为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:本发明的沙棘蜂王浆冻干粉压片糖果,其组成及重量百分比为:
沙棘冻干粉10-28%
蜂王浆冻干粉5-8%
辅酶Q10 0.5-1.5%
异麦芽酮糖30-60%
低聚木糖1-5%
甜菊糖苷1-3%
本发明的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)分别称取原料沙棘冻干粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、辅酶Q10、异麦芽酮糖、低聚木糖、甜菊糖苷,经粉碎后过120目筛;
(2)按百分比配备原料;
(3)再将配备好的原料加入搅拌机里,搅拌使其混合均匀,制得软料,并将软料过20目筛进行造粒,制得湿颗粒;
(4)将湿颗粒进行干燥,得到干物料;
(5)待冷却后将干物料进行破碎处理,过40目筛进行整粒;
(6)将干颗粒加入搅拌机里,高速搅拌使其混合均匀,得到粉料;
(7)对粉料进行压片,制得压片糖果。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备简单,携带方便,且具有增强免疫力、抗疲劳、改善睡眠、美白祛斑,能够发挥调节血脂及胆固醇含量功效的压片糖果。

一种沙棘蜂王浆冻干粉压片糖果,由下述重量份的原料制得:沙棘冻干粉25、蜂王浆冻干粉5、辅酶Q10 1.5、异麦芽酮糖60、低聚木糖5、甜菊糖苷3。
沙棘蜂王浆冻干粉压片糖果,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取原料沙棘冻干粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、辅酶Q10、异麦芽酮糖、低聚木糖、甜菊糖苷,经粉碎后过120目筛;
(2)按百分比配备原料;
(3)再将配备好的原料加入搅拌机里,并向搅拌机里加入粘合剂,搅拌使其混合均匀,制得软料,并将软料过20目筛进行造粒,制得湿颗粒;
(4)将湿颗粒进行干燥,干燥温度为55℃,干燥时间为250分钟,得到干物料;
(5)待冷却后将干物料进行破碎处理,过40目筛进行整粒;
(6)将干颗粒加入搅拌机里,并将润滑剂、崩解剂加入搅拌机里,高速搅拌5分钟使其混合均匀,得到粉料;
(7)对粉料进行压片,制得压片糖果。

1.一种增强免疫力的沙棘蜂王浆冻干粉压片糖果及其制备方法,其特征在于包含沙棘冻干粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、辅酶Q10、异麦芽酮糖、低聚木糖、甜菊糖苷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沙棘蜂王浆冻干粉压片糖果,其特征在于包含沙棘冻干粉10-28%、蜂王浆冻干粉5-8%、辅酶Q10 0.5-1.5%、异麦芽酮糖30-60%、低聚木糖1-5%、甜菊糖苷1-3%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的沙棘蜂王浆冻干粉压片糖果的方法,制备包括以下步骤:称量、前处理、配料、混合、制粒、干燥、压片、包装而制得。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
(1)分别称取原料沙棘冻干粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、辅酶Q10、异麦芽酮糖、低聚木糖、甜菊糖苷,经粉碎后过120目筛;
(2)按百分比配备原料;
(3)再将配备好的原料加入搅拌机里,搅拌使其混合均匀,制得软料,并将软料过20目筛进行造粒,制得湿颗粒;
(4)将湿颗粒进行干燥,得到干物料;
(5)待冷却后将干物料进行破碎处理,过40目筛进行整粒;
(6)将干颗粒加入搅拌机里,高速搅拌使其混合均匀,得到粉料;
(7)对粉料进行压片,制得压片糖果。
5.根据权利要求4所述的压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,干燥温度为55℃,干燥时间为4~5小时。
