When the sample barrel 9 filled with the sample is transmitted for the first time, the sample barrel 9 is intercepted by the first baffle assembly 11, and the conveying line device 1 stops conveying after the detection switch detects the intercepted sample barrel 9. The upper door opener 2 then descends to unlock the door. The first baffle assembly 11 ensures that the intercepted sample barrel 9 can be accurately parked below the uncapping and unlocking device 2, and further ensures accurate uncapping operation of unlocking without misoperation or invalid operation. After the uncapping is unlocked, the first baffle assembly 11 is retracted, the sample barrel 9 is continuously and positively transported and then intercepted by the second baffle assembly 12, at the moment, the detection switch detects the intercepted sample barrel 9 and then the transportation line device 1 is stopped again, and then the clamping and overturning manipulator 31 above can clamp and take the operation. The second barrier assembly 12 also ensures that the intercepted sample bucket 9 can be accurately parked below the clamping and turning manipulator 31, thereby ensuring accurate clamping operation without misoperation or invalid operation.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, further, in the preferred embodiment, the conveyor line device 1 includes a roller conveyor belt, the first baffle assembly 11 and the second baffle assembly 12 each include a fixing bracket 111 fixed below the roller conveyor belt, a cylinder assembly 112 that can be extended and retracted up and down is provided on the fixing bracket 111, and a baffle 113 is provided on the top of the cylinder assembly 112 for intercepting the sample barrel 9 when extending upward. The automatic sample feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping and overturning manipulator (31) comprises an overturning bracket (311), an overturning driving piece (312) and a clamping and grabbing component (313) for clamping and fixing a sample barrel (9), the upper end of the overturning bracket (311) is connected with a pouring conveying line (32), the overturning and grabbing component (313) is movably fixed at the lower end of the overturning bracket (311), and the overturning driving piece (312) is fixed on the overturning bracket (311) and used for driving the clamping and grabbing component (313) to overturn.

The automatic sample feeding device according to claim 2, wherein the clamping assembly (313) comprises a fixing frame (3131), a clamping frame (3132), a guide rail assembly (3133) and a clamping driving assembly (3134), the fixing frame (3131) is movably fixed at the lower end of the turnover support (311), the clamping frame (3132) is installed on the fixing frame (3131) in a lifting manner through the guide rail assembly (3133) and the clamping driving assembly (3134), two fixing arms extending towards two sides of the sample barrel (9) respectively are arranged on the fixing frame (3131), two clamping arms extending towards two sides of the sample barrel (9) respectively are arranged on the clamping frame (3132), and the two clamping arms extend below handles on two sides of the sample barrel (9) respectively and are lifted under the driving of the clamping driving assembly (3134) during clamping so as to clamp the handles on two sides of the sample barrel (9) between the fixing arms and the clamping arms respectively.

The automatic sample feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the pouring conveyor line (32) comprises a guide rail slide block assembly (321), a synchronous belt driving assembly (322) and a pouring mechanism connecting plate (323), the synchronous belt driving assembly (322) is used for driving the pouring mechanism connecting plate (323) to slide along the guide rail slide block assembly (321), and the pouring mechanism connecting plate (323) is connected with a clamping and overturning manipulator (31) and is used for driving the clamping and overturning manipulator (31) to slide so as to convey the sample barrel (9) to the feeding station (4).

The automatic sample feeding apparatus according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of positioning assemblies (324) are provided on the stroke of the rail slider assembly (321) for stopping the driving of the timing belt driving assembly (322) when the loading mechanism connecting plate (323) is moved in place.
7. The automatic sample feeding apparatus according to claim 5, wherein a tension adjusting assembly (325) for adjusting a tension degree of the synchronous belt is provided at the synchronous belt driving assembly (322).

The automatic sample feeding device according to claim 1, wherein a first baffle assembly (11) and a second baffle assembly (12) are sequentially arranged at the conveying line device (1), the first baffle assembly (11) is used for intercepting a sample barrel (9) conveyed on the conveying line device (1) below a cover opening unlocking device (2) for opening the cover in an unlocking mode, the second baffle assembly (12) is used for intercepting the sample barrel (9) conveyed on the conveying line device (1) below a clamping and overturning manipulator (31) for clamping, and detection switches are arranged at the first baffle assembly (11) and the second baffle assembly (12) for stopping conveying the conveying line device (1) after detecting the sample barrel (9).

The automatic sample feeding device according to claim 8, wherein the conveying line device (1) comprises a roller conveyor belt, the first baffle assembly (11) and the second baffle assembly (12) comprise a fixed support (111) fixed below the roller conveyor belt, a cylinder assembly (112) capable of stretching up and down is arranged on the fixed support (111), and a baffle (113) is arranged at the top of the cylinder assembly (112) for intercepting the sample barrel (9) when the cylinder assembly stretches out upwards.

The automatic sample loading device according to claim 8, wherein when the pouring conveyor line (32) drives the sample barrel (9) with the poured and unloaded materials to return, the sample barrel (9) is turned back and placed on the conveyor line device (1) and then is conveyed to the first baffle assembly (11) forward to be intercepted, and then the cover opening device (2) resets the barrel cover.

The automatic sample feeding device according to claim 1, wherein a sample barrel cleaning device (6) is arranged between the feeding station (4) and the conveying line device (1), and the pouring conveying line (32) drives the sample barrel (9) which is completely poured and unloaded to return and drives the sample barrel to the sample barrel cleaning device (6) for cleaning and then drives the sample barrel to the conveying line device (1).
