Abstract
本发明涉及一种刺梨猴菇液的萃取方法,其具体步骤为:首先在无菌环境中,将猴头菇原种直接接入培养袋的培养料中,封口后将已接种的培养袋放在24℃恒温培养室内进行培养;培养料由100%纯刺梨渣组成,培养生料含水量在50~60%;然后将已接种的猴头菇培养袋,摆放至培养室的架子上,在24℃的恒温下进行培养;当菌丝体长满培养袋的5天后,去除菌袋和原种老菌块,将剩余菌块粉碎后,在75℃高温恒温下进行水液萃取,萃取时间为20~30min,然后对萃取液进行过滤,离心处理,除去杂质,获得清液,进行装瓶,灭菌。采用本发明萃取法获得的液体,营养丰富,成分天然,其过程操作简单,营养损失小,生产成本低。

技术领域
本发明属于食用菌栽培技术领域,特别涉及一种刺梨猴菇液的萃取方法。
背景技术
猴头菇(Hericium erinaceus),隶属红菇目(Russulales)猴头菇属(Hericium),别名猴头菌、刺猬菌对口蘑。猴头菇多发生于秋季的深山栎类(Quercus)及其他阔叶树的活立木枯节、树洞和腐木上。其分布广泛,主要集中在亚洲、欧洲和北美洲,在我国以大兴安岭、天山、西南横断山脉和喜马拉雅山脉等林区较多。该菌肉质细嫩爽口,素有“山珍猴头,海味燕窝”之称,不仅具有较高的营养价值,而且药用价值显著,其所含多糖类和多肽类物质不仅具有增强胃黏膜屏障、促进溃疡愈合、消炎等左右,而且具有较高的抗癌活性。
刺梨(Rosa roxburghii),蔷薇科(Rosaceae)蔷薇属(Rose),为多年生落叶灌木缫丝花的果实,果实表面布满肉刺、青中透黄,果实形圆饱满、梨香浓郁,酸甜适中,因每百克刺梨果肉中含维生素就高达2000毫克,素有“维C之王”的美誉。其药用价值在各类梨果品种中也是最高的,刺梨果富含的超氧化物歧化酶是国际公认具有抗衰、防癌作用的活性物质,还具有抗病毒、抗辐射的作用,在心血管、消化***和各种肿瘤疾病防治方面,应用十分广泛。截止到2016年底,全省刺梨鲜果产量达13.33万吨,然而刺梨果加工产品销售量约为鲜果销售量的2倍,大量剩余的刺梨果残渣未得到有效利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种刺梨猴菇液的萃取方法,该方法能够快速获得一种营养丰富,香味独特的刺梨猴菇液。
一种刺梨猴菇液的萃取方法,其具体步骤为:
①猴头菇固体菌种制备:在无菌环境中,将猴头菇原种直接接入培养袋的培养料中,封口,然后将已接种的培养袋放在24℃恒温培养室内进行培养;培养料由100%纯刺梨渣组成,培养生料含水量在50~60%;
②接种培养料的培养:将已接种的猴头菇培养袋,摆放至培养室的架子上,在24℃的恒温下进行培养;
③刺梨猴菇液的萃取:菌丝体长满培养袋的5天后,去除菌袋和原种老菌块,将菌块粉碎后在75℃高温恒温下进行水液萃取,萃取时间为20~30min,然后对萃取液进行过滤,过滤后进行离心处理,离心过程中,转速1500r/min,时长5min,由此除去杂质,获得清液,进行装瓶,灭菌。
本发明萃取方法的有益效果为:
(1)本发明使用的培养料为刺梨榨汁后的残渣。刺梨作为第三代水果,可直接食用,在贵州贫瘠山区普遍种植,具有生长速度快,产量高,管理粗放等特点。将刺梨果残渣变废为宝的同时,降低猴头菇栽培对木屑、棉籽壳等原料的依赖问题。
(2)本发明采用高温水液萃取法获得的液体,营养丰富,成分天然,其过程操作简单,能源节约,营养损失小,生产成本低,可推广使用。
具体实施方式
刺梨富含超氧化物歧化酶(简称SOD),SOD是国际公认具有抗衰、防癌作用的活性物质,还具有抗病毒、抗辐射的作用,在心血管、消化***和各种肿瘤疾病防治方面,应用十分广泛。而猴菇菌是一种药食两用的真菌,性平,味甘,利五脏,具有助消化,滋补,抗癌、治疗神经衰弱的功效,其广泛应用于医药领域。技术人员将两者的通过特殊处理,获得一种营养丰富的保健食品。
