,增加结构稳定性。第一凸出部722具有一定的弹性,先经过第二凸出部,再卡入第二凹陷部,形成卡接,第一凹陷部721的上端与第二凸出部211的上端顶靠,阻止锁紧盖7进一步向下移动。
如图1至图5所示,在本实施例中,所述的弯嘴6设置有能与泵 杆41上端相连接的连接部61,所述的弯嘴6上并位于连接部61的外侧设置有可供弹簧8上端卡入的卡槽62,用于对弹簧进行定位,防止其变形。
如图1至图5所示,在本实施例中,所述的泵杆41外侧壁上竖直设置有两条凸筋91,所述的锁紧盖7的内壁上设有两条与凸筋91相配合的导向槽71。
如图1至图5所示,在本实施例中,所述锁瓶盖3内还设置有垫片10,所述的垫片10为环形结构;起到密封瓶体的作用。
如图1至图5所示,在本实施例中,所述的泵室2的下端呈锥形,所述的单向阀5为设置在泵室2下端的泵珠。
如图1至图5所示,在本实施例中,所述的泵体1并位于单向阀5的下方还设置有引液管11。
如图1至图5所示,在本实施例中,所述的乳液泵为塑料材质。本发明的所有零部件为塑料材质,避免了液体的腐蚀,结构轻巧,方便回收利用,节能环保。
工作原理:
1、按压弯嘴,克服弹簧弹力带动泵杆下移,活塞因与泵室产生摩擦滞后,此时泵杆与活塞之间的通道被打开,继续下移泵杆,上限位凸环则顶住活塞一起下移,可将泵室内腔局部气体从抽吸通道排出;
2、松开弯嘴时,在弹簧力作用下复位,活塞滞后,活塞与泵杆 间的通道瞬间被密封,泵室内腔形成局部真空,在大气压力的作用下可将溶液从引液管引入并冲开泵珠吸进泵室内腔,继续按压时可将溶液从弯嘴喷出。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种环保型乳液泵结构,其特征在于,包括伸入瓶体内的泵体(1),所述的泵体(1)上设置有泵室(2),所述泵体(1)上连接有能将其固定到瓶体上的锁瓶盖(3),所述的泵室(2)内设置有能在其内上下移动而将瓶体内的液体向上抽出的抽吸组件(4),所述泵室(2)的下端设置有在抽吸组件(4)运动时仅供瓶体内的液体向上排出的单向阀(5),所述抽吸组件(4)上端连接有弯嘴(6),所述泵室(2)的内壁设置有能防止抽吸组件(4)从泵室(2)内脱出的锁紧盖(7),所述锁紧盖(7)的上端面与弯嘴(6)之间设置有弹簧(8);所述的抽吸组件(4)包括有穿过锁紧盖(7)且具有抽吸通道(411)的泵杆(41),泵杆(41)上设置有连通抽吸通道(411)的进液口(412),泵杆(41)上连接有能相对泵杆(41)上下移动且能密封进液口(412)的活塞(42);所述的泵杆(41)与锁紧盖(7)之间设置有在泵杆(41)旋转一定角度时能阻止弯嘴(6)下压的限位组件(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型乳液泵结构,其特征在于,所述的泵杆(41)并位于进液口(412)的上方外壁设置有上限位凸环(413),所述的泵杆(41)并位于进液口(412)的下方外壁设置有下限位凸环(414),所述的活塞(42)位于所述上限位凸环(413)与下限位凸环(414)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型乳液泵结构,其特征在于,所述的限位组件(9)包括有竖直设置在泵杆(41)外侧壁的凸筋(91),所述的锁紧盖(7)的内壁上开设有能供凸筋(91)在内上下滑动的 导向槽(71),所述的导向槽(71)的内壁上设有在泵杆(41)转动一定角度后用于抵靠凸筋(91)而阻止凸筋(91)上下滑动的凸台(92)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型乳液泵结构,其特征在于,所述锁紧盖(7)的外侧设置有卡接部(72),所述的泵室(2)内设置有供所述卡接部(72)卡入的定位连接部(21);所述的卡接部(72)包括有第一凹陷部(721)和第一凸出部(722),所述的定位连接部(21)包括有与第一凹陷部(721)配合的第二凸出部(211)和与第一凸出部(722)配合的第二凹陷部(212)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型乳液泵结构,其特征在于,所述的弯嘴(6)设置有能与泵杆(41)上端相连接的连接部(61),所述的弯嘴(6)上并位于连接部(61)的外侧设置有可供弹簧(8)上端卡入的卡槽(62)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种环保型乳液泵结构,其特征在于,所述的泵杆(41)外侧壁上竖直设置有两条凸筋(91),所述的锁紧盖(7)的内壁上设有两条与凸筋(91)相配合的导向槽(71)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型乳液泵结构,其特征在于,所述锁瓶盖(3)内还设置有垫片(10),所述的垫片(10)为环形结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型乳液泵结构,其特征在于,所述的泵室(2)的下端呈锥形,所述的单向阀(5)为设置在泵室(2)下端的泵珠。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型乳液泵结构,其特征在于, 所述的泵体(1)并位于单向阀(5)的下方还设置有引液管(11)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型乳液泵结构,其特征在于,所述的乳液泵为塑料材质。
