鸡内金:健胃消食,涩精止遗,通淋化石。
明党参:清肺,化痰,平肝,和胃,解毒。
莲子:补脾止泻,止带,益肾涩精,养心安神。
地瓜皮:富含大量的粗纤维和C、B族维生素,在抗衰、美肤上功效更胜地瓜心;另外,地瓜皮中富含胡萝卜素和维生素A,维生素A具有护眼明目的作用;地瓜皮还具有抗癌防癌的功效。
海参:味甘咸,补肾,益精髓,摄小便,壮阳疗痿,其性温补,足敌人参,故名海参;海参具有提高记忆力、增强免疫力、延缓性腺衰老,防止动脉硬化以及抗肿瘤等作用。

所述八珍代餐粉系列的使用方法:用350mL 100℃开水冲泡35g八珍代餐粉,搅拌均匀即可食用,代替早餐食用。
