本发明公开一种薄壁硬质金属圆管的密封连接结构,包括有连接件、硬质金属圆管以及帽盖,连接件的连接端和金属圆管的连接端分别形成相互插接的光滑圆锥曲面的子接头和母接头,帽盖套箍金属圆管与连接件的连接端紧固连接,把金属圆管的母接头压接在连接件的子接头上,子接头圆球曲面的球面半径大于母接头圆球曲面的半径。本发明密封连接结构通过设置子接头和母接头之间的球面半径差,利用帽盖施加的轴向压力,使薄壁硬质金属圆管母接头的球面自外边沿向内产生弹性变形,在子接头的球面上形成一个持续紧压的紧密配合环带,从而不需借助其它密封件就能达到良好的密封效果,实现薄壁硬质金属圆管的无密封件密封连接,可有效延长接头的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属管的密封连接技术领域,尤其是指不锈钢等硬质金属圆管的密封连接结构。
背景技术
民用常规低压流体如自来水、天然气等介质的输送,已经开始采用性能更可靠的薄壁不锈钢管这种硬质金属圆管,如“不锈钢波纹管”、“双卡压薄壁不锈钢管”等。这些硬质金属圆管的塑性变形性能差,但弹性变形性能好。薄壁不锈钢管与连接件之间的密封均需借助橡胶类密封件才能实现,而这些密封件的寿命与不锈钢寿命之间差异悬殊,一旦老化,在管路多为隐蔽的情况下是很难更换的,因此成了不锈钢管路***的“短板”和隐患。
薄壁金属管的无胶垫直接对接密封方式目前仅限于紫铜管等低硬度管材,其原理是让管件的硬质金属密封面和铜管的密封面互相挤压,迫使铜管的密封面产生塑性变形后与管件密封面紧密吻合,从而达到密封目的。然而不锈钢材料由于硬度较大,螺纹提供的挤压力不足以让不锈钢管材的密封面产生塑性变形,因而不能像铜管那样实现金属面之间的直接接触密封,因此目前只能借助橡胶类密封件进行各种密封连接。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种无需密封件就可实现硬质金属圆管密封连接的结构。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种薄壁硬质金属圆管的密封连接结构,包括有连接件、硬质金属圆管以及帽盖,连接件的连接端和金属圆管的连接端分别形成相互插接的光滑圆锥曲面的子接头和母接头,帽盖套箍金属圆管与连接件的连接端紧固连接,把金属圆管的母接头压接在连接件的子接头上,其特征在于:所述子接头圆球曲面的球面半径大于母接头圆球曲面的半径。
可优选地,所述子接头和母接头的球面半径差为5%至30%之间。
更可优选地,所述子接头和母接头的球面半径差为10%。
可优选地,所述帽盖为螺帽。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:本发明密封连接结构通过设置子接头和母接头之间的球面半径差,利用帽盖施加的轴向压力,使薄壁硬质金属圆管母接头的球面自外边沿向内产生弹性变形,在连接件子接头的球面上形成一个持续紧压的紧密配合环带,从而不需借助其它密封件就能达到良好的密封效果,实现薄壁硬质金属圆管的无密封件密封连接,可有效延长接头的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种薄壁硬质金属圆管的密封连接结构,包括有连接件1、硬质金属圆管2以及帽盖3,连接件1的连接端和金属圆管2的连接端分别形成相互插接的光滑圆球曲面的子接头11和母接头21,帽盖3套箍金属圆管2与连接件1的连接端紧固连接,把金属圆管2的母接头21压接在连接件1的子接头11上,本发明中的子接头11圆球曲面的半径大于母接头21圆球曲面的半径。
由于子接头11和母接头21之间存在的球面半径差,与连接件1紧固连接后的帽盖3对母接头施加轴向压力,把母接头21紧紧压接在子接头11上,使金属圆管2母接头21的球面边沿产生弹性变形,在连接件1子接头11的锥形接触面上形成一个持续紧压的紧密配合的环状密封带,从而不需借助其它密封件就能达到良好的密封效果,实现薄壁硬质金属圆管的无密封件密封连接,可有效延长接头的使用寿命。
一般地,可将子接头11和母接头21的球面半径差设为5%至30%之间。作为较优的方案,可将子接头11和母接头21的球面差设为10%。
为方便接头的连接安装,所述帽盖3采用螺帽,通过螺帽与连接件1的连接端螺纹连接,不但方便了接头安装,更可使得子接头11和母接头21的压接更加紧密。

1.一种薄壁硬质金属圆管的密封连接结构,包括有连接件、硬质金属圆管以及帽盖,连接件的连接端和金属圆管的连接端分别形成相互插接的光滑圆锥曲面的子接头和母接头,帽盖套箍金属圆管与连接件的连接端紧固连接,把金属圆管的母接头压接在连接件的子接头上,其特征在于:所述子接头圆球曲面的球面半径大于母接头圆球曲面的半径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄壁硬质金属圆管的密封连接结构,其特征在于:所述子接头和母接头的球面半径差为5%至30%之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的薄壁硬质金属圆管的密封连接结构,其特征在于:所述子接头和母接头的球面半径差为10%。
