目前,含铬皮屑的回收利用方式主要分为脱铬回收和不脱铬回收。不脱铬回收一般是将含铬皮屑回用于制革工业;脱铬回收其方法一般是将含铬皮屑用酸水分解为适当分子量的含铬胶原多肽后直接用于皮革填充,因此有大量有关用含铬皮屑制备皮革用填充剂的相关报道。而脱铬回收方法较为复杂,其生产成本仍较高,而若采用不脱铬回收的方式再利用含铬皮屑,生产的皮革产品无真皮感,手感粗糙,其质量有待进一步改善。
静电植绒是利用高压静电电场,将绒毛植到各种基布的表面,一般在基布表面会有一层植绒胶黏剂,因此绒毛会被粘附于基布表面,待胶黏剂固化后,即得静电植绒产品。而目前未见有直接利用废旧含铬皮屑制作静电植绒用粉末状绒毛的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种用废旧含铬皮屑制作具有细腻爽滑手感的静电植绒用粉末状绒毛的方法,用该方法制得的静电植绒用粉末状绒毛手感细腻爽滑,并可赋予静电植绒产品良好的真皮感。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
用废旧含铬皮屑制作具有细腻爽滑手感的静电植绒用粉末状绒毛的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将废旧含铬皮屑粉碎至颗粒状,并干燥至含水量48%-55%,得颗粒料;
步骤二:将步骤一所得颗粒料烘干至含水量20%-30%,得烘干料;
步骤三:将步骤二所得烘干料静置95-105天,过筛筛选,得筛选料;
步骤四:将步骤三所得筛选料浸入有机溶剂中,按筛选料质量计,加入0.05%-0.1%手感剂,搅拌30-40min,排液,得一次处理料;
步骤五:将步骤四所得一次处理料置于缸中,按照步骤三所得筛选料质量计,加入1%-2%脱脂剂,运行20-30min,加入1.5%-2%渗透剂运行20-30min,加入1%-2%碳酸氢钠、4%-4.5%甲酸钠及0.5%-0.8%柠檬酸钠,运行25-30min,加入2%-3%染料,加入1.2%-1.7%固色剂,运行25-35min,再加入1.5%-2.5%染料,升温至50-55℃,运行25-35min,加入1%-2%固色剂,运行8-12min,加入7%-8%加脂剂,运行40-50min,加入4.5%-5.5%氯化钠,运行5-15min,加入0.8%-1.2%爽滑剂,运行40-50min,出缸,脱水至含水量50%-60%,继续烘干至含水量15%-20%,即得所述静电植绒用粉末状绒毛。

本发明利用废旧含铬皮屑制作静电植绒用粉末状绒毛,制得的粉末状绒毛手感细腻爽滑,将该粉末状绒毛采用静电植绒方法植入在基布表面,具有优异的仿皮效果和良好的真皮感,且绒面手感细腻,柔软平滑。此外,本发明合理利用了废旧含铬皮屑,绿色环保,且方法简便易行,可大范围推广应用。
在本发明方法中,烘干料经过长时间自然放置后,可以使粉碎料进一步干燥,但是干燥后皮屑会不规则卷曲,导致某些皮屑颗粒体积过大,故需要进一步过筛筛选;步骤四中手感剂的加入使皮屑具有柔软绵滑感,可确保最终的静电植绒粉末状绒毛的手感,使其爽滑细腻,而有机溶剂可促使手感剂更好的渗入皮屑表面;步骤五的再处理进一步增强了皮屑的手感和真皮感,爽滑剂的使用可以使制得的粉末状绒毛具有平滑干爽的效果。
