Abstract

本发明提供了一种高效除油的表面活性剂组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺20~40份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10~20份、碱性驱油组分4~7份、破乳剂0.3~0.5份、抗静电剂0.1~0.5份、灭菌灭藻剂0.1~0.3份。本发明的表面活性剂组合物,能够高效快速地清除大型机械设备表面的油污。

技术领域
本发明涉及表面活性剂技术领域,具体涉及一种高效除油的表面活性剂组合物。
背景技术
表面活性剂是一类在添加量很少时就能显著降低界面张力的物质,其分子具有独特结构:一端为亲水性的极性基团,另一端为亲油性的非极性基团,也称为两亲分子。在溶液中可自发形成胶束、溶致液晶、微乳液、囊泡、蠕虫状胶束、微乳液凝胶等稳定、有序排列的缔合结构。普遍的表面活性剂存在去油性不足问题,尤其是大型机械设备表面的油类的去除效果较差。因此,亟需一种去油能力强的表面活性剂组合物,能够高效快速地清除大型机械设备表面的油污。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种高效除油的表面活性剂组合物,能够高效快速地清除大型机械设备表面的油污。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来解决:
一种高效除油的表面活性剂组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺20~40份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10~20份、碱性驱油组分4~7份、破乳剂0.3~0.5份、抗静电剂0.1~0.5份、灭菌灭藻剂0.1~0.3份。
具体的,所述表面活性剂组合物的pH值为8~9.5。
具体的,所述碱性驱油组分是由聚丙烯酰胺与碱剂按重量份比为10:1~5组成的混合液。
具体的,所述碱剂选自氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、氢氧化铵、磷酸钠、硅酸钠中的一种。
具体的,所述破乳剂选自聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯十八醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚醚中的一种。
具体的,所述抗静电剂为十二胺聚氧乙烯醚。
具体的,所述灭菌灭藻剂由戊二醛、过氧化物按重量份比为1~3:1组成的混合液。
具体的,所述过氧化物选自双氧水、过氧化钠、过氧乙酸中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明提供的表面活性剂组合物,含有椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,通过非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂组合使用,能够高效快速地清除大型机械设备表面的油污;
2.增加了碱性驱油组分,碱性驱油组分是由聚丙烯酰胺与碱剂组成的混合液,聚丙烯酰胺具有优异的驱油特性,能够将附着在大型机械设备表面的油污驱除,并且通过碱剂与原油中酸性成分反应生成的表面活性物质,降低界面张力,使得油污更容易驱除;
3.增加了抗静电剂,在大型机械设备表面清洗过程中能防止静电产生,从而降低设备的漏电风险;
4.通常清洗后废水会直接流道河道中,本发明通过增加灭菌灭藻剂,使得清洗废液中含有灭菌灭藻剂,灭菌灭藻剂内含戊二醛、过氧化物,具有灭菌灭藻速度快、效果强力的特点,起到预防河道藻类滋生的效果。
具体实施方式
为了能进一步了解本发明的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
将0.7g戊二醛和0.3g过氧化钠加入烧杯中,搅拌均匀后制得灭菌灭藻剂备用;
将20g聚丙烯酰胺和10g磷酸钠加入烧杯中,搅拌均匀后制得碱性驱油组分备用;
将300g椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和150g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚置于反应釜中,搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入3g聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯十八醇醚、1g十二胺聚氧乙烯醚、40g碱性驱油组分和1g灭菌灭藻剂,搅拌均匀,并加入少量磷酸钠将混合液的pH值调整至8~9.5,得到表面活性剂组合物作为清洗剂。
对比例1
采用椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺作为清洗剂。
对比例2
采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作为清洗剂。
对比例3
采用椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚按重量比1:1组成的混合液作为清洗剂。
测试:
参照中国石油化工集团公司企业标准Q/SHCG11-2011中规定的方法,对实施例1、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3分别制备的清洗剂进行静态洗油率评价,实验结果在下表1中列出。

上述结果证实,采用本发明的表面活性剂组合物作为清洗剂,能够有效提高对油的洗脱能力。

1.一种高效除油的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺20~40份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10~20份、碱性驱油组分4~7份、破乳剂0.3~0.5份、抗静电剂0.1~0.5份、灭菌灭藻剂0.1~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效除油的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂组合物的pH值为8~9.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效除油的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述碱性驱油组分是由聚丙烯酰胺与碱剂按重量份比为10:1~5组成的混合液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高效除油的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述碱剂选自氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、氢氧化铵、磷酸钠、硅酸钠中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效除油的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述破乳剂选自聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯十八醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚醚中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效除油的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为十二胺聚氧乙烯醚。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效除油的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述灭菌灭藻剂由戊二醛、过氧化物按重量份比为1~3:1组成的混合液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种高效除油的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述过氧化物选自双氧水、过氧化钠、过氧乙酸中的一种。
