An elevator door opening control system for vulnerable groups comprises an elevator base station hall external call box, an elevator internal call box, an elevator base station hall camera, a car camera, a first multimedia processor, a second multimedia processor, an elevator door controller and an elevator controller. The first multimedia processor is electrically connected with the camera of the elevator base station hall, the second multimedia processor is electrically connected with the camera of the lift car, the elevator controller is respectively in communication connection with the calling box outside the elevator base station hall, the calling box in the elevator, the elevator door controller, the first multimedia processor and the second multimedia processor and is used for controlling the door opening holding time of the elevator through the elevator door controller according to the external calling signal, the internal calling signal, the image recognition result sent by the first multimedia processor and the image analysis result sent by the second multimedia processor. The invention also discloses an elevator door opening control method aiming at the vulnerable group. Background
With the increase of high-rise buildings, elevators have become an indispensable part of people's daily life. For many weak groups (disabled persons or old persons and other persons with inconvenient actions), the time for getting in and out of the elevator car needs to be longer than that of normal persons due to the inconvenient actions of the weak groups, and the time for keeping the door open of the conventional elevator is shorter, so that the weak groups have to press the door opening button on the inner calling box or the outer calling box by themselves or other persons when getting in and out of the elevator car door to prolong the door opening time, thereby causing the inconvenient operations for the weak groups. Even so, vulnerable groups are easily collided by the closed car door, and even personal injury accidents are caused.

the second multimedia processor 42 judges whether the vulnerable group completely enters the car according to the movement locus of the vulnerable group, if not, the elevator controller 6 is informed to control the car door to be continuously opened, and if the vulnerable group completely enters the car, the elevator controller 6 is informed to recover the conventional door opening holding operation of the elevator;
