Abstract
本发明提出一种蜡感面料的制作方法,依次包括如下步骤:a、织造:采用锦纶织造成面料本体;b、前防泼水处理;c、涂覆涂层整理剂;d、烘干:在温度在100‑105℃进行烘干;e、后防泼水处理;f、烘焙:温度在160‑180℃进行烘焙,时间2‑4min。采用本发明的技术方案后,在锦纶面料上实现的蜡感印花,印花工艺简单、印花产量高,且色牢度非常好,蜡感印花,花型可变,印花效果具有蜡防印花大理石纹效果,花型时尚,蜡感印花性价比高,涂层整理剂价格约5元/码,蜡感涂层整理剂(即松香)价格2.5元/码,不需要开版,相当于热转移印花开版印的价格,性价比佳,且具有防泼水功能,并兼具手感、挺括度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及蜡感面料的制作方法和蜡感服装的制作方法。
背景技术
印花,是把各种花纹或图案印到纺织品上的加工工艺。印花元素变化多端,如大朵的花卉、零星的碎花、写实的花、抽象的花等,再加之色彩明暗不等、饱和度高低不同,便可形成与众不同的风格,深受男女老幼各个年龄段的喜爱,市场接受度比较高。
对于印花产品,消费者的要求是水洗不褪色变色、色泽鲜艳、手感柔软。目前,市场上运动服装最常见的三大材质(不含各种服装裁片印花工艺),棉类可通过活性印花获得各种怀旧复古的印花图案,涤纶类可通过热转移印花获得各种鲜艳精细的印花图案,深受广大消费者的喜爱,但只有锦纶类一直是单一的素色,与之匹配的酸性染料,二者结合的能力较差,且不具备热升华的特性,无法采用热转移印花工艺,溶于水的特性也比较差,采用冷转移印花工艺难度大,目前还没有成熟的印花工艺相匹配。
目前锦纶类材质最常见的印花工艺如下:
(1)酸性染料印花:采用平网或圆网去印,其工艺流程为经退浆等前处理的锦纶面料→印花→汽蒸→防沾色→冷水洗→固色→净洗→冷水洗,获得的印花产品手感柔软、色泽鲜艳,但存在致命缺陷,只是表面得色、轻拉泛白严重,色牢度差、水洗掉色变色;
(2)冷转移印花:利用溶解性好、稳定性好的酸性染料制成色浆,并调整色浆与纸张之间的表面张力,把花纹图案清晰的印在已涂好离型剂的纸上,烘干打卷,再将其浸轧印花前处理液,然后与转移纸对齐、贴合,通过转印单元纸上色浆溶解,在一定压力下,由于染料对锦纶的亲和性大于转移纸,染料转移到织物上,并进入织物间隙,最后纸与织物分离,再经烘干、汽蒸、水洗、定型得印花成品,获得的印花产品手感柔软、色牢度优异、节能环保,但印花工艺复杂、印花深度达不到、印花产量低、价格昂贵。
此外,上述两种印花工艺得到的花型都不可变,不具有可调性。
鉴于此,本案发明人对上述问题进行深入研究,遂有本案产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种印花工艺简单、印花产量高、印花色牢度高、印花花型可变、性价比高,同时兼顾手感、挺括度的蜡感面料的制作方法,本发明还提出一种蜡感服装的制作方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用这样的技术方案:
蜡感面料的制作方法,依次包括如下步骤:
a、织造:采用锦纶织造成面料本体;
b、前防泼水处理:将步骤a的面料本体进行防泼水处理;
本发明采用上胶-烘干-焙烘联在一起的联合机,能实现直接刮涂、烘干成型、焙烘交联。
c、涂覆涂层整理剂:在面料本体的表面上涂覆涂层整理剂形成涂层,涂层整理剂按如下配比配置:100重量份自乳化聚氨酯乳液、10-20份松香、5-10份交联剂以及5-10份增稠剂,涂层整理剂的PH在8-9,具体可以通过氨水来调整涂层整理剂的PH,松香的熔点在100-105℃;
d、烘干:在温度在100-105℃进行烘干;
e、后防泼水处理:将步骤d的面料本体进行防泼水处理;
f、烘焙:温度在160-180℃进行烘焙,时间2-4min。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述交联剂为N-羟甲基三聚氰胺或异氰酸酯。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述前防泼水处理是将面料本体浸轧泼水液并在80-100℃下烘干,使面料本体按GB/T 4745-2012标准达到洗前4级,5次洗后达到3级,泼水液为浓度为40-50g/L的ZJ-XR88无氟防水剂。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述涂层的厚度在0.015mm。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述后防泼水处理是将面料本体浸轧泼水液并在80-100℃下烘干,使面料本体按GB/T 4745-2012标准达到洗前4级,5次洗后达到3级,泼水液为浓度为40-50g/L的ZJ-XR88无氟防水剂。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述自乳化聚氨酯乳液为型号为AH-1618水性聚氨酯树脂。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述面料本体由经纱和纬纱以平纹组织的方式交织,所述经纱和所述纬纱均为40D/34F的FDY,所述面料本体的经密为196T,纬密为139T,克重70g/m2。
本发明还提出一种蜡感服装的制作方法,由多块面料拼接而成,所述面料采用上述蜡感面料的制作方法制作。
采用本发明的技术方案后,在锦纶面料上实现的蜡感印花,印花工艺简单、印花产量高,且色牢度非常好,蜡感印花,花型可变,印花效果具有蜡防印花大理石纹效果,花型时尚,蜡感印花性价比高,涂层整理剂价格约5元/码,蜡感整理剂(即松香)价格2.5元/码,不需要开版,相当于热转移印花开版印的价格,性价比佳,且具有防泼水功能,并兼具手感、挺括度。
具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面结合实施例进行详细阐述。
蜡感面料的制作方法,依次包括如下步骤:
a、织造:采用锦纶织造成面料本体;
b、前防泼水处理:将步骤a的面料本体进行防泼水处理;
c、涂覆涂层整理剂:在面料本体的表面上涂覆涂层整理剂形成涂层,涂层整理剂按如下配比配置:100重量份自乳化聚氨酯乳液、10-20份松香、5-10份交联剂以及5-10份增稠剂,涂层整理剂的PH在8-9,松香的熔点在100-105℃;
d、烘干:在温度在100-105℃进行烘干,烘干时间在1-3min,实施例为2min;在实施例中,在面料的反面涂覆涂层整理剂,在烘干过程中,水逐渐挥发,松香由于达到熔点由固态变成液态,分散到胶膜的表面、空隙内,并分散到面料的表面、空隙内,在走出烘干设备后,温度下降,蜡又成固态;蜡的这种存在状态,可以使涂层不发粘,可以降低涂层、布面的摩擦系数而使手感滑爽,提升涂层的耐磨性、泼水性;
e、后防泼水处理:将步骤d的面料本体进行防泼水处理;
f、烘焙:温度在160-180℃进行烘焙,时间2-4min。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述交联剂为N-羟甲基三聚氰胺或异氰酸酯,例如采用甲苯二异氰酸酯。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述前防泼水处理是将面料本体浸轧泼水液并在80-100℃下烘干,使面料本体按GB/T 4745-2012标准达到洗前4级,5次洗后达到3级,泼水液为浓度为40-50g/L的ZJ-XR88无氟防水剂。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述涂层的厚度在0.015mm。本发明中,涂层可以改善织物的外观、手感、硬挺度、高弹回复性以及防水等性能。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述后防泼水处理是将面料本体浸轧泼水液并在80-100℃下烘干,使面料本体按GB/T 4745-2012标准达到洗前4级,5次洗后达到3级,泼水液为浓度为40-50g/L的ZJ-XR88无氟防水剂。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述自乳化聚氨酯乳液为型号为AH-1618水性聚氨酯树脂,本发明的自乳化聚氨酯乳液可以直接从市面上购买。自乳化聚氨酯乳液中端羟基、酰胺基、脲基等反应性基团,锦纶上含有氨基、羧基等少量反应性基团,松香上还有双键、羧基等大量的反应性基团,交联剂上也带有反应性基团,再加上泼水液,五者之间进行交联反应,在反面上形成牢固的涂层胶膜;于此同时,泼水液、松香也进一步和锦纶纤维发生反应,在正面形成牢固的泼水膜、蜡膜。正面的蜡膜用手抓或折叠会在正面产生白痕而形成花型,具有蜡防印花大理石纹的纹理效果,经熨烫(温度高于105℃)蜡达到熔点融化,白痕消失,再重新手抓或折叠又会重新产生白痕形成新的花型,花型可根据个人喜好来改变。本发明的自乳化聚氨酯乳液并不限于AH-1618水性聚氨酯树脂,例如还可以采用授权公告号CN100460434C的中阴离子自乳化水性聚氨酯乳液。
本发明的涂层整理剂还可以根据需要,添加1-3重量份的消泡剂。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述面料本体由经纱和纬纱以平纹组织的方式交织,所述经纱和所述纬纱均为40D/34F的FDY,所述面料本体的经密为196T,纬密为139T,克重70g/m2。
本发明还提出一种蜡感服装的制作方法,由多块面料拼接而成,所述面料采用上述的蜡感面料的制作方法制作,服装可以为风衣、羽绒服或者棉服等。
本发明制作的面料和服装,检测数据如下:
综上所述,本发明得到蜡感印花面料成品,面料手感柔滑、挺括有型,梭织面料基本物化性,如强力、纰裂、色牢度、缩水、起毛起球、耐磨、防泼水等均可到达国标要求,服用性能优良。
本发明的产品形式并非限于本案实施例,任何人对其进行类似思路的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。
Claims (10)
1.蜡感面料的制作方法,其特征在于,依次包括如下步骤:
a、织造:采用锦纶织造成面料本体;
b、前防泼水处理:将步骤a的面料本体进行防泼水处理;
c、涂覆涂层整理剂:在面料本体的表面上涂覆涂层整理剂形成涂层,涂层整理剂按如下配比配置:100重量份自乳化聚氨酯乳液、10-20份松香、5-10份交联剂以及5-10份增稠剂,涂层整理剂的PH在8-9,松香的熔点在100-105℃;
d、烘干:在温度在100-105℃进行烘干;
e、后防泼水处理:将步骤d的面料本体进行防泼水处理;
f、烘焙:温度在160-180℃进行烘焙,时间2-4min。
2.如权利要求1所述的蜡感面料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤d中烘干的时间在1-3min。
3.如权利要求2所述的蜡感面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述交联剂为N-羟甲基三聚氰胺或异氰酸酯。
4.如权利要求3所述的蜡感面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸。
5.如权利要求3所述的蜡感面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述前防泼水处理是将面料本体浸轧泼水液并在80-100℃下烘干,使面料本体按GB/T 4745-2012标准达到洗前4级,5次洗后达到3级,泼水液为浓度为40-50g/L的ZJ-XR88无氟防水剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的蜡感面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述涂层的厚度在0.015mm。
7.如权利要求5所述的蜡感面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述后防泼水处理是将面料本体浸轧泼水液并在80-100℃下烘干,使面料本体按GB/T 4745-2012标准达到洗前4级,5次洗后达到3级,泼水液为浓度为40-50g/L的ZJ-XR88无氟防水剂。
8.如权利要求5所述的蜡感面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述自乳化聚氨酯乳液为型号为AH-1618水性聚氨酯树脂。
