然而,该种端子至少存在以下缺点:该导电端子的电性导通路径是这样实现的:芯片模块通过与端子弹性臂自由末端的接触点接触,从而将电性传到端子上,端子再将电性经由与芯片模块接触的弹性臂、基部、与印刷电路板接触的另一个弹性臂而将电性传至印刷电路板,故,该种端子的电性传输路径较远,使得芯片模块与印刷电路板间电讯传输时仍存在较强的电阻抗,降低所述电连接器的电信号传输能力,不符合当今芯片模块高频信号传输的需求。
因此有必要设计一种改良的电连接器,以克服上述问题。
发明内容
针对背景技术所面临的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可方便对接元件下压,从而形成稳定的多条并联导电路径,以减小芯片模块与电子元件间电讯传输时的电阻抗的电连接器。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术手段:一种电连接器,用以电性连接一对接元件至一电子元件,包括:一绝缘本体,其设有多个收容孔;多个端子,呈平板状,且分别对应收容于所述收容孔,每一所述端子具有:一基部;一第一弹性臂,自所述基部向上弯折延伸形成,用于向上抵接所述对接元件;一第二弹性臂,自所述基部向下弯折延伸形成,用于向下抵接所述电子元件;当所述电连接器与所述对接元件和所述电子元件连接时,所述第一弹性臂的板缘抵接所述第二弹性臂的板缘,且所述第一弹性臂的板面抵接所述基部的板面;
进一步,当所述电连接器与所述对接元件和所述电子元件连接时,所述第一弹性臂的板面和所述第二弹性臂的板面同时抵接所述基部的板面;
进一步,所述第一弹性臂具有一第一抵接部,所述第二弹性臂具有一第二抵接部,所述第一抵接部的板缘抵接所述第二抵接部的板缘,所述第一抵接部的板面抵接所述基部的板面,且所述第一抵接部和所述第二抵接部的板面宽度均小于所述基部的板面宽度;
进一步,所述第一抵接部的板面宽度等于所述第二抵接部的板面宽度且二者均为所述基部板面宽度的一半;
进一步,当所述电连接器与所述对接元件和所述电子元件未连接时,所述第一弹性臂、所述第二弹性臂和所述基部三者相互不接触,且所述第一弹性臂自由端的高度高于所述第二弹性臂自由端的高度;
进一步,所述第一弹性臂和所述第二弹性臂相对所述基部对称设置;
进一步,所述第一弹性臂包括自所述基部一端弯折延伸形成的一第一连接部,自所述第一连接部反向弯折斜向上延伸形成的一第一弯折部,自所述第一弯折部向下倾斜延伸的一第一延伸部以及所述第一延伸部向下延伸形成一第一抵接部,所述第一抵接部的板面宽度为所述第一延伸部的宽度的一半;
进一步,所述第二弹性臂包括自所述基部另一端弯折延伸形成的一第二连接部,自所述第二连接部反向弯折斜向下延伸形成的一第二弯折部,自所述第二弯折部向上倾斜延伸的一第二延伸部以及所述第二延伸部向上延伸形成一第二抵接部,抵接所述第一抵接部,所述第二抵接部的板面宽度为所述第二延伸部板面宽度的一半且等于所述第一抵接部的板面宽度;
进一步,所述第一弯折部和所述第一延伸部之间的夹角小于所述第二弯折部和所述第二延伸部之间的夹角;
进一步,所述第一弯折部和所述第一延伸部的相接处形成一第一接触点向上凸出所述收容孔并抵接所述对接元件,所述第二弯折部和所述第二延伸部的相接处形成一第二接触点向下凸出所述收容孔并抵接所述电子元件。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
当所述电连接器与所述对接元件和所述电子元件连接时,所述第一弹性臂的板缘抵接所述第二弹性臂的板缘,且所述第一弹性臂的板面抵接所述基部的板面,使所述对接元件与所述电子元件之间形成所述第一弹性臂至所述基部至所述第二弹性臂以及所述第一弹性臂直接至所述第二弹性臂的多条并联的稳定的导电路径,降低所述端子的信号传输电阻抗和自感效应,提高所述电连接器的高频信号传输能力,满足所述对接元件和所述电子元件之间高频信号传输的需求。

【具体实施方式】
为便于更好的理解本发明的目的、结构、特征以及功效等,现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图3所示,本发明电连接器100用以电性连接一对接元件3至一电子元件4,其包括一绝缘本体1,多个端子2固持于所述绝缘本体1中,每一所述端子2一端弹性抵接所述对接元件3,另一端抵接所述电子元件4。在本实施例中,所述对接元件3为一芯片模组,所述电子元件4为一电路板,在其它实施例中,所述对接元件3和所述电子元件4的种类不作限定,只要其能和所述电连接器100配合即可。
如图1所示,所述绝缘本体1贯穿其上下表面形成呈矩阵排列的多个收容孔11,分别对应收容多个所述端子2。进一步,每一排所述收容孔11交错排列,以使相邻两排所述端子2之间具有更大的弹性变形空间,避免相邻的端子2触碰短路,从而也利于端子2的密集化排列。
如图1至图3所示,所述端子2为平板状,且其为一金属板材冲压形成。所述端子2具有一基部21,自所述基部21的上端弯折延伸形成一第一弹性臂22,自所述基部21的下端弯折延伸形成一第二弹性臂23。所述第一弹性臂22和所述第二弹性臂23相对所述基部21对称设置,保证整个所述端子2结构稳定性。所述对接元件3和所述电子元件4稳定安装至所述电连接器100时,所述对接元件3会压接所述第一弹性臂22弹性变形,所述电子元件4会压接所述第二弹性臂23弹性变形,藉由所述第一弹性臂22和所述第二弹性臂23的弹性变形,所述第一弹性臂22的板缘抵接所述第二弹性臂23的板缘,且所述第一弹性臂22的板面和所述第二弹性臂23的板面抵接所述基部21的板面。如此使每一所述端子2形成多条相互独立的导电路径, 降低所述端子2的信号传输电阻抗和自感效应,提高所述电连接器100的高频信号传输能力,满足所述对接元件3和所述电子元件4之间高频信号传输的需求。
如图2和图4所示,具体而言,所述第一弹性臂22包括自所述基部21的上端弯折延伸形成的一第一连接部221,自所述第一连接部221反向弯折斜向上延伸形成的一第一弯折部222,自所述第一弯折部222向下倾斜延伸的一第一延伸部223,以及自所述第一延伸部223向下延伸形成的一第一抵接部224;所述第一弯折部222和所述第一延伸部223的相接处形成一第一接触点201,向上凸出所述收容孔11抵接所述对接元件3;所述第二弹性臂23包括自所述基部21相对的另一端弯折延伸形成的一第二连接部231,自所述第二连接部231反向弯折斜向下延伸形成的一第二弯折部232,自所述第二弯折部232斜向上弯折延伸形成的一第二延伸部233,以及自所述第二延伸部233向上延伸形成的一第二抵接部234,所述第二弯折部232和所述第二延伸部233的相接处形成一第二接触点202,向下凸出所述收容孔11抵接所述电子元件4。
如图2、图5和图6所示,如此当所述端子2受压变形时,所述第一抵接部224的板缘抵接所述第二抵接部234的板缘,且所述第一抵接部224的板面和所述第二抵接部234的板面同时抵接所述基部21的板面,形成四条独立并联的导电路径,分别为:所述第一接触点201至所述第一弯折部222至所述第一连接部221至所述基部21至所述第二连接部231至所述第二弯折部232至所述第二接触点202;所述第一接触点201至所述第一弯折部222至所述第一连接部221至所述基部21至所述第二抵接部234至所述第二延伸部233至所述第二接触点202;所述第一接触点201至所述第一延伸部223至所述第一抵接部224至所述第二抵接部234至所述第二延伸部233至所述第二接触点202;所述第一接触点201至所述第一延伸部223至所述第一抵接部224至所述基部21至所述第二连接部231至所述第二弯折部232至所述第二接触点202。
优选的,如图2所示,当所述电连接器100与所述对接元件3和所述电子元件4未连接时,所述第一弹性臂22、所述第二弹性臂23和所述基部21三者相互不接触,且所述第一弹性臂22自由端的高度高于所述第二弹性臂23自由端的高度,避免所述端子2弯折成型过程中,所述第一弹性臂22和所述第二弹性臂23的自由端相互干涉受力,提高所述端子2稳定性,降低所述端子2成型难度,节约所述电连接器100生产成本。 所述基部21的板面宽度、所述第一延伸部223的宽度和所述第二延伸部233的宽度三者相同,所述第一抵接部224的板面宽度等于所述第二抵接部234的板面宽度且二者均为所述基部21板面宽度的一半,在保证所述端子2结构强度的同时,也可确保在有限的空间内,所述第一抵接部224和所述第二抵接部234能够同时抵接所述基部21,进而保证每一导电路径的完整性。在其它实施例中,所述第一抵接部224的板面宽度和所述第二抵接部234的板面宽度小于所述基部21板面宽度即可,在此并不为限。
进一步,所述第一弯折部222和所述第一延伸部223之间的夹角呈锐角,所述第二弯折部232和所述第二延伸部233之间的夹角也呈锐角,且所述第一弯折部222和所述第一延伸部223之间的夹角略小于所述第二弯折部232和所述第二延伸部233之间的夹角,提高所述端子2压接变形的耐久性,提高所述电连接器100的使用寿命。
综上所述,本发明电连接器100有下列有益效果:
(1) 当所述电连接器100与所述对接元件3和所述电子元件4连接时,所述第一弹性臂22的板缘抵接所述第二弹性臂23的板缘,且所述第一弹性臂22的板面抵接所述基部21的板面,使所述对接元件3与所述电子元件4之间形成所述第一弹性臂22至所述基部21至所述第二弹性臂23以及所述第一弹性臂22直接至所述第二弹性臂23的多条并联的稳定的导电路径,降低所述端子2的信号传输电阻抗和自感效应,提高所述电连接器100的高频信号传输能力,满足所述对接元件3和所述电子元件4之间高频信号传输的需求。
(2)当所述端子2受压变形时,形成四条独立并联的导电路径,分别为:所述第一接触点201至所述第一弯折部222至所述第一连接部221至所述基部21至所述第二连接部231至所述第二弯折部232至所述第二接触点202;所述第一接触点201至所述第一弯折部222至所述第一连接部221至所述基部21至所述第二抵接部234至所述第二延伸部233至所述第二接触点202;所述第一接触点201至所述第一延伸部223至所述第一抵接部224至所述第二抵接部234至所述第二延伸部233至所述第二接触点202;所述第一接触点201至所述第一延伸部223至所述第一抵接部224至所述基部21至所述第二连接部231至所述第二弯折部232至所述第二接触点202,进一步,降低了所述端子2的信号传输电阻抗和自感效应,提高所述电连接器100的高频信号传输能力。
(3) 所述第一抵接部224的板面宽度等于所述第二抵接部234的板面宽度且二者均为所述基部21板面宽度的一半,在保证所述端子2结构强度的同时,也可确保在有限的空间内,所述第一抵接部224和所述第二抵接部234能够同时抵接所述基部21,进而保证每一导电路径的完整性。
(4)当所述电连接器100与所述对接元件3和所述电子元件4未连接时,所述第一弹性臂22、所述第二弹性臂23和所述基部21三者相互不接触,且所述第一弹性臂22自由端的高度高于所述第二弹性臂23自由端的高度,避免所述端子2弯折成型过程中,所述第一弹性臂22和所述第二弹性臂23的自由端相互干涉受力,提高所述端子2稳定性,降低所述端子2成型难度,节约所述电连接器100生产成本。

Claims (9)

1.一种电连接器,用以电性连接一对接元件至一电子元件,其特征在于,包括:
一绝缘本体,其设有多个收容孔;多个端子,呈平板状,且分别对应收容于所述收容孔,每一所述端子具有:
一基部;
一第一弹性臂,自所述基部向上弯折延伸形成,所述第一弹性臂具有一第一抵接部,一第一缺口设于第一抵接部宽度方向的一侧,所述第一弹性臂用于向上抵接所述对接元件;
一第二弹性臂,自所述基部向下弯折延伸形成,所述第二弹性臂具有一第二抵接部,一第二缺口设于第二抵接部宽度方向的一侧,所述第二弹性臂用于向下抵接所述电子元件;
当所述电连接器与所述对接元件和所述电子元件连接时,所述第一缺口为所述第二抵接部提供让位,所述第二缺口为所述第一抵接部提供让位,所述第一抵接部连接所述第一缺口的板缘抵接所述第二抵接部连接所述第二缺口的板缘,所述第一抵接部的板面抵接所述基部的板面,且所述第一抵接部和所述第二抵接部的板面宽度均小于所述基部的板面宽度。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:当所述电连接器与所述对接元件和所述电子元件连接时,所述第二弹性臂的板面抵接所述基部的板面。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一抵接部的板面宽度等于所述第二抵接部的板面宽度且二者均为所述基部板面宽度的一半。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:当所述电连接器与所述对接元件和所述电子元件未连接时,所述第一弹性臂、所述第二弹性臂和所述基部三者相互不接触,且所述第一弹性臂自由端的高度高于所述第二弹性臂自由端的高度。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一弹性臂和所述第二弹性臂相对所述基部对称设置。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一弹性臂包括自所述基部一端弯折延伸形成的一第一连接部,自所述第一连接部反向弯折斜向上延伸形成的一第一弯折部,自所述第一弯折部向下倾斜延伸的一第一延伸部以及所述第一延伸部向下延伸形成所述第一抵接部,所述第一抵接部的板面宽度为所述第一延伸部的宽度的一半。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第二弹性臂包括自所述基部另一端弯折延伸形成的一第二连接部,自所述第二连接部反向弯折斜向下延伸形成的一第二弯折部,自所述第二弯折部向上倾斜延伸的一第二延伸部以及所述第二延伸部向上延伸形成所述第二抵接部,所述第二抵接部的板面宽度为所述第二延伸部板面宽度的一半且等于所述第一抵接部的板面宽度。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一弯折部和所述第一延伸部之间的夹角小于所述第二弯折部和所述第二延伸部之间的夹角。
9.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一弯折部和所述第一延伸部的相接处形成一第一接触点向上凸出所述收容孔并抵接所述对接元件,所述第二弯折部和所述第二延伸部的相接处形成一第二接触点向下凸出所述收容孔并抵接所述电子元件。
