本发明公开了一种香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶及其制备方法,属于粘合剂领域。该水性复合胶是以聚酯多元醇、羧酸型亲水单体、溶剂、异氰酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷、三乙胺和胺类后扩链剂为原料,先用聚酯多元醇、羧酸型亲水单体、溶剂、异氰酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷制成预聚体,再向所述预聚体加入三乙胺中和成盐,之后加入胺类后扩链剂进行同步乳化扩链并去除溶剂后制得的水性聚氨酯乳液。由于是采用聚酯多元醇制备的水性聚氨酯乳液,其耐低温性和柔韧性好,酮类溶剂残留低于100ppm,不含苯类物质,对香烟卡纸与PET镀铝的粘结性好,气味小,符合烟用水基胶的各项标准和要求,适合作为复合胶使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及粘合剂领域,尤其涉及一种香烟卡纸和PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国属于烟草消费大国,每年烟草生产量约为3400万大箱,其中烟草包装所需复合胶的量很大。在烟草包装中,为了得到仿金银纸的效果,通常先在PET上镀铝,然后将其和卡纸复合,最终除去PET膜。烟草属于人体直接接触物质,和食品包装一样,对包装的环保要求很高,对相对应的烟草包装粘合剂的环保要求也很高,要求低溶剂残留和低小分子迁移率。水性复合胶以其低VOC、高粘结性的特点被大量应用于烟草包装,如今烟包用的水性复合胶多为水性丙烯酸乳液,存在低温下容易变脆,折叠后胶层易断等问题。
发明内容
基于现有技术所存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种香烟卡纸和PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶及其制备方法,其耐低温、粘结性好且气味小,能满足复合烟用水基复合胶的各项标准和要求。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明实施方式提供一种香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶,该水性复合胶是以聚酯多元醇、羧酸型亲水单体、溶剂、异氰酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷、三乙胺和胺类后扩链剂为原料,先用聚酯多元醇、羧酸型亲水单体、溶剂、异氰酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷制成预聚体,再向所述预聚体加入三乙胺中和成盐,之后加入胺类后扩链剂进行同步乳化扩链并去除溶剂后制得的水性聚氨酯乳液。
本发明实施方式还提供一种香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶的制备方法,用于制备本发明所述的水性复合胶,包括以下步骤:
按本发明所述的水性复合胶的配方取各原料;
步骤1,对聚酯多元醇进行脱水处理;
步骤2,在80~90℃下将脱水后的聚酯多元醇和羧酸型亲水单体混合反应,待反应物完全熔融后加入异氰酸酯,搅拌反应2h后降温至60~70℃,加入三羟甲基丙烷,1h后加入溶剂降粘,制得预聚体;
步骤3,将制得的所述预聚体降至室温,置于分散缸中,在第一转速搅拌下加入三乙胺中和成盐,10min后在第二转速搅拌下加入胺类后扩链剂的水溶液,进行同步乳化扩链15min后得到溶液,对溶液脱除溶剂后即制得水性聚氨酯乳液。
由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例提供的香烟卡纸和PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶及其制备方法,其有益效果为:
通过采用聚酯多元醇制成一种水性聚氨酯乳液,其耐低温性和柔韧性好,酮类溶剂残留低于100ppm,不含苯类物质,对香烟卡纸与PET镀铝的粘结性好,气味小,符合烟用水基胶的各项标准和要求,适合作为复合胶使用。

上述水性复合胶中,聚酯多元醇采用:聚己二酸异丙二醇酯、聚己二酸二乙二醇酯、聚己二酸乙二醇酯中的任一种或几种。
上述水性复合胶中,羧酸型亲水单体采用:二羟甲基丙酸或二羟甲基丁酸;
所述溶剂采用:丙酮或丁酮;
所述异氰酸酯采用:甲苯二异氰酸酯或异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯;
所述胺类后扩链剂为乙二胺或二乙烯三胺。
上述水性复合胶中,预聚体反应中R值为1.4~1.6,R值是异氰酸根与羟基的摩尔比。
上述水性复合胶中,中和的中和度为90~110%,所述中和度指三乙胺与所述预聚体内的羧酸型亲水单体的摩尔比。
上述水性复合胶中,胺类后扩链比为70~90%,所述胺类后扩链比指后扩链剂中胺基与预聚体内异氰酸酯基的摩尔比。
本发明实施例还提供一种香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶的制备方法,用于制备上述的水性复合胶,包括以下步骤:
按上述的水性复合胶的配方取各原料;
步骤1,对聚酯多元醇进行脱水处理;
步骤2,在80~90℃下将脱水后的聚酯多元醇和羧酸型亲水单体混合反应,待反应物完全熔融后加入异氰酸酯,搅拌反应2h后降温至60~70℃,加入三羟甲基丙烷,1h后加入溶剂降粘,制得预聚体;

步骤1,将聚酯多元醇在120℃下进行脱水处理;
步骤2,在80~90℃下将脱水后的聚酯多元醇和羧酸型亲水单体混合进行反应,待反应物完全熔融后加入异氰酸酯,搅拌反应2h后降温至60~70℃,加入三羟甲基丙烷,1h后加入剩余的溶剂降粘,制得预聚体;
步骤3,将制得的预聚体降至室温,置于分散缸中,加入三乙胺中和成盐,10min后加入胺类后扩链剂的水溶液,进行同步乳化扩链15min后得到溶液,脱除溶液中的溶剂后即制得水性聚氨酯乳液。

实施例2
本实施例提供一种香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶,该水性复合胶的制备步骤如下:
将120g聚己二酸异丙二醇酯(Mn2000)在120℃下进行脱水2h;
降温至85℃,加入5.5g二羟甲基丁酸,10min后加入45g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,2h后降温至60℃,加入2.7g三羟甲基丙烷,1h后加入40g丙酮,搅拌10min,制得预聚体;
将制得的预聚体降至室温,置于分散缸中,加入4g三乙胺,保持转速为500rpm,搅拌中和10min,升高转速至1200rpm,将3.8g乙二胺溶于295g水中,加入到分散缸中,剪切搅拌15min,得到含酮乳液,将含酮乳液在55℃下进行负压(-0.09MPa)脱酮,3h后制得的乳液即为香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶,该水性复合胶的制备步骤如下:
将78g聚己二酸二乙二醇酯(Mn1300)在120℃下进行脱水2h;
降温至85℃,加入5.0g二羟甲基丙酸和8g丙酮,10min后加入45g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,2h后降温至60℃,加入2.7g三羟甲基丙烷,1h后加入32g丙酮,搅拌10min,制得预聚体;
将制得的预聚体降至室温,置于分散缸中,加入4g三乙胺,保持转速为500rpm,搅拌中和10min,升高转速至1200rpm,将3.8g乙二胺溶于295g水中,加入到分散缸中,剪切搅拌15min,得到含酮乳液,将含酮乳液在55℃下进行负压(-0.09MPa)脱酮,3h后制得的乳液即为香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶,该水性复合胶的制备步骤如下:
将39g聚己二酸二乙二醇酯(Mn1300)和60g聚己二酸乙二醇酯(Mn2000)在120℃下进行脱水2h;
降温至85℃,加入5.5g二羟甲基丁酸,10min后加入45g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,2h后降温至60℃,加入2.7g三羟甲基丙烷,1h后加入40g丙酮,搅拌10min,制得预聚体;
将制得的预聚体降至室温,置于分散缸中,加入4g三乙胺,保持转速为500rpm,搅拌中和10min,升高转速至1200rpm,将3.8g乙二胺溶于295g水中,加入到分散缸中,剪切搅拌15min,得到含酮乳液,将含酮乳液在55℃下进行负压(-0.09MPa)脱酮,3h后制得的乳液即为香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶。

Claims (10)

1.一种香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶,其特征在于,该水性复合胶是以聚酯多元醇、羧酸型亲水单体、溶剂、异氰酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷、三乙胺和胺类后扩链剂为原料,先用聚酯多元醇、羧酸型亲水单体、溶剂、异氰酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷制成预聚体,再向所述预聚体加入三乙胺中和成盐,之后加入胺类后扩链剂进行同步乳化扩链并去除溶剂后制得的水性聚氨酯乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶,其特征在于,所述水性复合胶中,各原料用量按质量份为:
聚酯多元醇10~25份、羧酸型亲水单体0.8~1.5份、溶剂5~10份、异氰酸酯5~15份、三羟甲基丙烷0.3~0.8份、三乙胺0.5~1.0份、蒸馏水50~70份和胺类后扩链剂0.5~1.0份;
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶,其特征在于,所述聚酯多元醇采用:聚己二酸异丙二醇酯、聚己二酸二乙二醇酯、聚己二酸乙二醇酯中的任一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶,其特征在于,所述羧酸型亲水单体采用:二羟甲基丙酸或二羟甲基丁酸;
所述溶剂采用:丙酮或丁酮;
所述异氰酸酯采用:甲苯二异氰酸酯或异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯;
所述胺类后扩链剂为乙二胺或二乙烯三胺。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶,其特征在于,所述预聚体反应中R值为1.4~1.6,R值是异氰酸根与羟基的摩尔比。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶,其特征在于,所述中和的中和度为90~110%,所述中和度指三乙胺与所述预聚体内的羧酸型亲水单体的摩尔比。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶,其特征在于,所述胺类后扩链比为70~90%,所述胺类后扩链比指后扩链剂中胺基与预聚体内异氰酸酯基的摩尔比。
8.一种香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶的制备方法,其特征在于,用于制备权利要求1至7任一项所述的水性复合胶,包括以下步骤:
按权利要求1至7任一项所述的水性复合胶的配方取各原料;
步骤1,对聚酯多元醇进行脱水处理;
步骤2,在80~90℃下将脱水后的聚酯多元醇和羧酸型亲水单体混合反应,待反应物完全熔融后加入异氰酸酯,搅拌反应2h后降温至60~70℃,加入三羟甲基丙烷,1h后加入溶剂降粘,制得预聚体;
步骤3,将制得的所述预聚体降至室温,置于分散缸中,在第一转速搅拌下加入三乙胺中和成盐,10min后在第二转速搅拌下加入胺类后扩链剂的水溶液,进行同步乳化扩链15min后得到溶液,对溶液脱除溶剂后即制得水性聚氨酯乳液。
9.根据权利要求8所述的香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法的步骤2中,还包括:在80~90℃下将脱水后的聚酯多元醇和羧酸型亲水单体混合反应中,若羧酸型亲水单体采用二羟甲基丙酸,则同时加入占溶剂总质量5~30%的溶剂;而在所述步骤3中,1h后加入溶剂降粘的溶剂用量为剩余的溶剂。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的香烟卡纸与PET镀铝复合用的水性复合胶的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述方法步骤2中,预聚体反应中R值为1.4~1.6,R值是异氰酸根与羟基的摩尔比;
所述方法步骤3中,所述中和的中和度为90~110%,所述中和度指三乙胺与所述预聚体内的羧酸型亲水单体的摩尔比;
所述方法步骤3中,所述胺类后扩链比为70~90%,所述胺类后扩链比指后扩链剂中胺基与预聚体内异氰酸酯基的摩尔比;
所述方法步骤3中,所述第一转速为500,所述第二转速为1200rpm。
