本发明中,防水保暖织物面料层为高支纱线织造,由于纱线较细,毛羽过多,本发明采用高浓低粘的浆纱配方及工艺,使浆液浸润纱线内层,增大纤维间的抱合力,提高纱线断裂强度,使纱线更耐磨,承受织机机械作用及磨擦,降低织造断头率,提高可织性及产品质量。
本发明中,整理工序提供了防水保暖织物面料层两面均形成连续均一的防水膜层进一步提高防水性。
本发明中,防水保暖织物面料层的涂覆工序采用了氧化石墨烯改性TPU复合薄膜提高了面料的撕破强力、热合强力和耐水泡性能,并提供了防水性,气密性,及大大减轻重量的作用。

一种环保防水复合式保暖救生面料,所述的环保防水复合式保暖救生用面料包括防水保暖织物面料层、防水膜层及聚合物层,所述防水膜层整理于织物面料外层,聚合物层贴覆织物面料内层。
所述防水保暖织物面料层由芳纶/粘胶混纺纱,混纺比为35/65,30/70,其中一种,纱支60支以上。
一种根据所述的环保防水复合式保暖救生面料的生产方法,包括如下步骤:原料选配、浆纱、织造、刷毛、整理、涂覆;其中:
所述防水保暖织物面料层浆纱工序:利用卡尔迈耶浆纱机进行浆纱,浆液配制原则为高浓低粘的原则,浆料配方为:马来酸酐变性淀粉55kg,PVA2488浆料25kg,PVA0588浆料35kg,HX-88交联淀粉25kg,HA-soft80乳化蜡5kg,EL16抗静电剂3kg,浆桶含固量13.2%,浆桶温度97℃。
所述防水保暖织物面料层浆纱工序:遵循先轻压、后重压、低张力、贴毛羽的原则,上浆率为17%,回潮率为8%,增强率为65%,减伸率为30%,浆纱速度为45m/min,第Ⅰ压辊压力为15kN,第Ⅱ压辊压力为13kN;压辊硬度80HR,烘燥方式分层预烘,合并烘干预烘温度115℃,主烘温度110℃。
所述防水保暖织物面料层织造工序:利用津沅CH11喷气织机进行织造,选用二重平纹组织,布面形成一种致密蜂巢格状,经向紧度为90%,纬向紧度为55%,纬纱主喷嘴压力为3.0×105Pa,辅喷嘴压力为3.8×105Pa,车速600r/min。

所述防水保暖织物面料层整理工序:整理液按以下比例配制,PE-100润湿剂1.5g/L,NT-X620三防整理剂70g/L,GA-100蓬松柔软硅油20g/L。将防水保暖织物面料浸渍在整理液中,一浸一轧烘干定型,轧余率:65%,130℃烘干,且在150℃焙烘30秒,使得防水保暖织物面料层两面均形成连续均一的防水膜层。
所述防水保暖织物面料层涂覆工序:以氧化石墨烯改性TPU复合薄膜作为上层面料,防水保暖织物面料为下层面料,将防水保暖织物面料光面氧化石墨烯改性TPU复合薄膜复合导入OP-450GS连续式面料黏合机,薄膜厚度0.012mm,车速15cm/s、压强1.8MPa,温度150℃,制得成品。
具体实施例3
一种环保防水复合式保暖救生面料,所述的环保防水复合式保暖救生用面料包括防水保暖织物面料层、防水膜层及聚合物层,所述防水膜层整理于织物面料外层,聚合物层贴覆织物面料内层。
所述防水保暖织物面料层由聚酰亚胺/棉混纺纱或PBO纤维,混纺比为10/90,纱支60支以上。
一种根据所述的环保防水复合式保暖救生面料的生产方法,包括如下步骤:原料选配、浆纱、织造、刷毛、整理、涂覆;其中:
所述防水保暖织物面料层浆纱工序:利用卡尔迈耶浆纱机进行浆纱,浆液配制原则为高浓低粘的原则,浆料配方为:马来酸酐变性淀粉53kg,PVA2488浆料24kg,PVA0588浆料32kg,HX-88交联淀粉23kg,HA-soft80乳化蜡4kg,EL16抗静电剂2kg,浆桶含固量12.8%,浆桶温度94℃。
所述防水保暖织物面料层浆纱工序:遵循先轻压、后重压、低张力、贴毛羽的原则,上浆率为14%,回潮率为7%,增强率为59%,减伸率为27%,浆纱速度为39m/min,第Ⅰ压辊压力为13kN,第Ⅱ压辊压力为10kN;压辊硬度80HR,烘燥方式分层预烘,合并烘干预烘温度109℃,主烘温度107℃。
所述防水保暖织物面料层织造工序:利用津沅CH11喷气织机进行织造,选用二重平纹组织,布面形成一种致密蜂巢格状,经向紧度为80%,纬向紧度51%,纬纱主喷嘴压力为2.7×105Pa,辅喷嘴压力为3.6×105Pa,车速570r/min。
所述防水保暖织物面料层刷毛工序:刷毛前进行烧毛,烧毛工艺:火口二正一反,车速103m/min,火焰温度1060℃;采用碳素磨毛辊、金刚砂皮(300目)、磨料尼龙刷丝中的一种或两种对面料一面进行两道磨毛,产生短桃皮绒,使得面料具备物理防水效果,工艺条件车速19m/min。
所述防水保暖织物面料层整理工序:整理液按以下比例配制,PE-100润湿剂0.9g/L,NT-X620三防整理剂60g/L,GA-100蓬松柔软硅油17g/L。将防水保暖织物面料浸渍在整理液中,一浸一轧烘干定型,轧余率:62%,130℃烘干,且在150℃焙烘30秒,使得防水保暖织物面料层两面均形成连续均一的防水膜层。
所述防水保暖织物面料层涂覆工序:以氧化石墨烯改性TPU复合薄膜作为上层面料,防水保暖织物面料为下层面料,将防水保暖织物面料光面氧化石墨烯改性TPU复合薄膜复合导入OP-450GS连续式面料黏合机,薄膜厚度0.011mm,车速13cm/s、压强1.4MPa,温度140℃,制得成品。
本发明工艺简单,可实现大规模自动化生产,具有良好的应用前景,面料质量轻、强力高、耐割磨性能好,亲肤舒适、具有良好的气密性、和防水、防污、撕破强力、热合强力和耐水泡性能好。
本发明中,防水保暖织物面料层原料为超高分子量聚乙烯/咖啡碳混纺纱,芳纶/粘胶混纺纱,聚酰亚胺/棉混纺纱或PBO纤维其中一种或几种,其中超高分子量聚乙烯、芳纶、聚酰亚胺和PBO纤维提供了强力高、耐割磨性能,咖啡碳、粘胶、棉、聚酰亚胺纤维提供了亲肤舒适及保暖性能。
本发明中,防水保暖织物面料层为高支高密的紧密结构面料,面料组织间隙小,使得水无法润湿面料,具备一定的物理防水性能。
本发明中,防水保暖织物面料层为二重平纹组织,布面形成一种致密蜂巢格状,在此基础上进行磨毛处理形成短桃皮绒面料,在面料表层形成类似荷叶表面的微小致密的绒毛组织,具备一定的物理防水性能,强化物理防水性能,由于物理防水性能的提高,减少后道防水整理剂涂覆剂实用,有一定的环保性。
本发明中,防水保暖织物面料层为高支纱线织造,由于纱线较细,毛羽过多,本发明采用高浓低粘的浆纱配方及工艺,使浆液浸润纱线内层,增大纤维间的抱合力,提高纱线断裂强度,使纱线更耐磨,承受织机机械作用及磨擦,降低织造断头率,提高可织性及产品质量。
本发明中,整理工序提供了防水保暖织物面料层两面均形成连续均一的防水膜层进一步提高防水性。
本发明中,防水保暖织物面料层的涂覆工序采用了氧化石墨烯改性TPU复合薄膜提高了面料的撕破强力、热合强力和耐水泡性能,并提供了防水性,气密性,及大大减轻重量的作用。

Claims (8)

1.一种环保防水复合式保暖救生面料,其特征在于:所述的环保防水复合式保暖救生用面料包括防水保暖织物面料层、防水膜层及聚合物层,所述防水膜层整理于织物面料外层,聚合物层贴覆织物面料内层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保防水复合式保暖救生面料,其特征在于:所述防水保暖织物面料层由超高分子量聚乙烯/咖啡碳混纺纱,芳纶/粘胶混纺纱,聚酰亚胺/棉混纺纱或PBO纤维其中一种或几种,混纺比为50/50,35/65,30/70,10/90其中一种或几种,纱支60支以上。
3.一种根据权利要求1所述的环保防水复合式保暖救生面料的生产方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:原料选配、浆纱、织造、刷毛、整理、涂覆;其中:
所述防水保暖织物面料层浆纱工序:利用卡尔迈耶浆纱机进行浆纱,浆液配制原则为高浓低粘的原则,浆料配方为:马来酸酐变性淀粉50-55kg,PVA2488浆料20-25kg,PVA0588浆料30-35kg,HX-88交联淀粉20-25kg,HA-soft80乳化蜡3-5kg,EL16抗静电剂1-3kg,浆桶含固量12.4-13.2%,浆桶温度92-97℃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保防水复合式保暖救生面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述防水保暖织物面料层浆纱工序:遵循先轻压、后重压、低张力、贴毛羽的原则,上浆率为12%-17%,回潮率为6-8%,增强率为55-65%,减伸率为25-30%,浆纱速度为35-45m/min,第Ⅰ压辊压力为10-15kN,第Ⅱ压辊压力为8-13kN;压辊硬度80HR,烘燥方式分层预烘,合并烘干预烘温度102-115℃,主烘温度100-110℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的环保防水复合式保暖救生面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述防水保暖织物面料层织造工序:利用津沅CH11喷气织机进行织造,选用二重平纹组织,布面形成一种致密蜂巢格状,经向紧度为70-90%,纬向紧度为45%-55%,纬纱主喷嘴压力为2.5×105Pa-3.0×105Pa,辅喷嘴压力为3.4×105Pa-3.8×105Pa,车速550-600r/min。
6.根据权利要求3所述的环保防水复合式保暖救生面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述防水保暖织物面料层刷毛工序:刷毛前进行烧毛,烧毛工艺:火口二正一反,车速95-110m/min,火焰温度1000-1100℃;采用碳素磨毛辊、金刚砂皮(100-500目)、磨料尼龙刷丝中的一种或两种对面料一面进行两道磨毛,产生短桃皮绒,使得面料具备物理防水效果,工艺条件车速12-25m/min。
7.根据权利要求3所述的环保防水复合式保暖救生面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述防水保暖织物面料层整理工序:整理液按以下比例配制,PE-100润湿剂0.5-1.5g/L,NT-X620三防整理剂50-70g/L,GA-100蓬松柔软硅油10-20g/L。将防水保暖织物面料浸渍在整理液中,一浸一轧烘干定型,轧余率:60-65%,130℃烘干,且在150℃焙烘30秒,使得防水保暖织物面料层两面均形成连续均一的防水膜层。
8.根据权利要求3所述的环保防水复合式保暖救生面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述防水保暖织物面料层涂覆工序:以氧化石墨烯改性TPU复合薄膜作为上层面料,防水保暖织物面料为下层面料,将防水保暖织物面料光面氧化石墨烯改性TPU复合薄膜复合导入OP-450GS连续式面料黏合机,薄膜厚度为0.010-0.012mm,车速10-15cm/s、压强1.2-1.8MPa,温度130-150℃,制得成品。
