本发明公开了一种防水透气复合面料,复合面料由防水层、过滤层以及透气内层组成,其中:所述防水层按重量份计由以下成份组成:水性聚氨酯24‑28份,聚乙烯8‑12份,聚乳酸6‑10份,抗氧剂2‑6份,表面活性剂0.5‑0.8份,有机溶剂15‑25份;所述过滤层按重量份计由以下成份组成:纳米碳纤维25‑35份,纳米远红外涤纶短纤维12‑17份,纳米聚酯纤维4‑9份;所述透气内层按重量份计由以下成份组成:棉25‑35份,聚酯纤维14‑22份,竹炭纤维10‑16份。本发明的一种防水透气复合面料,本复合面料不仅具有防水的特性,可以防止水渗透衣服内侧,造成不舒服,而且还透气,可以防臭,给人舒适的感觉。

技术领域
本发明涉及衣服面料领域,尤其涉及一种防水透气复合面料。
背景技术
衣服古代作为御寒物品,但是随着社会的发展,人们给它给予了更多意义,比如:具有遮羞的功能、形象标志的功能、体现和反映了一定的科技发展水平、反映一定文化内涵的功能。
衣服最终还是要回归其本质的作用,御寒保暖,追求实际作用的功能。
现有的很多衣服面料都有其特定的特性,比如:抗菌、防水、防汗、透气。
但是,现有的面料特性比较单一,以防水为例,现有衣服面料具如果有防水的功能,则其面料为密不透风,将雨水抵挡在外面,这样就不具有透气以及防臭的功能;现有衣服面料如果具有透气的功能,则其必定有孔洞,才能透气,这样就导致水也能透过,达不到防水的功能。所以说现在的衣服面料不能同时达到防水透气的优点,功能比较单一。

由以上数表,可以看出,本复合面料透水率特别低,可以防住99.5%以上的水,且透气性良好,强度高,抗撕裂强度高,经久耐用。
