Abstract
本发明提供在无水胶版印刷中能够印刷高精细的图像的胶版印刷版、胶版印刷装置及胶版印刷方法。所述胶版印刷版包含圆筒状印版母材、形成于所述印版母材上的硅树脂层、及形成于所述硅树脂层上的抗蚀剂图案部,所述硅树脂层是非画线部,所述抗蚀剂图案部是画线部。所述硅树脂层优选无接缝地形成在所述印版母材上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶版印刷版,尤其是涉及适用于不需要润版水的无水胶版印刷的胶版印刷版、胶版印刷装置及胶版印刷方法。
背景技术
通常的胶版印刷方式是如下的印刷方式:在铝等版材(也称作托板)的表面上制作毛面状的细的凹凸并在其上形成画线部及非画线部而形成印版,将该印版卷绕于印版筒,将被供给至该印版面上的墨水转印至橡胶布,在与压筒之间通过纸进行印刷。而且,在印刷时,朝画线部供给油性的墨水,朝非画线部供给被称为润版水的水(也包含少量异丙醇等),通过水与油的排斥作用进行印刷。
另一方面,也存在与上述的通常的胶版印刷方式不同的、被称为无水胶版印刷(无水平版印刷)的不使用润版水的印刷方式。在该无水胶版印刷中,取代水而采用由具有将墨水排斥的性质的硅橡胶制作非画线部而形成印版并进行印刷的方式。在这种无水胶版印刷所使用的印版中,将硅橡胶粘贴在薄膜上并将掩模及负片粘贴在所述硅橡胶上进行曝光、感光,使所述硅橡胶被剥离处成为墨水附着的画线部,使所述硅橡胶残留处成为非画线部。
另外,作为不使用水的胶版印刷所使用的胶版印刷版,还提出了基于脉冲激光而实现的直接胶版制版法(专利文献1)。
但是,利用脉冲激光将硅橡胶等树脂层熔融气化的话,会产生热,画线部及非画线部的肩部会变得平缓,其结果是,存在无法形成高精细的图像的问题。并且,近年来在电子线路中的图案印刷等,印刷高精细的图像的要求是年年日益增加。此外,在利用脉冲激光将硅橡胶等树脂层熔融气化的情况下,需要吸引所述气体等,以防止通过气化产生的气体附着于激光头的透镜等。

发明内容
本发明要解决的课题
本发明的目的在于,提供一种能够在无水胶版印刷中印刷高精细的图像的胶版印刷版、胶版印刷装置及胶版印刷方法。
解决方案
为了解决上述课题,本发明的胶版印刷版包含:圆筒状印版母材;形成于所述印版母材上的硅树脂层;及形成于所述硅树脂层上的抗蚀剂图案部,所述硅树脂层是非画线部,所述抗蚀剂图案部是画线部。
优选的是,所述硅树脂层无接缝地形成在所述印版母材上。
优选的是,所述胶版印刷版用于在印刷时不需要润版水的无水胶版印刷。
本发明的胶版印刷装置是用于在所述胶版印刷版附着电子束固化型墨水而进行胶版印刷的胶版印刷装置,具备所述胶版印刷版、橡胶布滚筒、压筒、及电子束照射装置,利用被印刷材料上的电子束照射装置而使所述电子束固化型墨水固化。
本发明的胶版印刷方法是使用所述胶版印刷装置的胶版印刷方法,在胶版印刷版附着电子束固化型墨水,从所述胶版印刷版朝橡胶布滚筒转印所述电子束固化型墨水,从所述橡胶布滚筒朝被印刷材料转印所述电子束固化型墨水,利用电子束照射装置而使所述电子束固化型墨水固化。
本发明的印刷物通过所述胶版印刷方法印刷而成。
发明效果
根据本发明,具有可提供能够在无水胶版印刷中印刷高精细的图像的胶版印刷版、胶版印刷装置及胶版印刷方法这样的显著效果。

具体实施方式
以下说明本发明的实施方式,但这些实施方式只是例示地示出,在不脱离本发明的技术思想的范围内当然能够实施各种变形。需要说明的是,同一构件由同一符号表示。
图1示出本发明的胶版印刷版的一实施方式。在图1中,符号16表示本发明的胶版印刷版。
本发明的胶版印刷版16包含:中空的圆筒状印版母材10、形成于所述印版母材10上的硅树脂层12、及形成于所述硅树脂层12上的抗蚀剂图案部14。
胶版印刷版16的所述硅树脂层12是非画线部(墨水被排斥无法附着的部分),所述抗蚀剂图案部14是画线部(墨水附着的部分),所以不使用润版水就可进行胶版印刷。虽然也能够进行使用水的印刷,但是不使用水进行印刷的话具有对位的精度较高的优点。
图2是示意性地示出本发明的胶版印刷版16的制造方法的主要部分剖视图。
首先,准备中空的圆筒状印版母材10(图2的(a))。作为圆筒状印版母材的材质,只要是铝、铁等金属或CFRP这样的能够成为圆筒状印版母材的材质即可,公知的圆筒状印版母材均可适用。通过喷砂等处理在圆筒状印版母材10的表面上制作毛面状的细的凹凸。
然后,在圆筒状印版母材10的表面无接缝(无缝)地形成硅树脂层12(图2的(b))。作为硅树脂层12的形成方法,可举例涂敷液状的硅树脂的方法等。作为硅树脂层12的厚度,优选为1mm~10mm左右,但对于硅树脂层12的厚度的上限无特别的限定。
接着,将感光材料13涂抹在硅树脂层12的表面上(图2的(c))。作为感光材料13的涂抹厚度,优选0.1μm~10μm左右。
然后,使感光材料13曝光、显影而形成抗蚀剂图案部14(图2的(d))。由此,形成所述硅树脂层12露出的部分,该所述硅树脂层12露出的部分成为非画线部,所述抗蚀剂图案部14成为画线部。这样,完成胶版印刷版16。
接着,图3示出使用本发明的胶版印刷版16的胶版印刷装置的一实施方式。
在图3中,符号28表示本发明的胶版印刷装置。胶版印刷装置28是用于在胶版印刷版16附着电子束固化型墨水24而进行胶版印刷的胶版印刷装置,具备胶版印刷版16、橡胶布滚筒18、压筒20、及电子束照射装置26,利用被印刷材料22上的电子束照射装置26来照射电子束30,使所述电子束固化型墨水24固化。
在图示例中,被印刷材料22示出纸的例子,但也可以适用于塑料薄膜等。在图示例中,电子束照射装置26分离地设置在被搬运的所述被印刷材料22的上方。作为电子束照射装置26,能够应用作为可进行电子束30的照射的装置而公知的装置。
在胶版印刷装置28中使用电子束固化型的墨水。作为胶版印刷装置28所使用的电子束固化型的墨水,只要是通过照射电子束30而固化的类型的胶印墨水均可使用,例如可以使用专利文献2所公开的电子束固化型的墨水。
在使用胶版印刷装置28的胶版印刷方法中,在胶版印刷版16附着电子束固化型墨水24,从所述胶版印刷版16朝橡胶布滚筒18转印所述电子束固化型墨水24,从所述橡胶布滚筒18朝被印刷材料22转印所述电子束固化型墨水24,通过电子束照射装置26,将所述电子束固化型墨水24固化。这样制造出印刷物。
需要说明的是,在上述的例子中,示出了使用电子束固化型墨水的例子,但本发明的胶版印刷版16也能够使用不是电子束固化型墨水的胶印墨水,例如油性墨水或UV固化型墨水,进行与以往同样的使用水的胶版印刷或无水胶版印刷。

形成于所述印版母材上的硅树脂层;及
形成于所述硅树脂层上的抗蚀剂图案部,
所述硅树脂层是非画线部,所述抗蚀剂图案部是画线部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶版印刷版,其中,
所述硅树脂层无接缝地形成在所述印版母材上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的胶版印刷版,其中,
所述胶版印刷版用于在印刷时不需要润版水的无水胶版印刷。
4.一种胶版印刷装置,其是用于在权利要求1至3中任一项所述的胶版印刷版附着电子束固化型墨水而进行胶版印刷的胶版印刷装置,其中,
所述胶版印刷装置具备所述胶版印刷版、橡胶布滚筒、压筒、及电子束照射装置,
利用被印刷材料上的电子束照射装置而使所述电子束固化型墨水固化。
5.一种胶版印刷方法,是使用权利要求4所述的胶版印刷装置的胶版印刷方法,其中,
在胶版印刷版附着电子束固化型墨水,从所述胶版印刷版朝橡胶布滚筒转印所述电子束固化型墨水,从所述橡胶布滚筒朝被印刷材料转印所述电子束固化型墨水,利用电子束照射装置而使所述电子束固化型墨水固化。
6.一种印刷物,其中,
所述印刷物通过权利要求5所述的胶版印刷方法印刷而成。
