Abstract
本发明涉及一种改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品的制备方法,取葛根、山楂、荷叶、桃仁、藏红花、枸杞、菊花、桑椹、陈皮、麦芽,加水浸泡、煎煮,煎煮液低温真空减压浓缩,灭菌、过滤,滤液为营养液;营养液置于提取罐中,加红糖混合均匀得培养液;培养液置发酵罐内冷却,接种根霉菌、红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3‑6个月,发酵温度为35‑37℃,即得改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品。本发明采用葛根、山楂、荷叶、桃仁、藏红花、枸杞、菊花、桑椹、陈皮、麦芽为营养液培养基,以根霉菌和红曲米菌复合发酵为转化工具,采用传统液态发酵工艺,能降解原料中的有毒有害物,保留原有活性物质,提高了原有植物的开郁消滞、活血通脉之功效,达到改善人体代谢功能、预防高血脂、高粘血症、高血糖、高血压、动脉硬化及心脑血管疾病。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品的制备方法。
背景技术
据中国产业调研网发布的2018年中国疾病防控现状调研及市场前景走势分析报告显示,中国成人高血压患病率已高达18.8%,约为1.6亿人,每年还在继续新增1000万高血压患者。而中国每年死亡的300万心血管病患者中,50%都与高血压有关。
《中国心血管病报告(2015)》显示,2014年中国心血管病死亡率仍居疾病死亡构成的首位,高于肿瘤及其他疾病。2014年农村心血管病死亡率为295.63/10万,其中心脏病死亡率为143.72/10万,脑血管病死亡率为151.91/10万(脑出血74.51/10万,脑梗死45.30/10万);城市心血管病死亡率为261.99/10万,其中心脏病死亡率为136.21/10万,脑血管病死亡率为125.78/10万(脑出血52.25/10万,脑梗死41.99/10万)。目前比较常见的心血管病为:脑猝中、冠心病、心律失常、心力衰竭、肺心血管病、心血管外科、慢性肾脏病、外周血管病。我国每年死于心脑血管疾病的人数达到350万人,其中死于心血管疾病的患者占总死亡人数的30-40%。在全部死亡原因中,心血管疾病和脑血管疾病的死亡率分别是21.45%和19.61%,分列第2、3位。而近年来中国人群中的高血压发病率在24%-27%之间。高血压患者的卒中/心梗发病比例为5∶1。
上述症状的出现主要是人们生活水平提高的同时,造成的人体自身代谢功能紊乱,与饮食密切相关。有效改善心脑血管功能才能减少脑血管的发病率和死亡率。现有《制备适用于心脑血管病调理及其日常养护功效植物酵素的发酵组合物及制法》(中国专利申请号CN201710233356.3),主要由功能性低聚糖3~22份、益生菌0.1~5份和中药提取物0.01~10份组成;中药提取物由下列重量份的原料提取而成:0.3~2份的枸杞、0.5~3份的桑葚、0.1~1.6份的沙棘、0.5~3份的葛根、0.5~2份的决明子、0.1~0.8份的芦荟以及0.3~2份的山楂。该发酵组合物为新型发酵产品,是用于制备酵素的“发酵菌包”,该菌包使用方便,适宜各类植物酵素的工业化生产。《能改善心、脑血管代谢功能植物酵素饮品的制备方法》(中国专利申请号CN201310240616.1),取麦芽、谷芽、葛根、三七、丹参、杜仲、川芎、延胡、远志、灵芝、制首乌、玉竹、黄芪、陈皮、槐花、山楂、桑葚、决明子、杜仲、绞股蓝等加水浸泡、煎煮,提取液采用常规的热回流强制循坏,加糖、蛋白胨调合、灭菌,过滤,滤液即为营养液;营养液在发酵罐30℃接益生菌种,分四期混合发酵,质量检测,得饮品。本发明以多种植物为营养液培养基,以多种复合益生菌为转化工具,采用多级深层液态发酵,能降解原料中的有毒有害物,形成新的活性成分,释放出其中的营养物素,在发酵过程中产生糖化酶、蛋白酶等有效成分,对原有的活性物质保留,将植酸变为功能性乳酸和醋酸,不溶性纤维变为可溶性膳食纤维,能改善人体代谢紊乱,预防心、脑血管疾病,降低三高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现状,旨在提供一种通过根霉菌、红曲米菌复合发酵后,能提高原有植物的开郁消滞、活血通脉之功效,以达到达到改善人体代谢功能,预防高血脂、高粘血症、高血糖、高血压、动脉硬化及心脑血管疾病,且可长期服用的一种改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品的制备方法。
本发明目的的实施方式为,一种改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1)净选原料;
2)原料提取,将净选、处理后的葛根20-30克、山楂10-20克、荷叶5-10克、桃仁10-15克、藏红花10-15克、枸杞10-15克、菊花10-15克、桑椹15-20克、陈皮5-10克、麦芽5-10克,置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的10倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50分钟后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1∶8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至55℃-60℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min;
3)将步骤2)的提取液置于带盖陶瓷缸内,加其质量10-25%的红糖混合105℃高温灭菌40分钟,过滤,滤液即为营养液;
4)将步骤3)所得的培养液置发酵罐内冷却至30-32℃,接种3-5g根霉菌、8-10g红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品。

具体实施方式
本发明采用葛根、山楂、荷叶、桃仁、藏红花、枸杞、菊花、桑椹、陈皮、麦芽为原料,加水浸泡、煎煮,煎煮液低温真空减压浓缩,灭菌、过滤,滤液为营养液;营养液置于提取罐中,加红糖混合均匀得培养液;培养液置发酵罐内冷却,接种根霉菌、红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品。
本发明采用根霉菌和红曲米菌种复合发酵,根霉菌、红曲米菌为市售产品。红曲米能产生红色素,是各种无毒染色食物及饮料加色剂,是我国传统的一种对人体身心有益而无害的健康食品。根霉在糖化过程中还能产生少量的有机酸(如乳酸)。葛根、山楂、荷叶、桃仁、藏红花、枸杞、菊花、桑椹、陈皮、麦芽经根霉菌和红曲米菌复合发酵,在厌氧环境条件下,能产生糖化酶;所得饮品为纯天然发酵后的代谢产物,不含任何防腐剂,安全无毒,能够达到开郁消滞、活血通脉的效果。
下面用具体实施例详述本发明。
实施例1:
1)净选原料,剔除次品、劣品、不地道品种;为了确保产品质量,将净选的合格优质原料,根据产品的不同用途,按照中药炮制规范,采用不同方法进行精制。
2)原料提取,称取葛根30克、山楂20克、荷叶10克、桃仁15克、藏红花15克、枸杞15克、菊花15克、桑椹20克、陈皮10克、麦芽10克,置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的10倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50分钟后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1∶8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至55℃-60℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min;
3)将步骤2)的提取液置于带盖陶瓷缸内,加其质量25%的红糖混合105℃高温灭菌40分钟,过滤,滤液即为营养液;
4)将步骤3)所得的培养液置发酵罐内冷却至30-32℃,接种3-5g根霉菌、8-10g红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品。
实施例2:同实施例1,不同的是,
2)原料提取,称取葛根28克、山楂18克、荷叶8克、桃仁13克、藏红花13克、枸杞13克、菊花13克、桑椹18克、陈皮8克、麦芽8克,置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的8倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50分钟后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1∶8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至55℃-60℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min;
3)将步骤2)的提取液置于带盖陶瓷缸内,加其质量20%的红糖混合105℃高温灭菌40分钟,过滤,滤液即为营养液;
4)将步骤3)所得的培养液置发酵罐内冷却至30-32℃,接种3-5g根霉菌、8-10g红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品。
实施例3:同实施例1,不同的是,
2)原料提取,称取葛根26克、山楂16克、荷叶6克、桃仁13克、藏红花13克、枸杞13克、菊花13克、桑椹18克、陈皮8克、麦芽8克,置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的8倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50分钟后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1∶8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至55℃-60℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min;
3)将步骤2)的提取液置于带盖陶瓷缸内,加其质量15%的红糖混合105℃高温灭菌40分钟,过滤,滤液即为营养液;
4)将步骤3)所得的培养液置发酵罐内冷却至30-32℃,接种3-5g根霉菌、8-10g红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品。
实施例4:同实施例1,不同的是,
2)原料提取,称取葛根23克、山楂13克、荷叶6克、桃仁12克、藏红花12克、枸杞12克、菊花12克、桑椹18克、陈皮6克、麦芽6克,置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的8倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50分钟后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1∶8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至55℃-60℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min;
3)将步骤2)的提取液置于带盖陶瓷缸内,加其质量10%的红糖混合105℃高温灭菌40分钟,过滤,滤液即为营养液;
4)将步骤3)所得的培养液置发酵罐内冷却至30-32℃,接种3-5g根霉菌、8-10g红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品。
实施例5:同实施例1,不同的是,

3)将步骤2)的提取液置于带盖陶瓷缸内,加其质量10%的红糖混合105℃高温灭菌40分钟,过滤,滤液即为营养液;

Claims (2)
1.一种改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
1)净选原料;
2)原料提取,将净选、处理后的原料葛根、山楂、荷叶、桃仁、藏红花、枸杞、菊花、桑椹、陈皮、麦芽置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的10倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50分钟后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1∶8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至55℃-60℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min;
3)将步骤2)的提取液置于带盖陶瓷缸内,加其质量10-25%的红糖混合105℃高温灭菌40分钟,过滤,滤液即为营养液;
4)将步骤3)所得的培养液置发酵罐内冷却至30-32℃,接种3-5g根霉菌、8-10g红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善心脑血管中草药植物复合酵素饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)净选原料是将葛根、山楂、荷叶、桃仁、藏红花、枸杞、菊花、桑椹、陈皮、麦芽筛选、除杂后全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时。
