复合面料是将一层或多层纺织材料、无纺材料及其他功能材料经粘结贴合而成的一种新型材料。
复合面料是一种非织造面料,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过整理形成的无编织的布料,具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品。优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,而且还有棉质的感觉。它是新一代环保材料,具有无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富等特点,
传统的复合面料,主要分为天然材料和人造材料两大类。天然材料最常用的主要有棉布,丝织物等,它们具有柔软舒适,透气性好的优点,受到人们的青睐。但是,它们也存在不少缺点,如不防水,易皱难打理。这在一定程度上限制了这些布料的使用范围。如当在一些潮湿、多水的环境中,人们就不能在使用这些面料。而另一种被人们广泛使用的面料就是一些尼龙,聚会纤维等人造的化工面料。与天然织物不同的是,这些化工面料具有良好的防水性,而且轻薄抗皱耐用,容易打理。可是,这些人造化工材料往往透气性很差,舒适度不及棉布等天然织物。
针对上述技术问题,故需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种防水透气复合面料,是由多层面料复合而成的,在保证防水功能的同时,还具有透气功能。
为了达到以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种防水透气复合面料,包括从上至下依次布设的防水层、上复合面料层、基布层和下复合面料层;所述上复合面料层和下复合面料层分别连接在所述基布层的上下两面;所述基布层与上复合面料层和下复合面料层之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网和下纤维网,所述上复合面料层与上纤维网之间以及下复合面料层与下纤维网之间均通过胶水粘接。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述上复合面料层和下复合面料层均为透气面料,该透气面料由竹炭纤维面料组成,竹炭纤维面料包括若干横向经纱线和纵向纬纱线交织而成,形成网状结构。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述基布层为涤纶纤维织物,所述涤纶纤维的纤维度为10~400旦尼尔,所述涤纶纤维的复数为5~300。

实施例1:如图1-2所示,一种防水透气复合面料,包括从上至下依次布设的防水层9、上复合面料层1、基布层2和下复合面料层3;所述上复合面料层1和下复合面料层3分别连接在所述基布层2的上下两面;所述基布层2与上复合面料层1和下复合面料层3之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网6和下纤维网7,所述上复合面料层1与上纤维网6之间以及下复合面料层3与下纤维网7之间均通过胶水粘接。
胶水一般采用热熔胶胶连固定,通过热熔 胶胶连能保证上复合面料层1、上纤维网6、基布层2、下纤维网7和下复合面料层3之间无缝固定,进一步提高防水性能;通过上纤维网6和下纤维网7将网布层2压在中间,然后再粘合即可,提高了复合面料的整体牢固性,延长了使用寿命。
上纤维网6和下纤维网7的表面均设置有突起纹路,所述突起纹路为网格状或者条状;上纤维网6和下纤维网7上形成的突起纹路与上复合面料层1和下复合面料层3上形成的网状结构位置相对应;采用上述方案,使得防水透气复合面料的通透性更好,能增大面料的透气性。

基布层2为涤纶纤维织物,所述涤纶纤维的纤维度为10~400旦尼尔,所述涤纶纤维的复数为5~300。
基布层2为普通涤纶纤维织物,主要起支撑作用。基布层2的涤 纶纤维的纤维度为10~400旦尼尔(Denier)。本领域技术人员应当知晓,旦数或旦尼尔,是指在公定回潮率下,9000米纱线或纤维所具有重量的克数,克重越大纱线或纤维越粗,常用来表示化纤长丝、真丝等。
优选地,涤纶纤维的纤维度为10~100旦尼尔。更为优选地,涤纶纤维的纤 维度为30~70旦尼尔。
本实施例中,基布层2的涤纶纤维的复数为5~300,优选地,涤纶纤维的复数为30~100。本领域技术人员应当知晓,复数(F)表示纺丝时使用喷丝板的孔 数,也表示该规格的丝具有的单丝根数,例如72F,意思是纺丝时使用的喷丝板 有72孔,即该纤维有72根单丝。
粘合层4为PU/PVDF胶黏层,PU(Polyurethane)中文名是聚氨酯,PVDF (PloyVinylidene Fluoride)中文名是聚偏氟乙烯。PU/PVDF胶黏层的要成分是 PU/PVDF胶黏剂,将PU/PVDF胶黏剂用静电喷涂形式喷于机织物基布上,按 需求可配制不同PU/PVDF胶黏剂,从而可控制喷在基布上的PU/PVDF胶黏剂 的形态,分为液滴状(点状)和纤维状。胶黏剂的形状对复合织物中纳米膜与 基布间的胶黏强度,以及整个复合织物的防水透气性能有直接影响。
当PU/PVDF胶黏剂喷在基布上后,运用高压静电纺丝的方法将热塑性聚氨 酯以纳米纤维的形式喷于附有胶黏剂的基布上形成一层均匀的纳米纤维膜。 通过控制聚氨酯溶液浓度、静电纺丝时间和纺丝电压等调控纳米纤维膜的厚度, 从而调节整个复合织物的防水透气性能。
本实施例中,纳米纤维膜的厚度是1~600微米,纤维平均直径是50~1000 纳米。优选地,纳米纤维膜的厚度是10~200微米,纤维平均直径是400~600纳米。
实施例2:
本实施例内容与实施例1内容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例1不同的是:
如图3所示,防水层9为硅胶材质,硅胶的表面上布满若干个透散湿气的微孔9-1,通过微孔9-1增加面料的通透性。
防水层9由以下重量份的原料制备而成:N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮1~5份,异氰酸酯2-10份,邻羟基苯甲酸钠40-60份,二氧化硅20-40份,防水浓缩液树脂80~150份,无水助剂10-20份,水性硅油40~50份,去离子水500~1000份;催化剂5-10份,柔顺剂 10~20份,所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为15~25%的水性 氟碳树脂和75~85%的去离子水组成。
本发明的一种防水透气复合面料,具有使用寿命较长,具有一定的防水效果设计巧妙,防水性能好且具有透气性的优点,提高了市场竞争力,达到了结构简单和设计合理的目的。
实施例3;
本实施例内容与实施例2内容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例2不同的是:本实施例中防水层9由以下重量份的原料制备而成:N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮2份,异氰酸酯5份,邻羟基苯甲酸钠50份,二氧化硅30份,防水浓缩液树脂100份,无水助剂15份,水性硅油45份,去离子水800份;催化剂8份,柔顺剂15份,所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为20%的水性氟碳树脂和80%的去离子水组成。
实施例4;
本实施例内容与实施例2内容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例2不同的是:本实施例中防水层9由以下重量份的原料制备而成:N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮1.2份,异氰酸酯6.6份,邻羟基苯甲酸钠50份,二氧化硅30份,防水浓缩液树脂101.33份,无水助剂14.88份,水性硅油44.55份,去离子水788.55份;催化剂5.88份,柔顺剂12份,所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为14%的水性氟碳树脂和77%的去离子水组成。
实施例5;
本实施例内容与实施例2内容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例2不同的是:本实施例中防水层9由以下重量份的原料制备而成:N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮3.6份,异氰酸酯6.6份,邻羟基苯甲酸钠50份,二氧化硅30份,防水浓缩液树脂101.33份,无水助剂14.88份,水性硅油44.55份,去离子水788.55份;催化剂5.88份,柔顺剂12份,所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为14%的水性氟碳树脂和77%的去离子水组成;
与实施例4不同的是,本方案中将有N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮的重量份由1.2份调整为3.6份;将异氰酸酯的重量份由6.6份调整为8.8份,申请人发现,调整上述两种组分以后,该防水层9的与上复合面料层1的吸附能力强,结构稳定,耐低温性能好。
实施例6;
本实施例内容与实施例2内容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例2不同的是:本实施例中防水层9由以下重量份的原料制备而成:N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮3.6份,异氰酸酯6.6份,邻羟基苯甲酸钠50份,二氧化硅30份,防水浓缩液树脂101.33份,无水助剂14.88份,水性硅油44.55份,去离子水788.55份;催化剂9.5份,柔顺剂18份,所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为14%的水性氟碳树脂和77%的去离子水组成;
与实施例5不同的是,本方案中将有柔顺剂的重量份由12份调整为18份;将催化剂的重量份由5.88份调整为9.5份,申请人发现,调整上述两种组分以后,该防水层9的表面相对柔软,手感柔软,丰满,有弹性。
实施例7;
本实施例内容与实施例2内容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例2不同的是:本实施例中防水层9由以下重量份的原料制备而成:N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮3.6份,异氰酸酯6.6份,邻羟基苯甲酸钠50份,二氧化硅30份,防水浓缩液树脂101.33份,无水助剂14.88份,水性硅油44.55份,去离子水788.55份;催化剂5.88份,柔顺剂12份,所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为21%的水性氟碳树脂和83%的去离子水组成;与实施例6不同的是,本方案中将水性氟碳树脂由质量分数为14%调整为21%,去离子水由质量分数77%调整为83%,申请人发现,调整上述两种组分以后,该防水层9的防水性能提高一倍,并且不会降低复合面料的牢度和艳度。
实施例8
本实施例内容与实施例2容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例2同的是:本实施例中防水层9由以下重量份的原料制备而成:N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮1份,异氰酸酯2份,邻羟基苯甲酸钠50份,二氧化硅30份,防水浓缩液树脂80份,无水助剂10份,水性硅油40份,去离子水500份;催化剂5份,柔顺剂10份,所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为15%的水性氟碳树脂和75%的去离子水组成。
实施例9
本实施例内容与实施例2容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例2同的是:本实施例中防水层9由以下重量份的原料制备而成:N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮5份,异氰酸酯10份,邻羟基苯甲酸钠50份,二氧化硅30份,防水浓缩液树脂150份,无水助剂20份,水性硅油50份,去离子水1000份;催化剂10份,柔顺剂20份,所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为25%的水性氟碳树脂和85%的去离子水组成。
实施例10
本实施例内容与实施例2容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,与实施例2同的是:本实施例中防水层9由以下重量份的原料制备而成:N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮5份,异氰酸酯10份,邻羟基苯甲酸钠60份,二氧化硅40份,防水浓缩液树脂150份,无水助剂20份,水性硅油50份,去离子水1000份;催化剂10份,柔顺剂20份,所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为25%的水性氟碳树脂和85%的去离子水组成。
与实施例9同的是,本方案中将邻羟基苯甲酸钠的重量份由50份调整为60份,二氧化硅的重量份由30份调整为40份,申请人发现,调整上述两种组分以后,该防水层9的透气量在160-208m3/m2·s,防水层9具有良好的防水透气性能。

Claims (10)

1.一种防水透气复合面料,其特征在于:包括从上至下依次布设的防水层(9)、上复合面料层(1)、基布层(2)和下复合面料层(3);所述上复合面料层(1)和下复合面料层(3)分别连接在所述基布层(2)的上下两面;所述基布层(2)与上复合面料层(1)和下复合面料层(3)之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网(6)和下纤维网(7),所述上复合面料层(1)与上纤维网(6)之间以及下复合面料层(3)与下纤维网(7)之间均通过胶水粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气复合面料,其特征在于:所述上复合面料层(1)和下复合面料层(3)均为透气面料,该透气面料由竹炭纤维面料组成,竹炭纤维面料包括若干横向经纱线(3-1)和纵向纬纱线(3-2)交织而成,形成网状结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气复合面料,其特征在于:所述基布层(2)为涤纶纤维织物,所述涤纶纤维的纤维度为10~400旦尼尔,所述涤纶纤维的复数为5~300。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水透气复合面料,其特征在于:所述横向经纱线(3-1)和纵向纬纱线(3-2)为双股单纱构成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防水透气复合面料,其特征在于:所述横向经纱线(3-1)和纵向纬纱线(3-2)为芳纶纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气复合面料,其特征在于:所述防水层(9)与上复合面料层(1)之间设置有粘合层(4),所述防水层(9)为纳米纤维膜,所述纳米纤维膜的厚度是1~600微米,纤维平均直径是50~1000纳米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气复合面料,其特征在于:所述防水层(9)为硅胶材质,硅胶的表面上布满若干个透散湿气的微孔(9-1)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气复合面料,其特征在于:所述上纤维网(6)和下纤维网(7)的表面均设置有突起纹路,所述突起纹路为网格状或者条状。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种防水透气复合面料,其特征在于:所述上纤维网(6)和下纤维网(7)上形成的突起纹路与上复合面料层(1)和下复合面料层(3)上形成的网状结构位置相对应。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐摩复合面料,其特征在于:所述防水层(9)由以下重量份的原料制备而成:N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮1~5份,异氰酸酯2-10份,邻羟基苯甲酸钠40-60份,二氧化硅20-40份,防水浓缩液树脂80~150份,无水助剂10-20份,水性硅油40~50份,去离子水500~1000份;催化剂5-10份,柔顺剂 10~20份,所述防水浓缩液树脂由质量分数为15~25%的水性 氟碳树脂和75~85%的去离子水组成。
