Example 1
A natural plant eye spray comprises the following components in parts by weight:
50 parts of folium artemisiae argyi water, 20 parts of green tea leaf water, 20 parts of chrysanthemum water, 9 parts of roselle flower water and 1 part of peony root-bark extract.
Wherein the blumea balsamifera water, the green tea water, the chrysanthemum water and the roselle flower water are prepared by the following methods:
weighing freshly picked folium Artemisiae Argyi, green tea leaf, flos Chrysanthemi or flos Rosae Rugosae, cleaning, cutting into pieces, steam distilling, condensing and collecting 2-8 times of distillate to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi solution, green tea leaf solution, flos Chrysanthemi solution and flos Rosae Rugosae solution, respectively. In this example, the collected weight of the distillate of the mugwort leaf water is 2 times of the weight of the freshly picked mugwort leaves, the collected weight of the distillate of the green tea leaf water is 4 times of the weight of the freshly picked green tea leaves, the collected weight of the distillate of the chrysanthemum flower water is 8 times of the weight of the freshly picked chrysanthemum flowers, and the collected weight of the distillate of the roselle flower water is 6 times of the weight of the freshly picked roselle flowers.
The natural plant eye spray of this embodiment cooperates the spray bottle to use, uses simple and easy portable, and does not receive the restriction of live time, space and number of times moreover.
The natural plant spray of this example was prepared by the following specific procedure
(1) Weighing folium artemisiae argyi water, green tea leaf water, chrysanthemum water and roselle flower water according to the mass parts, fully blending and uniformly mixing to obtain the eye spray lotion.
(2) And (3) carrying out positive pressure filtration, impurity removal and sterilization on the eye spray dew through a food-grade folded simple microporous polyethersulfone filter membrane with the aperture of 0.22 mu m, wherein the filtration pressure difference is 0.2MPa, so as to obtain pure eye spray dew.
(3) And (3) carrying out heat preservation and sterilization on the pure eye spray dew at 130 ℃ for 6s, then rapidly cooling to below 40 ℃, and finishing ultrahigh temperature instantaneous sterilization to obtain sterile eye spray dew.
(4) And weighing the peony root-bark extract according to the mass parts, adding the peony root-bark extract into the sterile eye spray distillate in a sterile environment, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain the eye spray use solution.
(5) And carrying out aseptic filling on the eye spray use solution in an aseptic production workshop, wherein the aseptic filling comprises ozone sterilization of an inner packaging material before filling, ultraviolet space sterilization of a filling chamber and aseptic operation of an operator, and packaging to obtain the natural plant eye spray.
Example 2
A natural plant eye spray comprises the following components in parts by weight:
70 parts of folium artemisiae argyi water, 14.3 parts of green tea leaf water, 10 parts of chrysanthemum water, 5 parts of roselle water and 0.7 part of peony root-bark extract.
Wherein the blumea balsamifera water, the green tea water, the chrysanthemum water and the roselle flower water are prepared by the following methods:
weighing freshly picked folium Artemisiae Argyi, green tea leaf, flos Chrysanthemi or flos Rosae Rugosae, cleaning, cutting into pieces, steam distilling, condensing and collecting 2-8 times of distillate to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi solution, green tea leaf solution, flos Chrysanthemi solution and flos Rosae Rugosae solution, respectively. Animal experiments
To demonstrate the zero eye irritation of the natural plant eye sprays of the present invention to the eye, animal eye irritation experiments were now performed. In the experiment, 4 new zealand rabbits with the same female and the like are selected, the left eye of the animal is a test eye, the right eye of the animal is a blank control eye, the eye spray using solution in the example 2 is used for poisoning the rabbit eye according to the dosage of 0.1 ml/eye, then the eye irritation reaction is observed in 1h, 24h, 48h and 72h respectively, and the experiment result is shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the results shown in table 1, the natural plant eye spray of example 2 did not show any adverse symptoms after being applied to the eyes of new zealand rabbits, suggesting that the natural plant eye spray of the present invention is not irritating to the eyes.
To further consider the safety of the natural eye spray of the present invention to the periocular skin, several skin irritation experiments were performed. Selecting 4 female equal-weight New Zealand rabbits in the experiment, removing hairs on two sides of a dorsal column of the rabbits 24h before the experiment by using a razor, taking 3cm x 3cm on the left and the right respectively as a test area and a control area, taking 0.5ml of the natural plant eye spray in the embodiment 2, and applying the natural plant eye spray on the test area for 1 time every day for 14 days continuously; and the skin of the test and control areas was observed and scored 1h before each application, starting on day 2, with the results shown in table 2.

As can be seen from the results shown in table 2, the natural plant eye spray of example 2 was continuously applied to the skin of new zealand rabbits without any adverse symptoms or abnormalities, suggesting that the natural plant eye spray of the present invention was not irritating to the skin.
Effects of use
The natural plant eye spray finished product in example 2 was used for market trial investigation of 30 office workers for 4-6 times per day for a trial period of 1 week. When in use, the spray is ensured to sweep across eyes for 2-3 times, and eyes are blinked lightly to be absorbed naturally.
According to statistics, 80% of people feedback that eyes feel comfortable after use, and the eye fatigue phenomenon can be relieved immediately; 40% of the test subjects feed back the preparation, so that the phenomena of dry eyes and acid swelling caused by careless rest after long-time watching of a computer screen can be obviously improved; in addition, 2% of the subjects showed that the eyes were perceived as brighter after use.
In conclusion, the natural plant eye spray provided by the invention has the effects of relieving asthenopia, dry eye and blurred vision caused by overuse of eyes, and achieves better effects on improving and protecting eyes and protecting eyesight.

Claims (9)

1. The natural plant eye spray is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
50-70 parts of folium artemisiae argyi water, 10-20 parts of green tea leaf water, 10-20 parts of chrysanthemum water, 5-10 parts of roselle water and 0.2-1.0 part of peony root bark extract.
2. The natural plant eye spray of claim 1, wherein the mugwort leaf water, green tea leaf water, chrysanthemum water and roselle flower water are prepared by the following method:
weighing freshly picked folium Artemisiae Argyi, green tea, flos Chrysanthemi or flos Rosae Rugosae, cleaning, cutting, distilling with water vapor, condensing, and collecting 2-8 times of distillate.
3. The natural plant eye spray of claim 1, wherein the peony root bark extract is extracted from the dried root bark of a peony belonging to the family Ranunculaceae, and is food grade and water soluble in solubility.
4. A natural plant eye spray according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said natural plant eye spray is used in conjunction with a spray bottle.
5. A method of preparing a natural plant eye spray according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing folium artemisiae argyi water, green tea leaf water, chrysanthemum water and roselle flower water according to the mass parts, and fully blending and uniformly mixing to obtain eye spray lotion;
(2) filtering, sterilizing and removing impurities from the eye spray dew through an ultrafiltration membrane to obtain pure eye spray dew;
(3) carrying out ultrahigh-temperature instantaneous sterilization on the pure eye spray dew to obtain sterile eye spray dew;
(4) and weighing the peony root-bark extract according to the mass parts, adding the peony root-bark extract into the sterile eye spray dew in a sterile environment, fully and uniformly stirring, and carrying out sterile filling and packaging to obtain the natural plant eye spray.
6. The preparation method according to claim 5, wherein in the step (2), the ultrafiltration membrane is a food-grade folded simple microporous polyethersulfone filter membrane with the pore size of 0.22 μm, and the fine pore size has the filtration and sterilization effects.
7. The method according to claim 5, wherein in the step (2), the ultrafiltration membrane is subjected to positive pressure filtration, and the filtration pressure difference is less than 0.3 MPa.
8. The preparation method according to claim 5, wherein in the step (3), the ultrahigh temperature instantaneous sterilization is performed by rapidly cooling to below 40 ℃ after heat preservation sterilization at 130 ℃ and 140 ℃ for 4-6 s.
9. The method according to claim 5, wherein the aseptic filling in step (3) includes ozone sterilization of the inner wrapper before filling, ultraviolet space sterilization of the filling chamber, and aseptic operation by an operator.
