本发明涉及服装面料制备领域,具体为一种吸光发热保暖功能面料的制备方法。
背景技术
防寒保暖是冬季服装舒适性的重要指标,传统的保暖方法通常是控制热的传导、对流、辐射所导致的热散失,如使用厚的织物、采用金属涂层面料或者使用棉絮等作为填充料来起到保温效果。然而现代人们对服装的舒适性、功能性以及美观性要求越来越高,传统的保暖服装,尤其是填充棉絮的服装过于蓬松、臃肿,既不便于活动,又缺乏美感,且保温效果不好。随着科学技术的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对面料与服装实用功能的要求趋向多元化,因此积极吸光发热保暖材料开发具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供了一种用于纤维合成、制作流程简便、可用于大批量生产的一种吸光发热保暖功能面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)制备经纱和纬纱,选用56%-70%聚酯纤维和30%-44%远红外纤维素纤维的混合纱线为经纱,选用60%-70%聚丙烯纤维和30%-40%聚脂中空纤维的混合纱线为纬纱,所述经纱的支数为65-37s,捻度系数为460-500,所述纬纱规格为50D~300D,捻度系数为350~470;
2)染色,对制备好的经纱和纬纱进行染色,在染缸内加入水,浴比1:15~20,缓慢升高温度,升温到115℃~135℃,保温10~15分钟,然后皂洗到色彩稳固,在射频烘干机上烘干;
3)浆纱,首先以变性淀粉、磷酸酯淀粉、固态丙烯酸、蜡片、浆料、发泡剂和净洗剂为原料,在调浆桶内放入水,按规定次序缓缓投入羧甲基纤维素、褐藻酸钠、柔软剂、活性剂、淀粉分解剂以及防腐剂,在温度为26-35°的环境下,搅拌25-35min,用蒸汽加热至40-50℃,加水调整浓度,并调整其粘度和pH值,经管道输至浆纱机的浆槽备用,将经纱和纬纱加入至浆纱机中,完成浆纱;
4)织造成面料布,经纱和纬纱在喷气织机上织成面料布;
5)再处理,采用染整工艺对面料布进行再处理,形成保暖功能面料。
优选的,在步骤3中,所述柔软剂为牛脂、羊脂以及棉籽油中的一种或多种,所述表面活性剂为一种阴离子型或非离子型表面活性剂,所述淀粉分解剂为硅酸钠、氯胺T以及次氯酸钠中的一种或多种,所述防腐剂为一种α-萘酚。
优选的,在步骤5中,所述染整工艺指使用氯漂去除保暖功能面料的色素。
优选的,在步骤5中,所述染整工艺指使用起绒处理工艺通过旋转表面带有用于割断织物表面纤维的针刀的滚轮去除保暖功能面料表面的绒毛,使保暖功能面料光洁柔软。
优选的,在步骤5中,所述染整工艺指使用碱增加保暖功能面料涤纶的吸湿性能。
优选的,在步骤5中,所述染整工艺指通过液氨整理增加保暖功能面料光泽和柔软性;使用免烫整理使保暖功能面料表面光泽亮丽。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:面料制备所用纱线由远红外线纤维和涤纶长丝缠绕而成,具有远红外线纤维良好的远红外线功能和抗静电功能,能有效的蓄温保暖,促进血液循环,两种纤维的优劣势得到互补,在确保品质的同时,又大大降低了生产成本,所制得的吸光发热保暖功能面料在光照下发热,尤其在太阳光照射下,与现有技术的面料相比温度高 3-5℃,并能保温,而且还具备一定的耐洗涤、吸湿和抗皱性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
一种吸光发热保暖功能面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)制备经纱和纬纱,选用60%聚酯纤维和40%远红外纤维素纤维的混合纱线为经纱,选用65%聚丙烯纤维和35%聚脂中空纤维的混合纱线为纬纱,所述经纱的支数为60s,捻度系数为500,所述纬纱规格为200D,捻度系数为400;
2)染色,对制备好的经纱和纬纱进行染色,在染缸内加入水,浴比1:18,缓慢升高温度,升温到120℃,保温15分钟,然后皂洗到色彩稳固,在射频烘干机上烘干;
3)浆纱,首先以变性淀粉、磷酸酯淀粉、固态丙烯酸、蜡片、浆料、发泡剂和净洗剂为原料,在调浆桶内放入水,按规定次序缓缓投入羧甲基纤维素、褐藻酸钠、柔软剂、活性剂、淀粉分解剂以及防腐剂,在温度为30°的环境下,搅拌30min,用蒸汽加热至45℃,加水调整浓度,并调整其粘度和pH值,经管道输至浆纱机的浆槽备用,将经纱和纬纱加入至浆纱机中,完成浆纱;
4)织造成面料布,经纱和纬纱在喷气织机上织成面料布;
5)再处理,采用染整工艺对面料布进行再处理,形成保暖功能面料。
优选的,在步骤3中,所述柔软剂为牛脂、羊脂以及棉籽油中的一种或多种,所述表面活性剂为一种阴离子型或非离子型表面活性剂,所述淀粉分解剂为硅酸钠、氯胺T以及次氯酸钠中的一种或多种,所述防腐剂为一种α-萘酚。

1)制备经纱和纬纱,选用56%-70%聚酯纤维和30%-44%远红外纤维素纤维的混合纱线为经纱,选用60%-70%聚丙烯纤维和30%-40%聚脂中空纤维的混合纱线为纬纱,所述经纱的支数为65-37s,捻度系数为460-500,所述纬纱规格为50D~300D,捻度系数为350~470;
2)染色,对制备好的经纱和纬纱进行染色,在染缸内加入水,浴比1:15~20,缓慢升高温度,升温到115℃~135℃,保温10~15分钟,然后皂洗到色彩稳固,在射频烘干机上烘干;
3)浆纱,首先以变性淀粉、磷酸酯淀粉、固态丙烯酸、蜡片、浆料、发泡剂和净洗剂为原料,在调浆桶内放入水,按规定次序缓缓投入羧甲基纤维素、褐藻酸钠、柔软剂、活性剂、淀粉分解剂以及防腐剂,在温度为26-35°的环境下,搅拌25-35min,用蒸汽加热至40-50℃,加水调整浓度,并调整其粘度和pH值,经管道输至浆纱机的浆槽备用,将经纱和纬纱加入至浆纱机中,完成浆纱;

2.如权利要求1中所述的一种吸光发热保暖功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤3中,所述柔软剂为牛脂、羊脂以及棉籽油中的一种或多种,所述表面活性剂为一种阴离子型或非离子型表面活性剂,所述淀粉分解剂为硅酸钠、氯胺T以及次氯酸钠中的一种或多种,所述防腐剂为一种α-萘酚。

4.如权利要求1中所述的一种吸光发热保暖功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤5中,所述染整工艺指使用起绒处理工艺通过旋转表面带有用于割断织物表面纤维的针刀的滚轮去除保暖功能面料表面的绒毛,使保暖功能面料光洁柔软。
5.如权利要求1中所述的一种吸光发热保暖功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤5中,所述染整工艺指使用碱增加保暖功能面料涤纶的吸湿性能。
6.如权利要求1中所述的一种吸光发热保暖功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤5中,所述染整工艺指通过液氨整理增加保暖功能面料光泽和柔软性;使用免烫整理使保暖功能面料表面光泽亮丽。
