Abstract
一种慢生根瘤菌单加氧酶、编码该酶的基因、含有该基因的重组表达载体和重组表达转化体,利用重组表达转化体制备所述单加氧酶的方法,以及利用所述单加氧酶制备光学纯手性亚砜,特别是催化拉唑类前体硫醚不对称氧化制备拉唑类药物的方法。
