Abstract
本发明提供了一种高效去污的表面活性剂组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:烷基酸二乙醇酰胺25~30份、烷基氨基丙酸钠25~30份、烷基糖苷15~20份、纳米二氧化硅分散液10~15份、驱油组分1~5份、碱性酶组分0.1~1份、乙二醇苯醚0.1~1份。本发明提供的表面活性剂组合物,可作为织物净洗剂、浸泡漂白剂、除油净洗剂等的添加料,能够提升其去污、驱油性能,并且能够强力分解残留的果蔬污渍、油污等。

技术领域
本发明涉及表面活性剂技术领域,具体涉及一种高效去污的表面活性剂组合物。
背景技术
表面活性剂在我们的生活中会被广泛地使用到,用途涉及很多方面,例如洗发水、沐浴露、厨房清洗剂、洗手剂等。市面上比较常用的表面活性剂如AES,去污、驱油性能不足。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种高效去污的表面活性剂组合物,可作为织物净洗剂、浸泡漂白剂、除油净洗剂等的添加料,能够提升其去污、驱油性能,并且能够强力分解残留的果蔬污渍、油污等。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来解决:
一种高效去污的表面活性剂组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:烷基酸二乙醇酰胺25~30份、烷基氨基丙酸钠25~30份、烷基糖苷15~20份、纳米二氧化硅分散液10~15份、驱油组分1~5份、碱性酶组分0.1~1份、乙二醇苯醚0.1~1份。
具体的,所述烷基酸二乙醇酰胺选自十二烷基酸二乙醇酰胺、十四烷基酸二乙醇酰胺、十六烷基酸二乙醇酰胺、十八烷基酸二乙醇酰胺中的一种。
具体的,所述烷基氨基丙酸钠选自十二烷基氨基丙酸钠、十四烷基氨基丙酸钠、十六烷基氨基丙酸钠、十八烷基氨基丙酸钠中的一种。
具体的,所述烷基糖苷选自十二烷基糖苷、十四烷基糖苷、十六烷基糖苷中的一种。
具体的,所述驱油组分为聚丙烯酰胺。
具体的,所述酶组分为碱性果胶酶、碱性淀粉酶、碱性脂肪酶、碱性蛋白酶中的一种或几种的组合物。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的表面活性剂组合物,由烷基酸二乙醇酰胺、烷基氨基丙酸钠、烷基糖苷、纳米二氧化硅分散液混合复配而成的表面活性剂,具有协同增效去污效果,可作为织物净洗剂、浸泡漂白剂、除油净洗剂等的添加料,加入后能够提升其去污性能,并且加入了驱油组分,提升了其驱油性能,还加入了碱性酶组分,利用碱性酶组分能够强力分解残留在织物上的果蔬污渍、油脂等污垢。

为了能进一步了解本发明的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
一种高效去污的表面活性剂组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:十二烷基酸二乙醇酰胺25份、十二烷基氨基丙酸钠30份、十六烷基糖苷20份、纳米二氧化硅分散液10份、聚丙烯酰胺2份、碱性酶组分0.5份、乙二醇苯醚0.5份。
其中,纳米二氧化硅分散液为粒径为20~200nm的纳米二氧化硅分散在水中而形成的透明液体,这里使用的水为软水,通常洗涤用水为硬水,硬水中的钙离子含量高,加入纳米二氧化硅分散液,纳米二氧化硅分散液遇到浓度高的钙离子会形成小颗粒的凝胶,清洗衣物时,在手动或洗衣机的高速转动下,利用转动的凝胶与污垢的碰撞而将污垢除去,从而提升其去污性能。
乙二醇苯醚是作为杀菌剂,其在该体系中稳定存在。
优选的,酶组分为碱性果胶酶、碱性脂肪酶按重量比1:1组成的混合物,苹果、柑橘类、柿子、梨、香蕉、草莓、豆类、花椰菜、红萝卜、高丽菜、南瓜、马铃薯、洋葱、牛蒡、大豆等果蔬中都含有果胶,人们在进食时容易将这些果蔬产品残留在衣物上,普通的表面活性剂难以去除,本申请加入了碱性果胶酶,利用碱性果胶酶将果胶分解,从而快速去除残留在衣物上的污渍,而碱性脂肪酶能够分解油脂,从而去除油脂。
实施例2
一种高效去污的表面活性剂组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:十八烷基酸二乙醇酰胺30份、十六烷基氨基丙酸钠25份、十二烷基糖苷20份、纳米二氧化硅分散液12份、聚丙烯酰胺1份、碱性酶组分0.1份、乙二醇苯醚0.1份。
其中,纳米二氧化硅分散液为粒径为20~200nm的纳米二氧化硅分散在水中而形成的透明液体,这里使用的水为软水,通常洗涤用水为硬水,硬水中的钙离子含量高,加入纳米二氧化硅分散液,纳米二氧化硅分散液遇到浓度高的钙离子会形成小颗粒的凝胶,清洗衣物时,在手动或洗衣机的高速转动下,利用转动的凝胶与污垢的碰撞而将污垢除去,从而提升其去污性能。
乙二醇苯醚是作为杀菌剂,其在该体系中稳定存在。

1.一种高效去污的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:烷基酸二乙醇酰胺25~30份、烷基氨基丙酸钠25~30份、烷基糖苷15~20份、纳米二氧化硅分散液10~15份、驱油组分1~5份、碱性酶组分0.1~1份、乙二醇苯醚0.1~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效去污的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述烷基酸二乙醇酰胺选自十二烷基酸二乙醇酰胺、十四烷基酸二乙醇酰胺、十六烷基酸二乙醇酰胺、十八烷基酸二乙醇酰胺中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效去污的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述烷基氨基丙酸钠选自十二烷基氨基丙酸钠、十四烷基氨基丙酸钠、十六烷基氨基丙酸钠、十八烷基氨基丙酸钠中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效去污的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述烷基糖苷选自十二烷基糖苷、十四烷基糖苷、十六烷基糖苷中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效去污的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述驱油组分为聚丙烯酰胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效去污的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述酶组分为碱性果胶酶、碱性淀粉酶、碱性脂肪酶、碱性蛋白酶中的一种或几种的组合物。
